Claims (5)

  1. Anchoring device including a metal anchoring element (1) intended for fixing a railway track to a concrete slab (2), the said anchoring element being coated with an adhesive binder to improve the adherence with the concrete and being directly embedded in the slab (2) when making the said slab, characterised in that the said anchoring element (1) is made up of either an anchor rod with a galvanised and passivated outer surface or of an anchor shaft (11) that receives a sleeper screw (12) which comprises an outer cover that is galvanised and passivated, and in that the said adhesive binder is a mortar (3) made up of a resin mixed with sand and cement.
  2. Anchoring device according to claim 1, characterised in that the anchor rod has a threaded top section that sticks out of the slab and is intended for receiving parts for fixing the railway track.
  3. Anchoring device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the surface of the anchor rod is essentially smooth.
  4. Anchoring device according to claim 1, characterised in that the sleeper screw (12) is used to immobilise the base (5) of a rail-bearing plate intended to bear a railway track.
  5. Anchoring device according to any one of the claims from 1 to 4, characterised in that the resin is an ethylene vinyl acetate polymer.
