- un faux-montant qui, d'une part, comprend une chambre dans laquelle est fixé le moteur électrique et présente, au voisinage de l'une de ses extrémités, une fenêtre située en regard du pignon d'entraínement, et, d'autre part, est destiné à être adapté en façade du dormant, de manière à faire engrener le pignon avec la crémaillère,
- et des moyens pour la fixation des deux extrémités du faux-montant sur le dormant et/ou un support adjacent.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour la motorisation d'une fenêtre ou d'une baie coulissante comprenant un dormant (3) et au moins un châssis coulissant (5) dans le dormant (3), dispositif du type comprenant :une crémaillère (6) destinée à être fixée sur le châssis coulissant (5),un moteur électrique (8) entraínant un pignon d'entraínement (9) destiné à engrener avec crémaillère (6) du châssis coulissant (5) pour déplacer en translation le châssis (4) dans le dormant (3),un faux-montant (7) qui, d'une part, comprend une chambre dans laquelle est fixé le moteur électrique (8) et présente, au voisinage de l'une de ses extrémités, une fenêtre (10) située en regard du pignon d'entraínement (9) et, d'autre part, est destiné à être adapté en façade du dormant (3), de manière à faire engrener le pignon (9) avec la crémaillère (6),et des moyens (12-18) pour la fixation des deux extrémités du faux-montant (7) sur le dormant (3) et/ou un support adjacent,
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque embout (13, 15) associé à une extrémité de l'élément tubulaire (7) possède une section correspondant à celle de l'élément tubulaire (7) pour permettre, par emboítement, soit l'engagement de l'élément tubulaire (7) sur l'embout (13, 15), soit l'engagement de l'embout sur l'élément tubulaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'embout (12) associé à une extrémité de l'élément tubulaire (7) est solidaire d'une platine (13) qui est perpendiculaire à l'axe de l'embout et comporte des trous (14) pour le passage de moyens de fixation tels que des vis.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'embout présente, au-delà de sa zone d'emboítement (15) avec l'élément tubulaire, une zone (16) destinée à coopérer avec une interface (18) de fixation sur un support.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la zone (16) de l'embout s'étendant au-delà de la zone d'emboítement (15), possède une section supérieure à celle de la zone d'emboítement et présente un évidement latéral en forme de feuillure (17) servant au montage de l'interface de fixation (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'interface de fixation est constituée par une entretoise (18) de forme générale parallélépipédique de largeur supérieure à la profondeur de la feuillure (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (18) formant interface est réalisée en matériau sécable et/ou comporte des lignes de rupture permettant de régler sa largeur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation sont constitués par des trous (20, 22) en vis-à-vis ménagés dans l'embout (16) et dans l'entretoise (18) formant interface, transversalement à l'axe de l'élément tubulaire, destinés au passage de vis.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (18) formant interface comporte des trous parallèles à l'axe de l'élément tubulaire, destinés au passage de vis, ces trous débouchant en dehors de la section de l'élément tubulaire (7).
- Fenêtre ou baie coulissante comprenant un dormant fixé dans une ouverture d'une paroi de bâtiment et au moins un châssis monté coulissant dans le dormant, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif de motorisation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dont la crémaillère est solidaire du châssis coulissant et dont l'élément tubulaire contenant le moteur d'entraínement de la crémaillère est fixé verticalement devant la fenêtre sur des éléments de paroi adjacent au dormant et/ou sur le dormant lui-même.
