Description
- La figure 1 est une vue par l'arrière d'un tracteur agricole équipé d'une machine conforme à l'invention dans une première configuration de travail ;
- La figure 2 est une vue, analogue à la figure 1 et à plus petite échelle, de l'engin dans une seconde configuration de travail ;
- La figure 3 est une vue analogue à la figure 2 dans une troisième configuration de travail ;
- La figure 4 est une vue analogue à la figure 2 dans une quatrième configuration de travail ;
- La figure 5 est une vue analogue à la figure 2 dans une cinquième configuration de travail ;
- La figure 6 est une vue en perspective de la machine représentée aux figures 1 à 6 ;
- La figure 7 est une coupe partielle selon la ligne VII-VII à la figure 6 et
- la figure 8 est une vue analogue à la figure 2 lorsque l'engin est en cours de déplacement entre deux chantiers.
Claims (10)
- Machine à creuser et/ou curer un fossé, ladite machine comprenant un organe rotatif de façonnage du fossé apte à être entraíné par un engin et supporté par une structure montée sur ledit engin et comprenant :deux bras primaires (4, 5-6), aptes à être articulés (en A1, A2) au niveau de leurs premières extrémités respectives (42, 51), par rapport audit engin (T), s'étendant essentiellement selon deux directions (X1-X'1, X2-X'2) globalement parallèles et dont les secondes extrémités respectives (43, 62) sont reliées par une bielle (7) articulée (en B1, B2) sur lesdits bras ;un bras secondaire (9) articulé (en B1) sur la seconde extrémité (43) d'un bras primaire (4), solidaire de ladite bielle et sur lequel est monté ledit organe rotatif (10),
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits éléments d'entraínement comprennent des chaínes (41, 92) coopérant avec des pignons dont deux (17, 18), respectivement prévus dans lesdits bras primaire (4) et secondaire (9), sont reliés par un arbre commun (14).
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ledit arbre commun (14) est monté, avec possibilité de rotation (en 15, 16), dans un tube (44) solidaire de l'un (4) desdits bras et engagé, avec possibilité de rotation, dans un manchon (91) solidaire de l'autre bras (9).
- Machine selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit tube (44) ou ledit manchon (91) est solidaire en rotation de ladite bielle (7).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (19) d'immobilisation axiale relative dudit tube (44) et dudit manchon (91).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un vérin (12) d'ajustement (F1, F'1, F2, F'2) de la position angulaire desdits bras primaires (4, 5-6) par rapport audit engin (T).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les points respectifs (A1, A2) d'articulation desdits bras primaires (4, 5-6) par rapport audit engin (T) sont alignés sur une droite (D) qui, en configuration normale d'utilisation de ladite machine (1) montée sur un engin reposant sur une surface (S) globalement horizontale, est inclinée par rapport à l'horizontale (D') d'un angle (α) compris entre 40 et 50°, de préférence de l'ordre de 45°.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit bras primaire (5-6) dont la longueur est réglable comprend un vérin (5) dont le corps (51) constitue la première extrémité dudit bras et dont la tige (52) est solidaire d'une barre (6) articulée (en B2) sur ladite bielle (7).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une platine de base (2) sur laquelle sont articulés lesdits bras primaires (4, 5-6) au niveau de leurs extrémités respectives (42, 51), et qui est apte à être montée sur un engin (T), de telle sorte que le point d'articulation (A1) de l'un (4) desdits bras primaires sur ladite platine est aligné avec une prise de force dudit engin.
- Engin agricole, de voirie ou de génie civil équipé d'une machine (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
