Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zum Füllen eines Farbbehälters in einer automatisch arbeitenden Lackieranlage, die Maschinen oder Roboter für den Farbauftrag (6a, 6b,7a, 7b, 8a, 8b, 9a, 9b) umfasst, jeweils mit Spritzdüse (12) und Behälter (13) für Farbe oder ein anderes Beschichtungsprodukt, der mit der Spritzdüse (12) verbunden ist und zu deren Versorgung dient, wobei diese Maschinen oder Roboter entlang einer Lackierstraße, insbesondere für Autokarosserien (2), angeordnet sind und jedes Ensemble, das aus einer Spritzdüse (12) und dem zugehörigen Behälter (13) besteht, mit einem fluidtechnischen Verbindungsteil (30) ausgestattet ist, das vorgesehen ist, um zeitweilig mit einem Verteilungssystem (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) zusammenzuarbeiten, das einen Farbwechsler-Block (17) umfasst, der mit Farbmaterial in verschiedenen Farbtönen gespeist wird, sowie einen fluidtechnischen Verbindungsblock (18) hat, der an den Ausgang (25) des Farbwechslers (17) angeschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens zwei Maschinen oder Roboter (6a, 7a ; 6b, 7b ; 8a, 9a ; 8b, 9b) das gleiche Verteilungssystem (14a, 15a, 15b) benutzen, an das sie sich bei jedem Farbwechsel nacheinander anschließen, um ihre jeweiligen Behälter (13), die mit ihren jeweiligen Spritzdüsen (12) verbunden sind, nacheinander auszuspülen und mit Farbe zu füllen.
  2. Vorrichtung für die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für je zwei Lackier-Maschinen oder Lackier-Roboter (6a, 7a ; 6b, 7b ; 8a, 9a ; 8b, 9b), jeweils mit Spritzdüse (12) und Farbbehälter (13), die entlang der Lackierstraße aufeinanderfolgend angeordnet sind, ein gemeinsames Verteilungssystem (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) mit Farbwechsler-Block (17) und einem fluidtechnischen Verbindungsblock (18) umfasst, der an den Ausgang (25) des Farbwechslers (17) angeschlossen ist, wobei das Verteilungssystem (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) zwischen den zwei Maschinen oder Robotern (6a, 7a ; 6b, 7b ; 8a, 9a ; 8b, 9b) so platziert ist, dass es sowohl von der einen wie auch von der anderen dieser Maschinen oder Roboter für das Ausspülen und das Füllen ihrer jeweiligen mit ihren Spritzdüsen (12) verbundenen Behältern (13) benutzt werden kann.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Lackierkabine (4) verbunden ist und dass eine motorbetriebene Luke (16) in einer Seitenwand (5a, 5b) der Lackierkabine (4) angebracht ist für die Passage des fluidtechnischen Verbindungsblocks (18), der an den Ausgang (25) des Farbwechsler-Blocks (17) angeschlossen ist und beweglich in Richtung des Kabineninnenraums (4) konzipiert ist im Hinblick auf das Ausspülen und Füllen des Farbbehälters (13), der mit der Spritzdüse (12) der einen oder der anderen der zwei Maschinen oder Roboter (6a, 7a ; 6b, 7b ; 8a, 9a ; 8b, 9b) verbunden ist, zwischen denen das Verteilungssystem (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) angeordnet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der fluidtechnische Verbindungsblock (18) des Verteilungssystems (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) quer durch die in geöffnete Position gebrachte motorbetriebene Luke (16) zwischen der Außenseite und dem Inneren der Lackierkabine (4) verschiebbar ausgeführt ist, zum Beispiel mittels eines Zylinders (20), wobei beispielsweise flexible Leitungen (24, 26, 28) diesen beweglichen fluidtechnischen Verbindungsblock (18) mit Verteilungspunkten des Verteilungssystems (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) verbinden, insbesondere mit dem Ausgang (25) des Farbwechslerblocks (17).
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche fluidtechnische Verbindungsblock (18) drei Anschlusspunkte (21, 22, 23) hat, nämlich:
    - einen ersten Anschlusspunkt (21), der durch ein Rohr (24) mit dem Ausgang (25) des Farbwechslerblocks (17) verbunden ist,
    - einen zweiten Anschlusspunkt (22), der durch ein anderes Rohr (26) mit einer Entsorgung (27) verbunden ist, und
    - einen dritten Anschlusspunkt (23), der durch ein weiteres Rohr (28) mit einem Spülblock (29) verbunden ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Farbwechsler-Block (17) feststehend und an der Außenseite der Lackierkabine (4) angeordnet ist, wobei der fluidtechnische Verbindungsblock (18) durch flexible Leitungen (24, 26, 28) mit den festen Verteilungspunkten des Verteilungssystems (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) verbunden ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Farbwechsler-Block (17) zusammen mit dem Verbindungsblock quer durch die Luke (16) zwischen der Außenseite und dem Inneren der Lackierkabine (4) verschiebbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spülblock (29) zusammen mit dem Verbindungsblock (18) quer durch die Luke (16) zwischen der Außenseite und dem Inneren der Lackierkabine (4) verschiebbar ist.
