Abstract

Contenitore di polietilentereftalato ottenuto per soffiatura, presentante una struttura di base dotata di nervature, in modo tale da irrigidire la struttura di base per impedire che si verifichino indesiderabili deformazioni. Il contenitore è progettato per una pressurizzazione interna moderata compresa fra 2,109 e 3,15 kg/cm² per ottenere confezioni per prodotti che debbano venire contenuti in un contenitore pressurizzato ma non al livello di una bevanda gassata. Le costolature di rinforzo richieste nella base non sono pertanto così profonde come quelle riscontrate nelle strutture di base dotate di nervature per contenitori di bevande gassate e, pertanto, è possibile impiegare una minor quantità di resina plastica per il contenitore. Come risultato, il contenitore riempie un vuoto nell'industria dei contenitori, fra contenitori per prodotti non pressurizzati e contenitori per bevande gassate fortemente pressurizzate.
