In this position the first cap 2 is still screwed onto the mouth 3.
  • the first cap 2 By continuing to unscrew the first cap 2, with a small effort to cause the relief 4 to overcome the intermediate relief 9, the first cap 2 is brought into a second open position, defined by the upper third relief 9, in which it is completely unscrewed from the mouth 3. In this position, even though the screw-coupling is completely unscrewed, the first cap 2 is still coupled to the obturator 8. Complete freeing of the mouth 3 upper opening can be obtained by making a further axial raising movement of the first cap 2, which, thanks to the coupling between the relief 4 and the upper relief 9, draws the obturator 8 upwards with it.
  • the user first removes the second cap 11 (which has served to guarantee the security of the package and contents) and then, to reach the product inside, unscrews the first cap 2 up to the first open position. If the user continues to unscrew, the first cap 2 exits from the screw coupling, moving into the second open position, in which an unscrewing rotation does not lead to a raising of the first cap 2. In both open positions, the liquid product can be obtained without removing the first cap. The first cap can therefore subsequently be rescrewed, to close the container.
  • the closed capsule is guaranteed airtight by various seals: the fifth wall 2a of the first cap 2 coupled sealedly to the third wall of the obturator 8, the annular seal 15 of the first cap 2 which seals against the upper relief 9 of the obturator 8, the annular relief 13 of the second cap 11, coupled sealedly with the relief 5 of the obturator 8.

Claims (6)

  1. Behälterverschluss, enthaltend:
    eine erste Kappe (2) mit einer Auslassöffnung für eine in einem Behälter vorhandene Flüssigkeit, welche erste Kappe (2) dazu bestimmt ist, an einer Öffnung (3) des Behälters auf solche Weise befestigt zu werden, dass die erste Kappe (2) im Verhältnis zu dem Behälter angehoben und gesenkt werden kann;
    ein ringförmiges Element (6), verbunden mit der ersten Kappe (2) und wenigstens einen Teil aufweisend, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, beim ersten Öffnen der Verschlusskapsel von dem Element gelöst zu werden;
    ein Absperrorgan (8), dazu bestimmt, in die Öffnung (3) des Behälters eingesetzt zu werden, welches Absperrorgan (8) mit einem nach oben hervorstehenden Teil versehen und mit wenigstens einer Öffnung (10) für den Austritt der Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter ist;
    eine zweite Kappe (11), welche ausserhalb der ersten Kappe (2) angeordnet und innen mit wenigstens einem Vorsprung (12) versehen ist, verbunden im Unterschnitt mit der ersten Kappe (2);
    wobei die erste Kappe (2) wahlweise wenigstens eine geschlossene untere Position einnehmen kann, in welcher die Auslassöffnung durch den nach oben hervorstehenden Teil des Absperrorgans (8) verschlossen ist, und wenigstens eine geöffnete obere Position, in welcher die Auslassöffnung einen Abstand von dem hervorstehenden Teil hat und wenigstens ein Teil des ringförmigen Elementes (6) gelöst ist;
    wobei die zweite Kappe (11) einen seitlichen Teil enthält, der als Mantel dient und mit einem flachen oberen Teil verbunden ist, von welchem aus sich ein ringförmiger Vorsprung (13) nach unten erstreckt;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte ringförmige Vorsprung (13) eine interne ringförmige Dichtungsfläche enthält, welche im Kontakt mit einem ringförmigen Vorsprung (5) zusammenwirkt, der seitlich von der ersten Kappe (2) hervorsteht.
  2. Verschluss nach Patentanspruch 1, bei welchem das Absperrorgan (8) mit einer Anzahl von nach innen hervorstehenden ringförmigen Vorsprüngen (9) versehen ist, welche dazu vorgesehen sind, mit einem nach aussen hervorstehenden ringförmigen Vorsprung (4) der ersten Kappe (2) zusammenzuwirken, um einen Widerstand gegen das Anheben der ersten Kappe (2) zu bieten; wobei die ringförmigen Vorsprünge (9) einen oberen ringförmigen Vorsprung zum Begrenzen einer axialen Bewegung der ersten Kappe (2) enthalten, sowie wenigstens einen unteren ringförmigen Vorsprung, der einen grösseren Durchmesser aufweist als der Durchmesser des oberen ringförmigen Vorsprungs.
  3. Verschluss nach Patentanspruch 2, bei welchem die erste Kappe (2) eine ringförmige Dichtung (15) aufweist, welche in einer geschlossenen gesenkten Position an dem oberen ringförmigen Vorsprung (9) des Absperrorgans (8) anliegend abdichtet.
  4. Verschluss nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, bei welchem der Vorsprung (12) der zweiten Kappe (11) an einem leicht brechbaren Sicherheitsring angeordnet ist.
  5. Verschluss nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, bei welchem die erste Kappe (2) ein ringförmiges Element (2a) aufweist, welches sich in einer Richtung parallel zu der axialen Bewegungsrichtung der ersten Kappe (2) erstreckt und ein oberes Ende hat, das mit der ersten Kappe (2) verbunden ist, und ein freies unteres Ende, welches, wenn sich die erste Kappe in der geschlossenen Position befindet, zusammen mit dem hervorstehenden Teil des Absperrorgans (8) seitlich eine Dichtung bildet.
  6. Verschluss nach einem beliebigen der vorstehenden Patentansprüche, bei welchem wenigstens ein Teil der ersten Kappe (2) eine äussere seitliche Oberfläche aufweist, die einen mehreckigen Schnitt hat.
