Definitions
- Such a lamp is sold by the applicant under the reference 6995Z.
- the filament is composed of several sections arranged in two planes.
- Two metal rods electrically connected to two of the filament sections and to an external electrical circuit allow the lamp to be supplied with current.
- These two metal rods have at one end a hook oriented around an axis of revolution and are electrically connected to the two sections by means of two spacers which are inserted into the hooks of the metal rods.
- Each spacer is thus in contact with the hook of a metal feed rod at an attachment point depending on a curvature of the spacer.
- Such a spacer is obtained by momentary interruption of a spiral making it possible to obtain the windings of the filament, during manufacture of the filament.
- An object of the invention is to facilitate the assembly of a filament in an incandescent lamp.
- an incandescent electric lamp as defined in the opening paragraph is characterized in that the spacer comprises at least two windings stretched in a direction parallel to the axis of revolution of the section.
- the windings of the spacer have a greater spacing between them than a spacing of the windings of the section or of the secondary part.
- the spacing between two windings of the section can be 0.2 millimeters and the spacing between two windings of the spacer of 2 millimeters.
- the spacer comprising at least two windings has at least two possible attachment points on the metal current supply rod. At least one of these attachment points is located on one side of the axis of revolution of the hook to which the spacer is connected, such that the insertion of the spacer in the hook is easy. Thus, the assembly of the filament in the lamp is facilitated.
- the invention also makes it possible to facilitate the assembly of a filament in a lamp of the type sold by the plaintiff under the reference 6995Z and described in the state of the prior art. Indeed, if a only one of the two spacers comprises at least two windings, a step of placement allows to place the other spacer, during the assembly operation of the lamp, so that its attachment point is on one side of the axis of revolution of the hook to which it is connected, such as the insertion of the spacer in the hook is easy.
- the spacer comprising at least two windings will then have necessarily at least one attachment point located on the side of the axis of revolution of the hook to which it is connected, such as inserting the spacer in the hook is easy.
- the assembly of the filament in the lamp is facilitated.
- the two spacers include at least two windings, they have necessarily each at least one attachment point located on the side of the axis of revolution of the hook to which they are connected, such as the insertion of the spacer in the hook is easy. Therefore, the assembly of the filament in the lamp is, in this case, ease and does not require the necessary placement step when a single spacer comprises at least two windings.
- Such reasoning is valid as well for metallic supply rods symmetrical as asymmetrical.
- FIGS 1a and 1b illustrate a lamp of the prior art. A description of such a lamp makes it possible to understand a problem solved by the invention.
- Such a lamp comprises a first section of filament 100, a second section of filament 101, a first secondary part 102, a second secondary part 103, a first spacer 104, a second spacer 105, a first metal supply rod 106 comprising a first hook 106a, a second metal feed rod 107 comprising a second hook 107a, bridges 120 and 121 connected by metal bars 122 and 123, supports 124 and filament loops 125.
- the first section 100 has a first axis of revolution 110
- the second section 101 has a second axis of revolution 111.
- the axes of revolution of the hooks 106a and 107a are substantially coincident with the first axis of revolution 110 and the second axis of revolution 111.
- the axis of revolution of the first hook 106a is the first axis of revolution 110 and that the axis of revolution of the second hook 107a is l e second axis of revolution 111.
- the filament comprises four sections located in front of a plane formed by the supports 124.
- the first section 100 is one of these four sections.
- the filament also includes four sections located behind a plane formed by the supports 124.
- the second section 101 is one of these four sections.
- a tungsten wire is spiraled to obtain the first secondary part 102.
- the spiraling is then interrupted to obtain the first spacer 104, then resumed to obtain a long spiraled part, then again interrupted to obtain the second spacer 105 and finally taken up again to obtain the second secondary part 103.
- the long spiral part is then folded into eight sections separated by the loops 125, and the filament thus obtained undergoes a heat treatment intended to stabilize such a configuration in sections.
- a heat treatment intended to stabilize such a configuration in sections.
- the first spacer 104 is necessary. It is the same for the second spacer 105.
- the first and second spacers 104 and 105 are made so that they have a random curvature.
- this curvature is to the left relative to the axis of revolution of the hook to which the spacer is connected, as is the case for the first spacer 104
- the insertion of the first spacer 104 in the first hook 106a is easy. Indeed, it suffices to place the first spacer 104 and the first secondary part 102 to the right of the first hook 106a, to shift the first spacer 104 forwards, then to the left and finally to the rear so that it s 'inserts into the first hook 106a.
- the first secondary part 102 does not strike the first metal rod 106.
- Figures 2a and 2b illustrate a lamp according to a first embodiment of the invention.
- a lamp includes elements identical to those described in the description of Figures 1a and 1b.
- one of the two spacers comprises at least two windings stretched in a direction parallel to the axis of revolution of the section to which it is connected.
- the second spacer 105 comprises two windings stretched along the second axis of revolution 111.
- Such stretching can be obtained by applying a tensile force directed along the second axis of revolution 111 to the long spiral part obtained by spiraling the tungsten wire.
- This force is applied before the heat treatment so as to obtain the second spacer 105 composed of two filament windings, one to the left, the other to the right of the second axis of revolution 111. It can be applied before or after folding the long spiral part. Such a stretching can also be obtained by modification of the spiraling at the second spacer 105. In fact, during the spiraling, it is possible to adjust a spacing between two successive windings of the filament. It is therefore possible to define a greater spacing for the two windings constituting the second spacer 105.
- the insertion of the filament into the lamp is carried out as follows. A placement step firstly allows the first spacer 104 to be inserted into the hook for which insertion is easy.
- the attachment point of the spacer 104 being situated to the left of the axis of revolution of the first hook 106a and to the right of the axis of revolution of the second hook 107a, the first spacer 104 is inserted in the first hook 106a since this insertion is easy, as has been explained in the description of FIGS. 1a and 1b.
- the second spacer 105 now necessarily having an attachment point located to the left of the axis of revolution of the second hook 107a, its insertion into this second hook 107a is also easy.
- Figures 3a and 3b illustrate a lamp according to a second mode of realization of the invention.
- a lamp includes elements identical to those described in the description of Figures 1a and 1b.
- the two spacers comprise at least two stretched windings in a direction parallel to the axis of revolution of the section to which they are connected. Such stretching is obtained as described in the description of Figures 2a and 2b.
- the two spacers 104 and 105 each comprise two windings stretched according to the axes of revolution 110 and 111.
- Each of the spacers 104 and 105 comprises a attachment point located on one side of the axis of revolution of the hook to which it is connected, such that the insertion of the spacer in the hook is easy. So the insertion filament in the lamp is easy, and the necessary placement step in the lamp illustrated in Figures 2a and 2b is unnecessary.
- FIGS. 2a to 3b illustrate examples of implementation of the invention.
- the filament used is a tungsten filament obtained by spiraling a tungsten wire.
- other materials can be used to manufacture such a filament, since these materials allow light to be emitted when an electric current passes through them.
- the filament shown has several sections of substantially equivalent length, arranged in two planes.
- filaments having different configurations for example filaments comprising a different number of sections, for example a single section, or different lengths of sections from one section to another.
- FIGS. 1a to 3c illustrate a lamp having two metal feed rods comprising a hook.
- the invention also applies to a lamp having a different number of metal supply rods comprising a hook, in particular to a lamp comprising a filament, one end of which is welded to a metal rod and the other end of which is hooked to another rod metallic supply thanks to a fastening system such as that described in the invention.

Abstract
Description
- les figures 1a et 1b sont respectivement une vue de face et une vue de gauche d'une lampe selon l'art antérieur ;
- les figures 2a et 2b sont respectivement une vue de face et une vue de gauche d'une lampe selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention;
- les figures 3a et 3b sont respectivement une vue de face et une vue de gauche d'une lampe selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention;
