Abstract

Das aus Kunststoff bestehende Gerätegehäuse des Hörgerätes (1) besteht aus einer Schale (3) und einem auf diese aufgesetzten Deckelteil (4). Im Innern der Schale (3) sind eine Hörerbaueinheit (5) und eine Mikrofonbaueinheit (6) untergebracht. Die Hörerbaueinheit (5) weist einen Schallleitungskanal (7) auf, der zu einer Schallaustrittsöffnung (8) in der Schale (3) führt. Die Mikrofonbaueinheit (6) ist in den Deckelteil (4) eingesetzt. Die Schale (3) ist als Formteil mit integrierten Leiterbahnen (9, 10) ausgebildet, z.B. als räumlich spritzgegossener Schaltungsträger (Molded Interconnect Device, MID). Sowohl die Hörerbaueinheit (5) als auch die Mikrofonbaueinheit (6) weisen abstehende Federkontakte (11, 12) auf, die mit den Leiterbahnen (9, 10) der Schale (3) in Berührung stehen. Diese Baueinheiten (5, 6) sind somit über die Federkontakte (11, 12) und die Leiterbahnen (9, 10) elektrisch miteinander verbunden.
