Claims (11)
- Hydraulische Hebevorrichtung, insbesondere Kleinhebegerät, zum Anheben von Lasten,mit zwei parallel zur Hubrichtung (3) angeordneten hydraulischen Kolben-Zylinder-Aggregaten (2), die jeweils einen Zylinder (4) aufweisen, in dem ein an einer Kolbenstange (6) befestigter Kolben (5) hubverstellbar gelagert ist,wobei jede Kolbenstange (6) auf der vom Kolben (5) abgewandten Seite aus dem Zylinder (4) herausgeführt und an einem Stützfuß (7) abgestützt ist,wobei die Zylinder (4) an ihren den Stützfüßen (7) zugewandten Enden über eine Brücke (14) miteinander fest verbunden sind, an der eine Hublasche (16) angebracht oder anbringbar ist.
- Hebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brücke (14) zwischen den Zylindern (4) angeordnet und an einander zugewandten Seiten der Zylinder (4) angebracht ist. - Hebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Hublasche (16) L-förmig ausgebildet ist und ein parallel zur Hubrichtung (3) verlaufendes Rückenteil (17) und ein quer davon abstehendes Ladeteil (18) aufweist,wobei das Rückenteil (17) an der Brücke (14) angebracht oder anbringbar ist,wobei die Brücke (14) so an den Zylindern (4) angeordnet: ist, dass die Brücke (14) und das daran angebrachte Rükkenteil (17) der Hublasche (16) zwischen den Zylindern (4) angeordnet sind, so dass das Rückenteil (17) nicht oder nur relativ geringfügig in Richtung Ladeteil (18) über die Zylinder (4) vorsteht. - Hebevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass zumindest bei einem der Kolben-Zylinder-Aggregate (2) die Kolbenstange (6) mit dem Stützfuß (7) und mit dem Kolben (5) drehfest verbunden ist,dass der Kolben (5) um die Zylinderlängsachse (13) drehbar im zugehörigen Zylinder (4) gelagert ist,dass der Stützfuß (7) relativ zum Zylinder (4) um die Zylinderlängsachse (13) drehbar angeordnet ist. - Hebevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hublasche (16) als separates Bauteil ausgebildet ist und einen Haken (19) aufweist, mit dem die Hublasche (16) an der Brücke (14) einhakbar ist. - Hebevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Zylinder (4) in einem den Stützfuß (7) zugewandten axialen Endabschnitt eine Führungshülse (8) aufweist, die an der Kolbenstange (6) axial geführt ist und an denen die Brücke (14) angebracht ist. - Hebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungshülsen (8) und die Brücke (14) als einteiliges oder einstückiges Gußteil ausgebildet sind. - Hebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Zylinder (4) zwischen seinen Führungshülsen (8) und einem davon abgewandten Zylinderende (9) einen radialen Spalt (10) zwischen Zylinder (4) und Kolbenstange (6) aufweist. - Hebevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Kolben (5) mit radialem Spiel im zugehörigen Zylinder (4) gelagert ist. - Hebevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Zylinder (4) an ihren von den Stützfüßen (7) abgewandten Zylinderenden (9) eine Kopfplatte (23) tragen, auf der eine anzuhebende Last abstützbar ist. - Hebevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Kolben-Zylinder-Aggregate (2) hydraulisch parallel geschaltet sind.
