Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ventil mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Patentanspruchs 1.
Dahingehende Ventile werden regelmäßig in sogenannten hydraulischen Load-Sensing-Systemen oder Steuerungen eingesetzt und funktionieren dort in der Art einer Druckwaage, die einen nicht benötigten Pumpenförderstrom mit geringem Druckverlust zum Tank hin zurückleiten. Um zu vermeiden, daß die im Verbraucherkreis auftretenden Leckagen den Verbraucherdruck auf das Leistungsniveau der Pumpe anheben und damit gegebenenfalls das Load-Sensing-System außer Kraft setzen, ist der Verbraucheranschluß zum Tank hin zu entlasten. Die dahingehende Entlastung wird heutzutage kostengünstig durch eine Blendensteuerung realisiert, wobei die Blende vorzugsweise unmittelbar in der Druckwaage integriert ist oder separat in einem Ansteuerblock eingesetzt wird, der Teil der Load-Sensing-Steuerung ist.
Nachteilig an diesen bekannten Lösungen mit der Blendenkonstruktion ist die Druckabhängigkeit des zum Tank abfließenden Volumenstromes. Bei Verbrauchern, deren Volumenstrom lastunabhängig, beispielsweise über Proportionalventile, gesteuert wird, führt dies dann zu einer stetigen Verlangsamung des Verbrauchers mit zunehmendem Lastdruck, was sich besonders negativ bei Verbrauchern mit geringem Volumenstrom auswirkt.
Durch die DE 11 08 996 B ist ein gattungsgemäßes Ventil bekannt mit mindestens einem Pumpen-, einem Tank- und einem Verbraucheranschluß und mit einem innerhalb des Ventilgehäuses verfahrbaren Ventilkolben, der in mindestens einer Sperrstellung den Pumpenanschluss vom Tankanschluss trennt und der mit einem Kraftspeicher zusammenwirkt, wobei mittels einer Steuereinrichtung ein zwischen dem Verbraucheranschluss und dem Tankanschluss sich einstellender Fluidstrom ansteuerbar ist, wobei die Steuereinrichtung aus einem Fluidstromregler besteht, der im Ventilkolben integriert ist und wobei der Fluidstromregler einen Stromreglerkolben aufweist, der in dem Ventilkolben längs verfahrbar geführt ist und der sich gegen einen weiteren Kraftspeicher abstützt. Die bekannte Lösung benötigt zur Realisierung ihrer Funktion eine Vielzahl von Bauteilen, so daß die Herstellkosten für das bekannte Ventil entsprechend hoch sind und im übrigen benötigt die bekannte Lösung hierdurch relativ viel Bauraum.
Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, die bekannten Ventile dahingehend weiter zu verbessern, daß sie die beschriebenen Nachteile, insbesondere beim Einsatz in sog. Load-Sensing-Systemen, nicht aufweisen. Ferner soll das Ventil sich kostengünstig realisieren lassen und einen geringen Platzbedarf einnehmen. Eine dahingehende Aufgabe löst ein Ventil mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1 in seiner Gesamtheit.
Dadurch, daß gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil des Patentanspruches 1 der Stromreglerkolben einen Fluidkanal aufweist, der zumindest in einer Verschiebestellung des Stromreglerkolbens in einen Fluidkanal des Ventilkolbens mündet, der zumindest in einer Verschiebestellung des Ventilkolbens in einen separaten Tankanschluß im Ventilgehäuse mündet, der von dem mit dem Pumpenanschluß verbindbaren Tankanschluß getrennt ist, ist es möglich, im Gegensatz zu den bekannten Ventillösungen mit der Blendenkonstruktion den Volumenstrom zum Verbraucher lastunabhängig um einen konstanten Wert zu reduzieren, so daß eine proportionale lastunabhängige Steuerung realisiert ist. Die beschriebenen Nachteile im Stand der Technik, insbesondere in Form einer Verlangsamung des Verbrauchers sind somit mit Sicherheit ausgeschlossen. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung mit Fluidstromregler läßt sich kostengünstig realisieren und durch die Integrierung des Fluidstromreglers im Ventilgehäuse ist ein platzsparender Einbau im Ventil selbst möglich. Da das erfindungsgemäße Ventil mit nur wenig Baukomponenten auskommt, ist darüber hinaus ein funktionssicherer Betrieb gewährleistet, der dem gesamten Load-Sensing-System zugute kommt.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Im folgenden wird das erfindungsgemäße Ventil anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen in prinzipieller und nicht maßstäblicher Darstellung die

in der Art einer Schaltdarstellung den Einsatz des Ventils nach der Fig.1 bei einem Load-Sensing-System mit einem Arbeitszylinder als hydraulischen Verbraucher.
Das in der Fig.1 im Längsschnitt gezeigte Ventil weist einen Pumpenanschluß 10 auf, und zwar am vorderen stirnseitigen Ende eines Ventilgehäuses 12, das in der Art einer Einschraubpatrone ausgebildet ist, um derart in Steuerblöcken od.dgl. für seine spätere Verwendung festgelegt zu werden. Die Ausgestaltung in Form eines Einbausets od. dgl. ist ebenfalls möglich. An seinem dem Pumpenanschluß 10 zugewandten Ende weist das Ventilgehäuse 12 zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende erste Tankanschlüsse 14 auf. In Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 gesehen darüberliegend ist in der linken Bildhälfte ein weiterer separater Tankanschluß 16 angeordnet, dessen freier Öffnungsquerschnitt kleiner ist als der entsprechende Durchmesserbereich der ersten Tankanschlüsse 14. Wiederum darüberliegend ist eine weitere Querbohrung in das Ventilgehäuse 12 eingebracht, die als Verbraucheranschluß 18 dient. Die Tankanschlüsse 14 und 16 sind gleichfalls vorzugsweise aus Querbohrungen in dem Ventilgehäuse 12 gebildet. Die angesprochenen Anschlüsse 14,16 und 18 verlaufen im wesentlichen quer zur Längsachse 20 des Ventilgehäuses 12. Der Pumpenanschluß 10 hingegen ist entlang der Längsachse 20 des Ventilgehäuses 12 an diesem stirnseitig angeordnet.
In dem Ventilgehäuse 12 längsverfahrbar ist ein Ventilkolben 22 angeordnet, der außenumfangsseitig in üblicher und daher nicht näher beschriebener Weise mit Druckentlastungskanälen versehen ist. In einer seiner gezeigten Sperrstellungen gemäß der Darstellung nach der Fig.1 trennt er jedenfalls den Pumpenanschluß 10 vom Tankanschluß 14. Ferner wirkt der Ventilkolben 22 mit einem Kraftspeicher 24 zusammen, wobei mittels einer als Ganzes mit 26 bezeichneten Steuereinrichtung ein zwischen dem Verbraucheranschluß 18 und dem Tankanschluß 14 sich einstellender Fluidstrom ansteuerbar ist. Die angesprochene Steuereinrichtung 26 besteht insbesondere aus einem Fluidstromregler, der im Ventilkolben 12 integriert ist und der im Hinblick auf seinen Aufbau und seine Funktion im folgenden noch näher erläutert werden wird.
Der angesprochene Fluidstromregler weist einen Stromreglerkolben 28 auf, der in dem Ventilkolben 22 längsverfahrbar geführt ist, wobei der Innenumfang des Ventilkolbens 22 den Außenumfang des Stromreglerkolbens 28 umfaßt. Der Stromreglerkolben 28 stützt sich wiederum an einem weiteren Kraftspeicher 30 ab, dessen Wirkrichtung entgegen dem ersten Kraftspeicher 24 gerichtet ist. Entlang der Längsachse 20 des Ventilgehäuses 12 und mithin mittig weist der Stromreglerkolben 28 einen Fluidkanal 32 auf, der zumindest in einer Verschiebestellung des Stromreglerkolbens 28 gemäß der Darstellung nach der Fig.1 in einen Fluidkanal 34 des Ventilkolbens 22 mündet, der in der Fig.1 gezeigten Verschiebestellung wiederum eine fluidführende Verbindung mit dem separaten Tankanschluß 16 im Ventilgehäuse 12 herstellt. In jeder Verschiebestellung des Ventilkolbens 22 trennt dieser die ersten Tankanschlüsse 14 von dem weiteren separaten Tankanschluß 16.
Der Fluidkanal 32 des Stromreglerkolbens 28 ist auf seiner dem Verbraucheranschluß 18 zugewandten Seite von einem Steuerkolben 36 verschließbar, der in Richtung dieser Schließstellung über den ersten Kraftspeicher 24 gehalten ist. An seinem dahingehenden Ende verfügt der Fluidkanal 32 über eine Einschnürung und mündet, wie die Darstellung nach der Fig.1 zeigt, mit einem verringerten Querschnitt stirnseitig ins Freie. Der angesprochene Steuerkolben 36 weist als Anlageteil eine Kalotte 38 auf, die in der Art einer Halbkugel ausgebildet ist und mit ihrer gekrümmten stirnseitigen Eingriffsfläche für den fluidführenden Eingriff in den Fluidkanal 32 des Stromreglerkolbens 28 vorgesehen ist. In der gezeigten Darstellung und in jeder anderen Schaltstellung läßt die Kalotte 38 das angesprochene freie Ende des Fluidkanals 32 mit seinem reduzierten Querschnitt für einen Fluiddurchtritt frei. In Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 gesehen ist oberhalb der Kalotte 38 eine flanschartige Ringverbreiterung 40 angeordnet, an der sich mit ihrem einen freien Ende die Druckfeder abstützt, die den ersten Kraftspeicher 24 bildet. Das andere freie Ende der Druckfeder als Kraftspeicher 24 ist in Anlage mit einem Abschlußstopfen 42, der an dem dem Pumpenanschluß 10 gegenüberliegenden Ende in das Ventilgehäuse 12 eingeschraubt und derart festgelegt ist. Der Steuerkolben 36 weist an seinem dem Abschlußstopfen 42 zugewandten Ende eine Anschlagfläche 44 auf, die im üblichen Betriebszustand des Ventils jedoch einen axialen Abstand in Längsrichtung der Längsachse 20 gesehen zu dem Abschlußstopfen 42 einhält.
Unter der Einwirkung des Kraftspeichers 24 sowie des Steuerkolbens 36 wird der Stromreglerkolben 28 in Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 gesehen nach unten in Richtung einer unteren Stellung gehalten. Der dahingehenden Wirkrichtung entgegenwirkend ist innerhalb des Steuerverbundes von Stromreglerkolben 28 und Ventilkolben 22 ein weiterer, als Druckspeicher ausgebildeter Kraftspeicher 30 vorhanden, der sich mit seinem einen unteren Ende am Ventilkolben 22 und mit seinem anderen Ende derart am Stromreglerkolben 28 abstützt, daß er in den Fluidkanal 32 des Stromreglerkolbens 28 eingreift. Für den dahingehenden Eingriff ist der Fluidkanal 32 des Stromreglerkolbens 28 zu seinem unteren freien Ende hin im Durchmesser verbreitert.
Der Stromreglerkolben 28 ist im Inneren des Ventilkolbens 22 geführt, der hierfür eine zylindrische Innenausnehmung aufweist, wobei bei einer hergestellten Fluidverbindung zwischen dem separaten Tankanschluß 16, dem Fluidkanal 34 und dem Fluidkanal 32 die oberen stirnseitigen Enden von Ventilkolben 22 und Stromreglerkolben 28 im wesentlichen plan in einer Ebene miteinander abschließen, die quer zur Längsachse 20 verläuft. In der dahingehenden Schaltanordnung weist das untere freie Ende des Stromreglerkolbens 28 derart eine axialen Abstand zu dem unteren Aufnahmeboden des Ventilkolbens 22 auf, daß entlang eines Radialabsatzes des Stromreglerkolbens 28 dieser bündig mit der Oberkante desjenigen Teils des Fluidkanals 34 abschließt, der dem Inneren des Ventilkolbens 22 zugewandt ist. Die demgegenüber abgewandte Seite des Fluidkanals 34 verbreitert sich in einer Ringausnehmung 46, die mit ihrer Oberkante im wesentlichen bündig in der gezeigten Schaltdarstellung nach der Fig.1 mit dem separaten Tankanschluß 16 abschließt. Des weiteren ist das untere freie Ende des weiteren Kraftspeichers 30 in Form der Druckfeder in einer bodenseitigen Innenausnehmung des Ventilkolbens 22 aufgenommen und derart lageabgestützt. Der Verbraucheranschluß 18 mündet in einen Ventilraum 48 des Ventilgehäuses 12, der von dem Steuerkolben 36 und dem ersten Kraftspeicher 24 durchgriffen ist. Des weiteren weist das Ventilgehäuse 12 für den Ventilkolben 22 auf seiner dem Ventilraum 48 zugewandten Seite eine Anschlagfläche 50 auf, beispielsweise gebildet durch den Einsatz eines nicht näher dargestellten Sprengringes. Damit ist der Ventilkolben 22 frei in Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 gesehen nach unten in Richtung des Pumpenanschlusses 10 zu verfahren und in der entgegengesetzten Richtung ist der Verfahrweg begrenzt.
In Abhängigkeit von den Lastdrücken am Verbraucheranschluß 18, den man auch als Lastanschluß bezeichnet, wird entgegen der Wirkung der Kraftspeicher 24 und 30 die Kalotte 38 als Schließteil zurückgedrängt und/oder der Stromreglerkolben 28 in Blickrichtung auf die Fig.1 gesehen nach unten innerhalb des Ventilkolbens 22 verfahren, so daß der Fluidkanal 32 vollständig freigegeben ist. Die angesprochene Anordnung läßt sich dabei derart einregeln, daß der Volumenstrom zum Verbraucher lastunabhängig um einen konstanten Wert reduzierbar ist, so daß eine proportionale lastunabhängige Steuerung auch im Fall von auftretenden Leckagen möglich ist.
Wie eine dahingehende proportionale lastunabhängige Steuerung realisierbar ist, ergibt sich aus dem prinzipiellen Blockschaltbild gemäß der Darstellung nach der Fig.2. Diese zeigt ein grundsätzliches Schaltungskonzept eines sog. Load-Sensing-Systems, wobei bei der Ausführungsform nach der Fig.2 als Hydraulikpumpe eine Konstantpumpe 52 Verwendung findet. Anstelle dahingehender Konstantpumpen können auch Verstellpumpen (nicht dargestellt) entsprechend eingesetzt werden. Das angesprochene Load-Sensing soll dazu dienen, eine optimierte Energieausnutzung zu erreichen, wobei der zu einem Regler in Form des Ventils rückgeführte Lastdruck dafür eingesetzt wird, die hydraulisch angebotene Leistung beispielsweise über die Konstantpumpe 52 und die von einem Verbraucher, hier in Form eines hydraulischen Arbeitszylinders 54, verlangte Leistung aufeinander abzustimmen. In der Regel werden für die Ansteuerung des Verbrauchers, hier in Form des hydraulischen Arbeitszylinders 54, bereits aufgrund des gewünschten Bedienungskomforts proportionale Steuerungselemente eingesetzt; allein der einfacheren Darstellung wegen wird hier anstelle der Proportional-Steuerventile als Ansteuerteil für den hydraulischen Arbeitszylinder 54 eine einstellbare Drossel 56 eingesetzt. Über die dahingehende Steuerdrossel oder Steuerblende 56 läßt sich der Verbrauchervolumenstrom variieren und mithin der Arbeitszylinder 54 betätigen. Der Verbrauchervolumenstrom ergibt sich dabei aus dem freien Drossel-Öffnungsquerschnitt Q und einer Druckdifferenz Δp an der Drossel 56, gemessen an den Abgriffspunkten 58 vor und hinter der Drossel 56.
In dahingehenden Load-Sensing-Systemen kommt dem Ventilkolben 22 die Funktion einer Art Druckwaage zu, wobei der Stromreglerkolben 28 als Teil der Steuereinrichtung 26 den Volumenstrom zu dem Verbraucher 54 lastunabhängig um einen konstanten Wert im Falle von Leckagen im hydraulischen Verbraucherkreis 62 reduziert. Die Differenz Δp, gemessen zwischen den beiden Abgriffspunkten 58, wird mithin durch die Federkraft des Kraftspeichers 24, die an der Druckwaage in Form des Ventilkolbens 22 angreift, vorgegeben und über die Druckwaagenregelung konstant gehalten. Am Ventilkolben 22 als Druckwaage herrscht dann im wesentlichen das Gleichgewicht Δp = Federkraft des Kraftspeichers 24 Ventilkolbenfläche des Ventilkolbens 22 = Konstant
Mithin ergibt sich ein unmittelbarer proportionaler Zusammenhang zwischen dem freien Querschnitt Q der Steuerdrossel 56 und dem eigentlichen Verbrauchervolumenstrom. Kommt auf die Zylinderstange 64 des Arbeitszylinders 54 eine Zusatzkraft im Sinne einer zusätzlichen Load in Richtung des Verbraucherkreises 62, wird die Druckwaage in Form des Ventilkolbens 22 in ihre in der Fig.2 gezeigte Sperrstellung gedrückt, bei der der Pumpenanschluß 10 vom ersten Tankanschluß 14 getrennt ist und die Konstantpumpe 52 liefert auf die Kolbenseite 66 des Arbeitszylinders 54 entsprechend die Fluidmenge nach, die benötigt ist, um dem zusätzlichen Lastaufkommen entgegenzuwirken. Wird jedoch der Arbeitszylinder 54 in entgegengesetzter Richtung entlastet, muß dem dahingehenden Lastaufkommen im Sinne einer konstanten Load entgegengewirkt werden und die Konstantpumpe 52, die im übrigen zum Tank 68 hin über ein Druckbegrenzungsventil 60 abgesichert ist, pumpt nunmehr unmittelbar über die freigegebene Verbindung in die ersten Tankanschlüsse 14, wobei dann der Ventilkolben 22 als Druckwaage in einer entsprechend weit angehobenen Verfahrstellung in Richtung des Verbraucheranschlusses 18 zurückgezogen ist (vgl. Fig.1).
Sind an ein Load-Sensing-System mehrere Verbraucher angeschlossen und von einer gemeinsamen Hydropumpe 52 versorgt, muß eine Verknüpfung der Lastmeldeleitungen vorgenommen werden, um eine entsprechende Load-Sensing-Regelung über die beschriebene Ventilanordnung durchführen zu können.
Kommt es im hydraulischen Kreis 62 , an den der Verbraucher 54 angeschlossen ist, zu Leckagen oder beim Verbraucher 54 selbst, wird über die als Ganzes mit 26 bezeichnete Steuereinrichtung dafür Sorge getragen, daß der Verbraucherdruck nicht auf das Pumpenniveau ungewollt angehoben wird, was zur Folge hätte, daß gegebenenfalls das Load-Sensing außer Kraft gesetzt ist. Dies wird über die Steuereinrichtung 26 vermieden, die den Verbraucheranschluß 18 zum Tank 16 hin entlastet. Durch den Einsatz des Stromreglers wird der Volumenstrom zum Verbraucher lastunabhängig um einen konstanten Wert reduziert, so daß eine proportionale lastunabhängig Steuerung gegeben ist. Mithin ist eine Verlangsamung des Arbeitsprozesses beim Verbraucher 54 mit zunehmendem Lastdruck mit Sicherheit vermieden. Durch die Integration des Stromreglers in die Druckwaage ist ein kompakter Aufbau mit wenig Bauteilen realisiert, was der Funktionssicherheit zugute kommt und die Wartungssituation für das erfindungsgemäße Ventil verbessert.

Claims (7)

  1. Ventil mit mindestens einem Pumpen-(10), einem Tank-(14) und einem Verbraucheranschluß (18) und mit einem innerhalb des Ventilgehäuses (12) verfahrbaren Ventilkolben (22), der in mindestens einer Sperrstellung den Pumpenanschluß (10) vom Tankanschluß (14) trennt und der mit einem Kraftspeicher (24) zusammenwirkt, wobei mittels einer Steuereinrichtung (26) ein zwischen dem Verbraucheranschluß (18) und dem Tankanschluß (14) sich einstellender Fluidstrom ansteuerbar ist, wobei die Steuereinrichtung (26) aus einem Fluidstromregler besteht, der im Ventilkolben (22) integriert ist und wobei der Fluidstromregler einen Stromreglerkolben (28) aufweist, der in dem Ventilkolben (22) längsverfahrbar geführt ist und der sich gegen einen weiteren Kraftspeicher (30) abstützt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stromreglerkolben (28) einen Fluidkanal (32) aufweist, der zumindest in einer Verschiebestellung des Stromreglerkolbens (28) in einen Fluidkanal (34) des Ventilkolbens (22) mündet, der zumindest in einer Verschiebestellung des Ventilkolbens (22) in einen separaten Tankanschluß (16) im Ventilgehäuse (12) mündet, der von dem mit dem Pumpenanschluß (10) verbindbaren Tankanschluß (14) getrennt ist.
  2. Ventil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fluidkanal (32) des Stromreglerkolbens (28) auf seiner dem Verbraucheranschluß (18) zugewandten Seite von einem Steuerkolben (36) verschließbar ist, der in Richtung dieser Schließstellung über den ersten Kraftspeicher (24) gehalten ist.
  3. Ventil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerkolben (36) als Anlageteil eine Kalotte (38) aufweist, die mit ihrer gekrümmten stirnseitigen Eingriffsfläche für einen fluidführenden Eingriff in den Fluidkanal (32) des Stromreglerkolbens (28) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Kraftspeicher (24,30) als Druckfedern ausgebildet sind und daß der zweite Kraftspeicher (30) sich mit seinem einen Ende am Ventilkolben (22) und mit seinem anderen Ende derart am Stromreglerkolben (28) abstützt, daß er in den Fluidkanal (32) des Stromreglerkolbens (28) eingreift.
  5. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der separate Tankanschluß (16) zwischen Verbraucheranschluß (18) und Tankanschluß (14) im Ventilgehäuse (12) angeordnet ist und daß der Verbraucheranschluß (18) in einen Ventilraum (48) mündet, der von dem Steuerkolben (36) mit dem ersten Kraftspeicher (24) durchgriffen ist.
  6. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ventilkolben (22) auf seiner dem Verbraucheranschluß (18) zugewandten Seite mit einer Anschlagfläche (50) versehen ist.
  7. Ventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ventilkolben (22) die Funktion einer Druckwaage in einem Load-Sensing-System zukommt und daß der Stromreglerkolben (28) den Volumenstrom zu mindestens einem Verbraucher (54) lastunabhängig um einen konstanten Wert, insbesondere im Falle von Leckagen im hydraulischen Verbraucherkreis (62) reduziert.
