  6. Packaging device according to Claim 5, characterized by the fact that the flanges (115) disposed in the first lateral plane (P1) are offset by an angle roughly equal to π/N relative to the flanges (125) disposed in the second lateral plane (P2).
  7. Packaging device according to Claim 5, characterized by the fact that each flange (115) comprises an external part (116), the end of which is extended by two protuberances (117a, 117b) creating a space (118) in which the electrical cable can be placed to pass from one reel to an adjacent reel.
  8. Packaging device according to Claim 5, characterized by the fact that it also includes a removable winding accessory (15) having a circular external face (18), able to be fixed to the flanges (115, 125) so that the external face (18) forms a continuous winding path to ensure easy rotation of a drum (10) made up of one or more individual reels.
  9. Packaging device according to Claim 8, characterized by the fact that the winding accessory (15) is made up of a number of identical parts (16), each of which comprises snap-fitting means (17) enabling them to be fixed to the flanges (115, 125) of a reel (100).
