Description
- d'un élément de fond, du genre plaque ou bac, servant de support aux autres éléments du panneau ;
- d'un élément intermédiaire électriquement et thermiquement isolant supportant, sur sa face opposée à l'élément de fond, au moins un ruban métallique chauffant apte à être relié à une source électrique et à émettre alors un rayonnement infrarouge de type "moyen", et
- d'un élément antérieur, du genre plaque ou capot, de faible inertie thermique, maintenu devant l'élément intermédiaire et apte à réémettre un rayonnement infrarouge de type "long".
- en modifiant les dimensions du dispositif ;
- en prévoyant des plaques en céramique en nombre plus ou moins élevé ;
- en ayant recours à tous matériaux équivalents, par exemple en remplaçant les plaques en céramique par des plaques en un autre matériau minéral ou organique, électriquement et thermiquement isolant ;
- en modifiant le nombre et/ou la disposition des rubans chauffants, ou tous autres détails constructifs ;
- en utilisant le dispositif dans toute position, que celle-ci soit horizontale, verticale ou inclinée ;
- en destinant ce dispositif à tous genres d'applications, telles que chauffage, séchage, cuisson, etc ... dans tous genres d'industries nécessitant des traitements thermiques.
Claims (8)
- Dispositif chauffant à rayonnement infrarouge, plus particulièrement dispositif diffusant un rayonnement infrarouge de type "long", caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente comme un panneau (2) composé, en combinaison :d'un élément de fond (3), du genre plaque ou bac, servant de support aux autres éléments (4, 5) du panneau (2) ;d'un élément intermédiaire (4) électriquement et thermiquement isolant supportant, sur sa face opposée à l'élément de fond (3), au moins un ruban métallique chauffant (12) apte à être relié à une source électrique extérieure et à émettre alors un rayonnement infrarouge de type "moyen" ; etd'un élément antérieur (5), du genre plaque ou capot, de faible inertie thermique, maintenu devant l'élément intermédiaire (4) et apte à réémettre un rayonnement infrarouge de type "long".
- Dispositif chauffant à rayonnement infrarouge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément intermédiaire (4) électriquement et thermiquement isolant, supportant le ou les rubans métalliques chauffants (12), est constitué par une superposition de deux ou plusieurs plaques en matériau céramique (9, 10, 11), de préférence en céramique à fibres longues.
- Dispositif chauffant à rayonnement infrarouge selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément antérieur (5), du genre plaque ou bac, est un élément métallique de relativement faible épaisseur et masse, traité en surface pour favoriser la diffusion thermique et la réémission de rayonnement infrarouge de type "long".
- Dispositif chauffant à rayonnement infrarouge selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fond (3), en forme de bac, est pourvu, sur ses bords pliés longitudinaux (6) et/ou transversaux (7), d'entretoises (8) qui maintiennent l'élément antérieur (5) du genre plaque ou capot à distance de l'élément de fond (3), en évitant un contact entre ces deux éléments (3, 5).
- Dispositif chauffant à rayonnement infrarouge selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément antérieur (5), conformé en capot, possède des bords pliés longitudinaux (13) et transversaux (14) qui recouvrent, extérieurement et sans contact direct, les bords pliés longitudinaux (6) et transversaux (7) correspondants de l'élément de fond (3), conformé en bac.
- Dispositif chauffant à rayonnement infrarouge selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus des moyens de retenue, du genre tige ou vis (17), liant avec jeu les bords pliés longitudinaux (13) et/ou transversaux (14) de l'élément antérieur (5), conformé en capot, aux bords pliés longitudinaux (6) et/ou transversaux (7) correspondants de l'élément de fond (3), conformé en bac.
- Dispositif chauffant à rayonnement infrarouge selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément antérieur (5), du genre plaque ou capot, porte dans sa région centrale une sonde de température (19), notamment prévue pour la régulation automatique de la température de ce dispositif chauffant (2).
- Dispositif chauffant à rayonnement infrarouge selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, sur l'un de ses côtés longitudinaux ou transversaux, un boítier de raccordement électrique (18), pour l'alimentation électrique du ou des rubans chauffants (12) à partir de la source électrique extérieure et pour le raccordement de la sonde de température (19).
