Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a guide rail arrangement for Elevators, being on a door-side wall of an elevator shaft Mounting brackets are provided on which guide rails are attached for an elevator car.
A guide rail arrangement according to the preamble has become known from US Pat. No. 3,948,358. A mounting bracket which is U-shaped in plan consists of a crossbeam in the form of a U-profile, the ends of which are connected to beams which extend parallel to one another and protrude into the elevator shaft and which likewise consist of U-profiles. Guide rails for guiding an elevator car are fastened to the beams at the same distance from the crossbeam by means of claws. On the crossbeam, there are also two adjustable angles, the horizontal legs of which are attached to the masonry supporting the door sill and the door frame of a shaft door. For this purpose, the horizontal legs have slits, so that the distance between the masonry and the crossbar of the mounting bracket can be adjusted when fastening. The crossbeam is also connected to the door sill and the door frame by means of bolts and a z-shaped holding member, which ensures a distance between the elevator car and the door sill.
The guide rail arrangement described above is intended to avoid the costly and time-consuming alignment of the guide rails for a lift cabin in shaft walls that do not run exactly vertically and parallel to one another.
The invention has for its object an improved Propose guide rail arrangement for elevators, by their application further reduces the assembly time and Assembly errors can be avoided.
This object is achieved by the invention specified in claim 1. Starting from the prior art mentioned above, guide rails for at least one counterweight are attached to a mounting bracket in addition to the guide rails for an elevator car.
In a preferred embodiment, guide rails are provided for two counterweights, the guide rails being held on the mounting bracket by means of double claws which are attached to the mounting bracket with only a single screw.
The advantages achieved with the invention are there see the proposed arrangement of the counterweight guide rails is space-saving and therefore minimal Shaft dimensions enabled. As with the guide rails for the elevator car, is not a time-consuming and costly one Align as it is not when attaching to exactly vertical and not parallel shaft walls necessary would be required, whereby by the double claws for the Bracket for the counterweight guide rails another Reduction in assembly time is achieved. Another The advantage is that the only interface of the Guide rail arrangement to the elevator shaft the door side The shaft wall is so that the elevator shaft is on the building side can be designed more independently of the elevator system. The further proposed corner profiles allow one simple and quick attachment of the mounting bracket in one any position, and can be advantageous during assembly can be used as a holder for a mounting platform.

Ausrichtarbeiten präzise eingehalten werden.1 to 4, 1 designates a U-shaped mounting bracket, which is composed of a

verschieblich befestigt, insbesondere damit Verspannungen
bzw. 31.2, 32.2 Nutschienen 33,34 gebildet. Der Montagebügel
1 kann mittels nicht dargestellter, in den Nutschienen 33,34
geführter Schrauben in eine gewünschte Position geschoben
und in dieser fixiert werden.5 and 6, the mounting bracket 1 on two itself
