Description

The invention relates to a piece of furniture according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such furniture is known from US 3,918,781. Here, a drawer cabinet is shown, which consists of positively interlocking, stacked trough-shaped containers, which have an opening to one side, which is provided for the entry and exit of a drawer. A disadvantage of the known modular system is that with this only drawer cabinets of different height and / or width can be created.

Furthermore, from EP 0 664 980 A1 a furniture is known which consists of trough-shaped frames and drawers, wherein a frame and a drawer each form a module, wherein the individual modules are aufeinandersetzbar and mutually positively connected, the frames at attachment points by connecting means are interconnected, wherein the attachment points are arranged in groups, equidistantly on contour lines of equilateral or circular, planar, geometric surfaces and wherein the frames are arbitrarily stackable in at least two different positions.

The invention has for its object to develop a furniture that has an increased variability in terms of use.

This object is achieved on the basis of the features of the preamble of claim 1 according to the invention by the characterizing features of claim 1. In the dependent claims advantageous and expedient developments are given.

The furniture according to the invention has frames for inserting drawers, which are connected to each other at attachment points by connecting means, wherein the Attachment points are arranged in groups, equidistant on contour lines of equilateral or circular, geometric surfaces and wherein the frames are arbitrarily stackable in at least two mutually differing positions. Such a variable connection allows the individual alignment of each frame and thus also the individual orientation of each drawer inserted into the frame. This makes it possible to assign different drawers to different side surfaces of the furniture.

An advantageous embodiment of the subject invention also provides to design the frame on two opposite sides with openings for the inlet of a drawer. In this way, the same drawer can be operated from two sides of the cabinet.

According to a particular embodiment of the subject invention, it is provided to convert the module formed from the frame and drawer or the frame from a first position to a second position by rotation about a vertical axis, wherein the vertical axis passes through the center of the geometric surface, on the contour line lie the attachment points. This ensures that equidistantly on the contour line, the arranged attachment points, with appropriate rotation, come to rest on attachment points and so a connection of superimposed modules in different orientations each other is possible without any problems.

Furthermore, it is provided that the connecting means form a plurality of parts, wherein a first part connecting means that is arranged on a top or bottom of a first frame with a second part connecting means that is arranged on a bottom or top of a second frame cooperates, wherein the second frame above or below the first frame is arranged.

According to the invention, it is also provided to use as connection means for connecting superimposed frames form-fitting and / or non-positive connection means. Positive connections, such as e.g. Connectors made of a concave and a convex component allow a quick and repeated assembly and disassembly of the frames. As a result, the furniture can be arbitrarily redesigned during its entire service life or, for example, for a move, disassembled and reassembled later. Force-fitting connections, such as Adhesive connections, connections by means of Velcro strips or magnets also allow quick assembly of the frames and can be realized in particular without mechanical processing of the individual frames.

Furthermore, the invention provides to form the frames in plan view as equilateral or circular, geometric surfaces. By such a design ensures that superimposed frames that are aligned differently, yet have congruent surfaces.

According to the invention it is provided to provide a frame with at least two opposite side walls, as this can be realized simply a tunnel-like guide for drawers.

The invention also provides to equip the frames and the drawers with different heights. This makes it possible to produce a module formed from frame and drawer, the height of which does not exceed the height of the frame.

Furthermore, it is provided to form a support or a cover for the associated drawer by means of the plate of a frame. This makes it possible to save intermediate floors, a drawer in the vertical direction is always between two plates, which belong to different frames.

A modification of the invention provides to equip the drawer on its side walls with sliding elements, which cooperate with the side walls of the frame. This makes it possible to avoid a large-scale friction between the drawer and frame. Of course, the arrangement of the sliding elements can be provided on the side walls of the frame.

To achieve a slightly moving drawer is further provided to arrange at least one slider on a horizontal plate of the frame. As a result, the movement of the drawer over this plate is facilitated. Of course, it is also possible to arrange a slider on the drawer.

The invention provides to use as sliding elements in particular strained nylon threads or nylon straps. As a result, easily running guides can be realized with simple means.

Furthermore, it is provided to form the frame in plan view in particular as a square, hexagon, octagon, circle, triangle, pentagon, heptagon or n-corner. By such frames furniture can be built, which offer a pleasing appearance and versatile uses.

An embodiment of the subject invention provides to complete the furniture composed of individual modules by a cover plate or a bottom plate, the bottom plate preferably having rollers or sliders or feet. These supplementary components make it possible to further increase the possibilities of using the furniture.

Furthermore, it is intended to form the furniture by a special cover plate as a lectern.

Finally, a particular embodiment of the subject invention still provides to determine the drawer in a completely standing in the frame position releasably. This makes it possible to prevent unwanted pushing through the drawer from one side of the frame to another side of the frame, or to facilitate finding the "middle position". In particular, for example, the use of a sprung mounted in the frame ball is provided here, which engages in a recess of the drawer.

Further details of the invention are described in the drawing with reference to schematically illustrated embodiments.

In Figure 1, a furniture 1 is shown, which consists essentially of 2 frames and 3 drawers. Of the drawers 3, only two drawers 3 are shown in Figure 1 to maintain clarity. A first drawer 3 'is in the inserted position 4 and a second drawer 3''is shown in a partially extended position 5. Co-operating frames 2 and drawers 3 each form a module 6. The frames 2 of the furniture 1 are partially in the direction of a double arrow 7 and partially in the direction of a Double Arrow 8 oriented. A reorientation of the frames 2 is possible by a rotation of the individual frames in the direction of a double arrow 9 about a central longitudinal axis 10 of the furniture 1 by 90 ° or 270 °.

Insbesondere in den Figuren 12 und 13 ist noch Näheres zu den Kontaktflächen 16, 17 ausgeführt.FIG. 2a shows two frames 2 ', 2 "which are oriented at 90 ° relative to one another with respect to a central longitudinal axis. The frames 2 ', 2' 'essentially consist in each case of two cheeks 11, 12 and a plate 13, the plate 13 being connected to the cheeks 11, 12 on two opposite side surfaces 14, 15. By moving the frame 2 'in the direction of arrow x, placing the frame 2' on the frame 2 ''. Here come contact surfaces 16 of the frame 2 'with contact surfaces 17 of the frame 2' 'in contact. In particular, in Figures 12 and 13 is still closer to the contact surfaces 16, 17 executed.

In Figure 2b, two frames 2 ', 2' 'are shown, which are oriented undirected to each other. When the frame 2 'is displaced in the direction of arrow x, it lies with contact surfaces 16 on contact surfaces 17 of the frame 2 ". The contact surfaces 16, 17 are formed by side surfaces 18 of cheeks 11, 12 of the frame 2 'pointing in the direction of the arrow x and side surfaces 19 of cheeks 11, 12 of the frame 2 "which point in an arrow direction x'. Thus, the cheeks 11, 12 of the frame 2 'over the entire surface on the cheeks 11, 12 of the frame 2' ', when this rests on the frame 2' '.

Die Zarge weist eine Unterseite 13a auf.FIG. 3 shows a side view of a frame 2. Cheeks 11, 12 of the frame 2 have a height H Z on. Measured from a surface 20 of a plate 13 of the frame 2, the cheeks 11, 12 have a height h Z. On upwardly facing side surfaces 19 of the cheeks 11, 12 connecting means 21 are arranged. The frame has an underside 13a.

In FIG. 4, the frame 2 shown in FIG Top view pictured. The frame 2 has a width B Z and a depth T Z. Furthermore, lying on a cheek 11 and 12 fasteners 21 to each other at a distance T B. The fastening means 21 arranged opposite each other on the cheeks 11, 12 have a spacing B B. For the frame 2: B Z = T Z and B B = T B. In other words, the fastening means 21 or the entire frame 2 are formed point-symmetrical to a point S in which a longitudinal central axis 10 extending in the plane of the drawing intersects the plate 13. Furthermore, sliding elements 22, 23 are still shown in FIG. 4, which are not shown in FIG. The sliding elements 22, 23 are formed by nylon threads 24, 25, which are guided with ends 26 in holes not shown or through holes in the plate 13. An attachment of the nylon threads 24, 25 takes place for example via a bond and / or a node. The frame 2 opens to two opposite sides A, B out.

The drawer 3 consists essentially of a bottom plate 27 and cheeks 28, 29, 30, 31. On the opposite cheeks 28, 30 sliding elements 32, 33 are arranged. These are analogous to the arranged on the frame sliding elements formed as nylon threads 34, 35, which are added to ends 36 of holes or through holes not shown in detail and glued into these and / or secured by knots. The drawer 3 has a width B S and a depth T S. In this case, the depth T S of the drawer 2 corresponds approximately to the depth T Z of a frame. FIG. 6 shows a side view of the drawer shown in FIG. 5 from the direction of the arrow VI. In this view, which is arranged on an outer side 37 of the cheek 30 sliding member 33 can be seen.

Ein Innenraum 38 des Schubkastens 3 besitzt eine Höhe hS.FIG. 7 shows a section through the drawer 3 shown in FIG. 5 along the sectional lines VII-VII. The drawer 3 has a height H S. This is slightly smaller than the height h Z belonging to the drawer 3 frame. An interior 38 of the drawer 3 has a height h S.

Aus dieser Ansicht geht nochmals die Lage der Gleitelemente 32, 33 an den Wangen 28, 30 des Schubkastens 3 hervor.FIG. 8 shows a side view of the drawer shown in FIG. 5 from the direction of the arrow VIII. From this view, the position of the sliding elements 32, 33 on the cheeks 28, 30 of the drawer 3 again emerges.

In Figur 9 ist ein Schnitt durch den in Figur 5 dargestellten Schubkasten entlang der Schnittlinie IX-IX abgebildet.FIG. 9 shows a section through the drawer shown in FIG. 5 along the section line IX - IX.

Das Modul 6 weist eine Höhe HM auf, welche einer Höhe Hz der Zarge entspricht (siehe beispielsweise Figur 3).FIG. 10 shows a side view of a module 6, which consists of a frame 2 and a drawer 3 concealed in FIG. 10 by the frame 2. The module 6 has a height H M , which corresponds to a height Hz of the frame (see for example Figure 3).

Zargen in unterschiedlicher Orientierung aufeinanderzusetzen. In Figure 11, the module 6 shown in Figure 10 is shown in plan view. The drawer 3 is disposed between cheeks 11, 12 of the frame 2. Between the cheeks 11, 12 of the frame 2 and cheeks 28, 30 of the drawer 3 column 39, 40 have a width a, in which the drawer 3 arranged lubricant 32, 33 extend. By the lubricants 32, 33 a surface friction between the opposite cheeks 12, 28 and 30, 11 is prevented. Connecting means 21 form corner points 41 of an equilateral or circular or point-symmetrical geometric surface 42, whose contour 42a is indicated by dashed lines. In the example shown in FIG. 11, the geometric surface 42 is formed as a square 43. By such a specification for the position of the corner points 41 of the module 6 and the frame 2, it is possible modules or frames in different orientation to each other. Here, the number of possible, different orientations is given by the number of vertices.

In FIG. 12, detail XII marked in FIG. 2b is enlarged in plan view. The frame 2 'shows on a side surface 19 of the cheek 12, a connecting means 21 which is formed as a part-spherical projection 44.

In Figure 13, three stacked frames 2 ', 2'',2''' are shown in a sectional side view. Here, the frame 2 'shown in FIG. 12 is arranged between the frames 2''and2'''. The connecting means 21 of the frame 2 'cooperates with a mating connection means 45, which is arranged on a contact surface 16 of the frame 2''. The counter-contact means 45 is formed as a part-spherical recess 46, which is adapted to the part-spherical projection 44 of the frame 2 '. At a contact surface 17, the frame 2 '' on a connecting means 21, which is provided for cooperation with a further counter-connecting means 45 of another frame, not shown. The frames 2 'and 2 "have the same orientation. Drawers, not shown, which could be moved in and out of the frames 2 ', 2 "would be moved in the direction of a double arrow 47. The frame 2 'is connected via a mating connection means 45 in a form-locking connection with the frame 2' arranged under the frame 2 ''', which engages with a connecting means 21 in the mating connection means 45 of the frame 2'. Here, the frame 2 '''a 90 ° twisted alignment with the frame 2' on. An unillustrated, for the insertion and removal in the frame 2 '''provided drawer would be moved into the plane of the drawing and out of the plane of the drawing. The interaction of connecting means 21 and mating connection means 45 is provided for all four corner points 41 of each frame 2 ', 2''and2'''.

Figure 14 shows a perspective view of a piece of furniture 1, in which no drawers are still inserted.
