Claims (9)

  1. Mehrlagiges Blatt zum Abwischen, umfassend eine erste Lage (12) und eine zweite Lage (14) aus Zellstoffwatte mit beigemischtem Harz, das ihr ein Feuchtigkeitsverhalten gibt, jeweils mit einem Flächengewicht zwischen 12 und 35 g/m2, wobei die erste Lage ein erstes Prägemuster auf ersten Zonen (16) umfasst, das aus ersten Erhebungen (18) besteht, die auf der Innenseite der ersten Lage vorstehen und Mulden auf der Außenseite entsprechen und die insbesondere erste Reihen bilden und von denen mindestens ein Teil der Scheitel (19) mit der gegenüberliegenden Innenseite der zweiten Lage (14) verbunden ist, wobei die erste Lage (12) ein zweites Prägemuster (36) umfasst, das aus zweiten Erhebungen (38) besteht, die auf der Innenseite der ersten Lage (12) vorstehen und deren Höhe (H2) bezüglich derjenigen (H1) der ersten Erhebungen kleiner ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichte der ersten Erhebungen niedriger als 20 pro cm2 ist, die zweiten Erhebungen (38) an zweiten Zonen (36) liegen, wobei deren Dichte höher als 30 pro cm2 ist, und mindestens ein Teil ihrer Scheitel (39) in derselben Ebene wie die Scheitel (19) der ersten Erhebungen (18) liegt und mit der Innenseite der zweiten Lage (14) verbunden ist, und dritte Erhebungen (30) in Form von Kleinwand zwei benachbarten ersten Erhebungen einer Reihe miteinander verbinden.
  2. Mehrlagiges Blatt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichte der ersten Erhebungen niedriger als 12 pro cm2 ist.
  3. Blatt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichte der zweiten Erhebungen höher als 40 pro cm2 ist.
  4. Blatt nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und die zweiten Zonen aneinandergrenzen.
  5. Blatt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Lage (14) vom Typ Durchströmungstrocknung ist.
  6. Blatt nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Lage (14) nicht geprägt ist.
  7. Prägewalze, die mit einem Muster graviert ist, das dem Muster einer der Blätter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie erste Reihen bildende Vorsprünge (26) in ersten Zonen umfasst, sowie zweite Vorsprünge (46), deren Höhe kleiner und deren Dichte höher ist, wobei die Scheitel der ersten und der zweiten Vorsprünge in denselben Tangentialebenen längs der Erzeugenden der Walze gelegen sind.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Blatts mit Hilfe einer Anlage, die eine Prägewalze nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, dass eine erste Lage (12) von gekreppter Zellstoffwatte auf dieser Walze geprägt wird und dann auf die Scheitel der Erhebungen mit Hilfe einer Klebstoffauftragwalze eine Klebstoffhaut aufgetragen wird und dann diese Lage mit einer zweiten Lage verbunden wird.
  9. Herstellungsverfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Lage (14) nicht geprägt ist.
