Claims (18)
- Procédé de fabrication de fourreaux plats (F), dans lequel :on superpose longitudinalement une première (1) et une deuxième (2) bande de film,on soude et on découpe les bandes de film (1, 2) sensiblement transversalement à leur direction longitudinale, pour former des fourreaux plats ayant au moins deux côtés soudés (71, 72) et comprenant, chacun, une partie de souche formée dans la première bande (1), entre au moins une pré-découpe (6 ; 26 ; 36) et le bord longitudinal de cette bande (1) qui est adjacent à cette pré-découpe, ainsi qu'une partie de housse, ayant deux feuilles (F1, F2) respectivement formées dans les deux bandes de film (1, 2), et susceptible d'être détachée de la partie de souche, caractérisé en ce que :on superpose la première et la deuxième bande de film de telle façon qu'au moins une partie latérale (11) de la première bande de film (1) dépasse de la deuxième bande de film (2) ;on découpe les fourreaux (F) à plat selon une ligne de découpe principale (15) non rectiligne interrompue dans au moins une zone d'interruption (19, 20; 200) voisine d'un bord longitudinal (2A,2B) de la deuxième bande (2) et on réalise ladite au moins une pré-découpe (6;26;36) au moins dans la zone d'interruption (19;20;200), dans la première bande (1), ladite ligne de découpe principale (15) formant un bord non rectiligne de la feuille (F2) de la partie de housse issue de la deuxième bande de film (2) et formant, pour la feuille (F1) de la partie de housse issue de la première bande de film (1), un bord non rectiligne rattaché à la partie de souche seulement au niveau de ladite au moins une pré-découpe (6 ; 26 ; 36) réalisée dans ladite ou lesdites zones d'interruption (19; 20; 200).
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pré-découpe (6; 26; 36) appartient à une ligne de pré-découpe (6) continue réalisée avant la ligne de découpe principale (15).
- Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pré-découpe (6; 26; 36) comprend au moins un élément discret (26 ; 36) de pré-découpe situé dans ladite ou lesdites zones d'interruption (19, 20 ; 200).
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on découpe les fourreaux (F) à l'emporte-pièce.
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on empile plusieurs fourreaux (F) en faisant coïncider leurs formes, en ce qu'on les relie au niveau de leurs parties de souche et en ce qu'on découpe plusieurs fourreaux à la fois.
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite ligne de découpe principale (15) présente des ondulations.
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on réalise au moins deux zones d'interruption (19, 20 ; 200) de la ligne de découpe principale (15) dans chacun des fourreaux (F), de façon à disposer d'au moins deux pré-découpes (6; 26; 36) pour chaque fourreau.
- Procédé de fabrication selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise deux bandes de films (1, 2) de largeurs différentes superposées selon un même axe longitudinal (YY'), définissant ainsi dans la première bande (1) qui est la plus large, deux parties latérales (11) qui dépassent par rapport à la deuxième bande (2), et en ce qu'on réalise une pré-découpe (6 ;26; 36) dans chacune de ces deux parties latérales (11).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on découpe les fourreaux (F) transversalement selon une forme évasée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les fourreaux jointifs sont découpés "tête-bêche" sur les bandes de film (1, 2).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise deux bandes de film (1, 2) dont les axes longitudinaux sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre, afin que l'une des bandes (1) présente une partie latérale (11) qui dépasse vis-à-vis d'un bord longitudinal de la deuxième bande (2).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre l'étape suivante :on dispose des moyens de suspension (100) au moins sur l'une des première et deuxième bandes de film (1, 2) ou au moins sur l'une des feuilles (F1, F2) de la partie de housse issue de la première ou de la deuxième bande de film (1, 2).
- Fourreau plat (F) comprenant une première et une deuxième feuille de film superposées et assemblées selon au moins deux côtés (F71, F72) soudés entre eux et comprenant une partie de housse ayant deux feuilles (F1, F2) respectivement formées dans les deux feuilles du fourreau, ainsi qu'une partie de souche, qui est formée dans la première feuille du fourreau, qui est reliée de manière détachable à la première feuille (F1) de la partie de housse par au moins une pré-découpe (6 ; 26 ; 36), et qui dépasse par rapport à la deuxième feuille de la partie de housse, caractérisé en ce que les bords des première (F1) et deuxième (F2) feuilles de la partie de housse présentent des portions non rectilignes qui coïncident selon une ligne de découpe principale (15) interrompue dans au moins une zone d'interruption (19, 20 ; 200), et en ce que le bord de la première feuille (F1) de la partie de housse est relié à la partie de souche seulement au niveau de ladite au moins une pré-découpe (6 ; 26 ; 36) qui est pratiquée dans la première feuille du fourreau et est située dans ladite au moins une zone d'interruption (19, 20 ; 200), au voisinage d'une portion rectiligne (21, 22) du bord de la deuxième feuille (F2) de la partie de housse.
- Fourreau (F) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente deux portions pré-découpées (6 ; 26 ; 36 ;19, 20, 21, 22), entre la partie de souche et la partie de housse, disposées symétriquement par rapport à un axe de symétrie (YY') du fourreau.
- Fourreau (F) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que les portions non rectilignes sont des ondulations.
- Fourreau (F) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est relié par sa partie de souche aux parties de souche d'autres fourreaux similaires, de manière à former une liasse (L1, L2) de fourreaux (F).
- Fourreau (F) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 16, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une pré-découpe (6 ;26 ; 36) a une forme courbe et prolonge la ligne de découpe principale (15) dans la zone d'interruption (19, 20, 200).
- Fourreau (F) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 13 à 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre des moyens de suspension (100) disposés sur l'une ou l'autre parmi la première et la deuxième feuille (F1, F2), dans une zone de la partie de housse distante de la partie de souche.
