Description
- l'une au moins, mais de préférence chacune des parois latérales de la cannelure comporte une pluralité d'ouvertures adaptées pour permettre l'accrochage d'ergots appartenant au moins au maillon d'accrochage reliant le tablier du volet roulant au tube d'enroulement,
- le tube est obtenu par profilage d'un feuillard dans lequel sont formées deux parois latérales orientées sensiblement radialement vers l'extérieur de ladite surface externe du tube et s'étendant sensiblement dans des plans diamétraux passant par l'axe de rotation du tube, et chacune comportant l'un respectivement de deux rabats réunis au niveau d'une zone d'agrafage,
- la zone d'agrafage du tube est positionnée sensiblement au niveau d'un plan médian sensiblement équidistant des parois latérales de la cannelure,
- le maillon d'accrochage comporte un évidement sur sa face interne, tournée vers le tube, et dont le profil est conformé de manière à s'adapter, de préférence par clipsage, sur au moins une portion de la cannelure du tube.
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective schématique d'un caisson de volet roulant dont la liaison entre le tablier et l'arbre tubulaire ou tube d'enroulement et de déroulement du tablier est assurée par le dispositif de verrou objet de l'invention,

Claims (6)
- Dispositif de verrou automatique (7) comportant un tube d'enroulement (3) pour tablier (4) de volet roulant, dont l'une au moins des extrémités du tube (3) est adaptée pour être entraínée en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (X) par un dispositif d'entraínement (6) au sein d'un caisson (2) de volet roulant, caractérisé en ce que le tube d'enroulement (3) est pourvu d'une unique cannelure (18), s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de rotation (X) du tube (3), et en saillie radialement vers l'extérieur par rapport à une partie de tube cylindrique de section circulaire de rayon sensiblement constant à surface externe (3b) s'étendant sur la majeure partie de la circonférence du tube (3), la cannelure (18) étant délimitée par une paroi de fond (3a) s'étendant sur une portion en arc-de-cercle extérieur à la surface externe (3b) du tube (3), entre deux parois latérales (13, 14) à la fois perpendiculaires à la paroi de fond (3a) et à ladite surface externe (3b) conformant le tube (3) au niveau de leurs raccordements auxdites paroi de fond (3a) et surface extérieure (3b), les parois latérales (13, 14) s'étendant dans des plans passant par l'axe de rotation (X) et vers l'extérieur de ladite surface externe (3b) de sorte à donner à la cannelure (18) une forme en contre-dépouille permettant la solidarisation avec au moins un maillon d'accrochage (19a) relié au tablier (4) du volet roulant, ladite portion en arc-de-cercle de ladite paroi de fond (3a) ayant une longueur de corde supérieure à la longueur de corde complémentaire définie par le périmètre de la surface externe (3b) du tube (3).
- Dispositif de verrou selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'une au moins, mais de préférence chacune des parois latérales (13, 14) de la cannelure (18) comporte une pluralité d'ouvertures (25) adaptées pour permettre l'accrochage d'ergots (23) appartenant au moins audit maillon d'accrochage (19a) reliant le tablier (4) du volet roulant au tube d'enroulement (3).
- Dispositif de verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel le tube (3) est obtenu par profilage d'un feuillard (12) dans lequel sont formées deux parois latérales (13, 14) orientées sensiblement radialement vers l'extérieur de ladite surface externe (3b) et s'étendant sensiblement dans des plans diamétraux passant par l'axe de rotation (X) du tube (3), et chacune comportant l'un respectivement de deux rabats (15, 16) réunis au niveau d'une zone d'agrafage (17).
- Dispositif de verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la zone d'agrafage (17) du tube (3) est positionnée sensiblement au niveau d'un plan médian (P) sensiblement équidistant des parois latérales (13, 14) de la cannelure (18).
- Dispositif de verrou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le maillon d'accrochage (19a) comporte un évidement (20) sur sa face interne, tournée vers le tube (3), et dont le profil est conformé de manière à s'adapter, de préférence par clipsage, sur une portion de la cannelure (18) du tube (3).
- Volet roulant (1) comportant un caisson (2) destiné à être encastré dans une ouverture pratiquée dans un mur ou à être monté en applique sur le mur, ce caisson (2) abritant d'une part, un tube (3) d'enroulement et de déroulement d'un tablier (4) du volet roulant, et, d'autre part, un dispositif de verrou (7) permettant d'assurer la solidarisation entre le tablier (4) du volet roulant et le tube (3) d'enroulement et de déroulement dudit tablier (4) autour du tube (3), caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de verrou (7) est selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
