    - suspending temporary rails (2), pre-mounted on their tie-plates (5), above the point where the concrete slab (3) is to be poured, each tie-plate (5) including a base (51) beneath which is arranged a temporary tie-plate (1) including guide bushes (13) engaging in suitable openings (52) of the base (51), the guide bushes (13) having an adjusted bore receiving an anchorage member constituted by a threaded rod (4), part of which protrudes from the lower face of the temporary tie-plate (1),
    - adjusting the position of the rails (2) so as to bring the lower face of the temporary tie-plates (1) precisely to the point where the tie-plates (5) supporting the rails (2) are to rest,
    - pouring the concrete slab (3) up to the height of the temporary tie-plates (1),
    - lifting the rails (2) and withdrawing the temporary tie-plates (1),
    - accurate installation of the rails (2), pre-mounted on their tie-plates (5), on the concrete slab (3) and fixing the tie-plates (5) on the anchorage members (4).
  2. A method of construction of a railway according to claim 1, characterized in that, following the withdrawal of the temporary tie-plates (1), spacers (19) are arranged inside the openings (52) of the tie-plates (5) or around the threaded rods (4), the spacers (19) ensuring accurate positioning of the tie-plates (5) on the concrete slab (3) by including a body having a cylindrical portion fitting into the openings (52) and having an outside diameter adjusted to the diameter of the opening (52), said cylindrical portion comprising an inner bore adjusted to the diameter of the threaded rod (4).
  3. A method of construction of a railway according to either claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that said rails (2) are suspended above the slab (3) to be poured by means of a gantry (6), this latter making it possible to bring the rails (2) precisely into a desired position.
  4. A temporary tie-plate (1) intended to be arranged beneath a tie-plate (5) supporting a railway rail (2) during the construction of a railway on a concrete slab (3) by a method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, said temporary tie-plate (1) being placed beneath the tie-plate (5) during the pouring of the concrete slab (3) then withdrawn after hardening of the concrete slab (3), characterized in that it includes guide bushes (13) fitting into suitable openings (52) of the tie-plate (5), said guide bushes (13) having an adjusted bore receiving an anchorage member (4) for anchoring the tie-plate (5) and constituted by a rod, one part of which protrudes from the lower face of the temporary tie-plate (1) in order to be embedded in the concrete slab (3).
  5. A temporary tie-plate according to claim 4, characterized in that it includes a body constituted by a plate (11) having openings (12) receiving the guide bushes (13).
  6. A temporary tie-plate according to claim 5, characterized in that the guide bushes (13) include a shoulder (20) which fits into a complementary cavity provided in the plate (11) alongside the openings (12), said shoulder (20) constituting an axial abutment.
  7. A temporary tie-plate according to either claim 5 or claim 6, characterized in that said rods (4) include an upper, threaded portion protruding from the guide bushes (13) and receiving nuts (18) ensuring the vertical retention of said rod (4) on the tie-plate (5).
  8. A temporary tie-plate according to claim 7, characterized in that, beneath the upper, threaded portion, said rod (4) includes a local pinchpoint (41) acting as a sliding abutment for the guide bush (13).
