Procédé pour renforcer la tenue d'un élément d'ancrage (1) noyé dans une dalle de béton (2), caractérisé en ce que, préalablement à la coulée de la dalle de béton (2) autour de l'élément d'ancrage (1), on enduit l'élément d'ancrage (1) d'un mortier (3) constitué d'une résine mélangée avec du sable et du ciment. <IMAGE>

Description

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé pour renforcer la tenue d'un élément d'ancrage noyé dans une dalle de béton. Le procédé selon l'invention sert notamment à améliorer la tenue des éléments d'ancrage pour la fixation des selles supportant les rails d'une voie ferrée reposant sur une dalle de béton.
Il est connu du document FR 2 425 014, des éléments d'ancrage noyés directement dans une dalle de béton qui permettent la fixation d'un rail de voie ferrée, ces éléments d'ancrage étant constitués d'une gaine d'ancrage présentant une enveloppe externe métallique munie de multiples bourrelets venant au contact du béton et d'un un tire-fond se vissant dans la gaine d'ancrage.
De tels éléments d'ancrage sont habituellement noyés dans la dalle en coulant simplement, par gravité, du béton autour de l'élément d'ancrage. Toutefois, il est souvent difficile d'obtenir un bon contact entre le béton et l'élément d'ancrage du fait par exemple de la formation de bulles d'air à l'interface entre l'élément d'ancrage et le béton, ou lorsque l'état de surface de l'élément d'ancrage ne permet pas un bon accrochage naturel du béton, ou bien encore lorsqu'il se produit un phénomène de répulsion en raison de la texture et de la nature des matériaux en contact comme cela est notamment le cas quand l'élément d'ancrage est galvanisé et passivé, ce qui limite la tenue de l'élément d'ancrage dans la dalle de béton. Or, il est important pour une voie ferrée que les éléments d'ancrage soient fermement tenus dans la dalle de béton afin d'assurer un excellent maintien des rails de la voie ferrée.
Aussi, un but de la présente invention est de proposer un procédé pour renforcer la tenue d'un élément d'ancrage dans une dalle de béton qui soit simple et économique à réaliser.
A cet effet, l'invention a pour objet un procédé pour renforcer la tenue d'un élément d'ancrage noyé dans une dalle de béton, caractérisé en ce que, préalablement à la coulée de la dalle de béton autour de l'élément d'ancrage, on enduit l'élément d'ancrage d'un mortier constitué d'une résine mélangée avec du sable et du ciment.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, la résine est un polymère éthylène vinyle acétate.
Selon encore une autre caractéristique de l'invention, l'élément d'ancrage est constitué d'une gaine d'ancrage recevant un tire-fond et comprenant une enveloppe extérieure métallique galvanisée.
Selon encore une autre caractéristique de l'invention, l'élément d'ancrage est utilisé pour la fixation d'une voie ferrée.
On comprendra mieux les buts, aspects et avantages de la présente invention, d'après la description donnée ci-après d'un mode particulier de réalisation de l'invention, présenté à titre d'exemple non limitatif, en se référant à la figure 1 annexée représentant une vue en coupe d'un élément d'ancrage noyé dans une dalle de béton suivant le procédé selon l'invention.
Pour faciliter la lecture de cette figure, seuls les éléments nécessaires à la compréhension de l'invention ont été représentés.
La figure 1 représente un élément d'ancrage noyé dans une dalle de béton 2 selon un mode de réalisation particulier du procédé selon l'invention.
Conformément à cette figure, l'élément d'ancrage 1 comporte une gaine d'ancrage 11, connue en soi, dans laquelle est vissé un tire-fond 12, ce tire-fond 12 servant à immobiliser l'embase 5 d'une selle destinée à supporter un rail de voie ferrée non représenté sur la figure. La gaine d'ancrage 11 possède une enveloppe extérieure métallique galvanisée et passivée.
Conformément à l'invention, l'enveloppe de la gaine d'ancrage 11 est recouverte, préalablement à la coulée de la dalle de béton 2, d'un mortier 3 constitué d'une résine mélangée avec du sable et du ciment. La résine utilisée est préférentiellement un polymère éthylène vinyle acétate.
Ce mortier 3 est avantageusement appliqué sur les gaines d'ancrage 11 dans une opération indépendante réalisée bien avant la coulée de 1a dalle de béton 2 afin que mortier 3 soit parfaitement sec lors de la manipulation des gaines d'ancrage 11 et lors de la coulée de la dalle de béton 2.
La dalle de béton 2 est par exemple obtenue par simple coulée par gravité dans un coffrage, le béton s'écoulant autour du mortier 3 recouvrant la gaine d'ancrage 11, cette dernière étant maintenue dans une position fixe lors de cette opération.
Un tel procédé permet d'améliorer notablement la tenue de la gaine d'ancrage dans la dalle de béton grâce à la très bonne cohésion qu'il y a entre l'enveloppe métallique galvanisée de la gaine d'ancrage et le mortier ainsi qu'entre le mortier et le béton.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est nullement limitée au mode de réalisation décrit et illustré qui n'a été donné qu'à titre d'exemple. Des modifications restent possibles, notamment du point de vue de la constitution des divers éléments ou par substitution d'équivalents techniques, sans sortir pour autant du domaine de protection de l'invention.
Ainsi, l'invention s'applique également à d'autres types d'éléments d'ancrage et pourra notamment être utilisée pour renforcer la tenue d'une tige d'ancrage sensiblement lisse destinée à être noyée directement dans une dalle de béton et disposant d'une partie supérieure filetée, débordant de la dalle de béton, destinée à recevoir des pièces de fixation de la voie ferrée et à permettre leur immobilisation au moyen d'un écrou.

Claims (4)

  1. Procédé pour renforcer la tenue d'un élément d'ancrage (1) noyé dans une dalle de béton (2), caractérisé en ce que, préalablement à la coulée de la dalle de béton (2) autour de l'élément d'ancrage (1), on enduit l'élément d'ancrage (1) d'un mortier (3) constitué d'une résine mélangée avec du sable et du ciment.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la résine est un polymère éthylène vinyle acétate.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ledit élément d'ancrage (1) est constitué d'une gaine d'ancrage (11) recevant un tire-fond (12) et comprenant une enveloppe extérieure métallique galvanisée.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'ancrage (1) est utilisé pour la fixation d'une voie ferrée.
