Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum automatischen Orientieren von Maschenwaren wie Socken und ähnlichem, aufweisend die Schritte:
    - Herausgreifen der Waren (1) aus einem Behälter;
    - Ablegen der Waren auf länglichen Trägern (3), ohne deren Ausrichtung zu berücksichtigen, wobei die Waren selbst unter elastischer Dehnung zur Anpassung an die Form des Trägers einen vorspringenden Bereich (1b) aufweisen, der in Bezug auf den Träger feststellbar ist, wobei der vorspringende Bereich (1b) der Fersenvorsprung der Maschenwaren (1) ist;
    - Feststellen des vorspringende Bereichs (1b) mittels mindestens eines optischen Sensors (4);
    - Speichern des vorspringenden Bereichs (1b) als Referenzfläche der Ware wenn sie von dem Träger (3) für weitere Bearbeitungsschritte abgenommen wird;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Feststellens des vorspringende Bereichs (1b) mittels des mindestens einen optischen Sensors (4) durchgeführt wird, indem der mindestens eine optische Sensor (4) zum Feststellen des vorspringende Bereichs (1b) in einer Richtung tangential und längs zum Träger ausgerichtet ist.
  2. Verfahren zum automatischen Orientieren von Maschenwaren, insbesondere von Socken und ähnlichem, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt ausgeführt wird, bei dem der Socken (1) bezüglich der Achse des Trägers (3) in Drehung ist.
  3. Verfahren zum automatischen Orientieren von Maschenwaren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Drehung des Socken durch eine gemeinsame Drehung des Trägers (3) und des Sockens (1) erfolgt.
  4. Verfahren zum automatischen Orientieren von Maschenwaren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehung des Socken (1) bezüglich des Trägers (3) durch eine Drehbewegung von Rollen (6, 6') tangential zu dem Socken (1) erfolgt, wobei der Träger (3) stillsteht.
  5. Verfahren zum automatischen Orientieren von Maschenwaren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehung des Socken (1) bezüglich der Achse des Trägers (3) stoppt, sobald der vorspringende Bereich festgestellt wird, um eine Vereinzelung der Winkellage des Sockens zu erreichen.
  6. Verfahren zum automatischen Orientieren von Maschenwaren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Schritte zur Qualitätsüberwachung am länglichen Träger (3) vorgesehen sind, wobei sich der letztere während des Durchlaufs durch eine Überwachungsstation zumindest teilweise um sich selbst dreht.
  7. Vorrichtung zum automatischen Orientieren von Maschenwaren wie Socken und ähnliches, aufweisend die Schritte:
    - Mittel zum Herausgreifen der Waren (1) aus einem Behälter;
    - Mittel zum Ablegen der Waren auf länglichen Trägern (3), ohne deren Ausrichtung zu berücksichtigen, wobei die Waren selbst unter elastischer Verformung zur Anpassung an die Form des Trägers einen vorspringenden Bereich (1b) aufweisen, der in Bezug auf den Träger feststellbar ist, wobei der vorspringende Bereich (1b) der Fersenvorsprung der Maschenwaren (1) ist;
    - mindestens einen optischen Sensor (4) zum Feststellen des vorspringende Bereichs;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine optische Sensor (4) so ausgerichtet ist, um den vorspringenden Bereich (1b) in einer Richtung tangential und längs zum Träger festzustellen.
