- die Realisierung eines relativ guten Drehzahlgeber-Notlaufs

- zeigt eine Blockdarstellung einer Anordnung zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens, bei dem die Funktionsfähigkeit eines Drehzahlgebers und eines Absolutwinkelgebers einer Brennkraftmaschine überprüft wird.

Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Überprüfen der Funktionsfähigkeit eines ersten und eines zweiten Gebers (2, 4), mit denen unabhängig voneinander die Winkelstellung einer Welle ermittelbar ist oder mit denen unabhängig voneinander die Winkelstellungen zweier Wellen (1, 3) ermittelbar sind, deren Drehbewegungen miteinanderverknüpftsind, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass zu einem ersten Zeitpunkt t1 mit Hilfe des ersten Gebers (2) die Winkelstellung der dem ersten Geber (2) zugeordneten Welle (1) ermittelt wird und mit Hilfe des zweiten Gebers (4) die Winkelstellung der dem zweiten Geber zugeordneten Welle (3) ermittelt wird,dass zu einem zweiten Zeitpunkt t2 mit Hilfe des ersten Gebers (2) die Winkelstellung der dem ersten Geber (2) zugeordneten Welle (1) ermittelt wird und mit Hilfe des zweiten Gebers (4) die Winkelstellung der dem zweiten Geber (4) zugeordneten Welle (3) ermittelt wird,dass für jeden der beiden Geber (2, 4) die Differenzen zwischen den zu den Zeitpunkten t1 und t2 ermittelten Winkelstellungen gebildet werden unddass die so gebildeten Differenzsignale miteinander verglichen werden, um zu erkennen, ob die Funktionsfähigkeit mindestens eines der beiden Geber (2, 4) gestört ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Funktionsfähigkeit mindestens eines der beiden Geber als gestört erkannt wird, wenn sich die beiden Differenzsignale um mehr als einen vorgegebenen Toleranzwert unterscheiden, wobei ggf. das Übersetzungsverhältnis zwischen den Drehbewegungen der beiden Wellen berücksichtigt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest wenn die Funktionsfähigkeit mindestens eines der beiden Geber als gestört erkannt worden ist, die von den beiden Gebern erfassten Signale und /oder die aus diesen Signalen ermittelten Größen unabhängig voneinander anhand mindestens eines Plausibilitätskriteriums überprüft werden, um zu erkennen, welcher der beiden Geber defekt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in den Ansprüchen 1, ggf. 2 und 3 genannten Verfahrensschritte mindestens einmal wiederholt werden, wenn mindestens einer der beiden Geber als defekt erkannt worden ist, und dass nur dann eine Information über den Defekt weitergeleitet wird, wenn dieser Geber wiederholt als defekt erkannt worden ist.
- Verfahren zum Überprüfen der Funktionsfähigkeit eines Drehzahlgebers (4) und eines Absolutwinkelgebers (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Drehzahlgeber (4) an der Kurbelwelle (3) eines Motors arbeitet und der Absolutwinkelgeber (2) an der Nockenwelle (1) des Motors arbeitet.
- Verfahren zum Überprüfen der Funktionsfähigkeit eines Drehzahlgebers und eines Absolutwinkelgebers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei sowohl der Drehzahlgeber als auch der Absolutwinkelgeber an der Kurbelwelle eines Motors arbeiten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 und einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Plausibilitätskriterium für das Drehzahlgebersignal geprüft wird, ob nach 58 Zähnen am Geberrad der Kurbelwelle eine Bezugsmarkenlücke von zwei Zähnen erkannt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4 und einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Plausibilitätskriterium für das Absolutwinkelgebersignal geprüft wird, ob der ermittelte Nockenwellenwinkel von ca. 0° auf 360° monoton ansteigt und von 360° wieder auf 0° springt.
