Selon les caractéristiques principales de l'invention, le dispositif comporte
- deux vérins à gaz (7) qui sont disposés symétriquement de part et d'autre du vérin électrique (6) lui-même disposé au centre du châssis (1) et qui sont reliés, chacun, de manière articulée, d'un côté, à une biellette (7) placée à chaque extrémité (3) de l'arceau (2);
- deux bras articulés (11) reliés, chacun, à une extrémité (12), à l'autre côté du vérin à gaz latéral (7) correspondant et, à l'autre extrémité (13), qui leur est commune, au vérin électrique central (6).
- chaque bras articulé (11) est relié au châssis (1) au moyen d'un axe de rotation (14);
- le vérin électrique central (6) est relié, d'un côté, à l'extrémité commune (13) des bras articulés (11) au moyen d'un bras de liaison (15) et, de l'autre côté, au châssis (1) au moyen d'une patte de fixation (16) ;
- lorsque l'arceau (2) est dans un plan formant un angle de 45° par rapport au plan du châssis (1), les bras articulés (11) sont dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre ;
- le dessous du couvercle de protection (10) comporte deux paires de griffes (17) qui sont positionnées et dimensionnées pour permettre le passage des bras articulés (11) lorsqu'ils sont dans le prolongement l'un de l'autre et le verrouillage desdits bras, donc du couvercle, lorsqu'ils forment un angle entre eux autrement dit lorsque le plan contenant l'arceau (2) forme un angle supérieur ou inférieur à 45° ;
- le circuit électronique (9) est télécommandé ;
- ledit circuit électronique de commande (9) et le vérin électrique (6) sont alimentés par une source d'énergie extérieure ;
- le socle, constitué du châssis (1) et du couvercle de protection (10), est fixé au sol dans la zone de stationnement du véhicule ;
- le circuit électronique (9) et le vérin électrique (6) peuvent être alimentés soit par des cellules photo-génératrices associées à une batterie par exemple de 12 volts, soit par une batterie associée à un transformateur lui même alimenté par le réseau électrique 220 volts.

Claims (10)
- Device with a folding hoop for reserving a parking space of the type essentially comprising a chassis (1), a hinged hoop (2) whose ends (3) are connected to the said chassis by means of two pins (4) and two bushes (5), wherein an electrical actuator (6) rotates the said ends (3) by means of a device with a compensating gas actuator (7) and connecting rod (8), with an electronic control circuit (9) and a protective cover (10) ;
characterised in that it essentially comprises:a) two gas actuators (7) that are positioned symmetrically on either side of the electrical actuator (6) which is itself positioned in the centre of the chassis (1) and that are each connected, by hinges, on one side to a connecting rod (8) located at each end (3) of the hoop (2) ;b) two hinged arms (11) each connected, to one end (12), at the other side of the corresponding lateral gas actuator (7) and, at the other end (13), which is common to them, to the central electrical actuator (6). - Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that each hinged arm (11) is connected to the chassis (1) by means of a rotational pin (14).
- Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that the central electrical actuator (6) is connected on one side to the common end (13) of the hinged arms (11) by means of a connecting arm (15) and, on the other side, to the chassis (1) by means of an attachment bracket (16).
- Device, according to claims 1 to 3, characterised in that when the hoop (2) is in a plane forming an angle of 45° with respect to the plane of the chassis (1), the hinged arms (11) are in the same axis as one another.
- Device, according to claim 4, characterised in that the underside of the protective cover (10) comprises two pairs of clips (17) that are positioned and dimensioned to permit the hinged arms (11) to pass between them, when they are in the same axis as one another and the locking of the said arms, and consequently of the cover when they form an angle between, in other words when the plane containing the hoop (2) forms an angle greater than or equal to 45°.
- Device, according to claim 1, wherein the electronic control circuit (9) is remote controlled.
- Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that the electronic control circuit (9) and the electrical actuator (6) are powered by an external energy source.
- Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that the base, formed by the chassis (1) and the protective cover (10), is attached to the ground in the parking space of the vehicle.
- Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that the electronic circuit (9) and the electrical actuator (6) are powered by photo-generating cells connected to a battery.
- Device, according to claim 1, characterised in that the electronic circuit (9) and the electrical actuator (6) are powered by a battery associated to a transformer that is itself powered by the mains electrical system.
