Definitions
- the invention is directed to a device specified in the preamble of claim 1.
- a carrier is attached from the inside of the door in the area of the door outer panel.
- the carrier has a bearing for a handle.
- the handle itself will later be mounted from the outside of the door.
- the door outer panel has two openings, through which the handle is inserted through its mounting with its two handle ends. After assembly, one end of the handle is mounted in the carrier, while the other end of the handle is connected to an opening leading to the closure member of a link chain.
- Such a device is from the WO 01/25575 A1 known.
- the well-known handle is integrally formed there and has at its one end of the handle a fork opening, which moves into a bearing acting as a bearing pin of the carrier during assembly of the handle on the carrier. This creates an open bearing between the handle and the carrier for the intended pivoting mobility of the handle. An open bearing creates a large clearance between the handle and the carrier, which is disadvantageous.
- This known device is also equipped with a Two-part detachable electrical connection provided with which a provided inside the handle electronics with electrical components in the door or the vehicle to be contacted.
- two electrical connecting parts are used, of which the one connecting part engages via a separate pivot joint on the carrier and the other connecting part via a hinge connection on the handle end serving for storage.
- the two connecting parts are designed as electrical connectors on the one hand and as electrical connectors on the other hand.
- the invention has for its object to develop a device of the type mentioned in the preamble, which avoids these disadvantages.
- This is inventively achieved by the measures specified in claim 1, which have the following special significance.
- the handle and its counter-bearing consist of two production wise initially separate parts, namely a bearing having the counter-bearing part on the one hand and a bearing-free handle remainder on the other. Then, first, the bearing piece with its counter bearing stationary and positively mounted on the bearing point of the carrier and forms a pre-assembled unit. The bearing on the carrier is then enclosed without play by the bearing bore, which is closed on all sides, in the bearing piece. The resulting pivot bearing is already part of the assembly, which is why there are no problems with the then only to be mounted bearing-free handle remainder. For this purpose, the bearing piece has a coupling and the handle remainder has a counter-coupling.
- the counter-coupling provided in the bearing piece is well visible to the fitter in the area of the break-through of the exterior door trim panel.
- the coupling located at the coupling end of the handle can be conveniently inserted into the exposed mating coupling member of the bearing.
- the clutch engagement which may be secured by latching means, there is a common pivotal movement of the handle with the bearing piece. Because of the unit, the freedom of play of the bearing piece in a corresponding backlash of the handle affects.
- a special assembly 16 is attached, which is composed on the one hand of a carrier 15 and on the other hand of a bearing support 14 having a counter bearing.
- the fasteners not shown in detail engage the carrier 15 of the assembly 16.
- the bearing piece 14 is mounted in a form-locking manner via a seated in the carrier 15 bearing pin 13 pivotally.
- the assembly 16 is completely pre-assembled and then attached as a whole to the door.
- a bearing-free handle catch 20 is initially separated from the assembly 16 and is how Fig. 1 illustrates, only later, from the outside of the door 12, at the already mounted inside the door 11 assembly 16 is engaged. This is done by a with arrows 91, 92 clarified coupling movement 90.
- the door outer panel 10 has two openings 17, 18.
- a coupling 23 which is designed here as a plug, and should therefore be called “coupling plug” , For this reason, this first end of the grip should be referred to below as “coupling end”.
- This coupling plug 23 is associated with a complementary counter-coupling 24 in the bearing piece 14, which consists in the present case of a "coupling receptacle".
- the coupling plug 23 has, according to Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a a nose 83 and two projections 97 sitting on opposite sides. This Elements a coupling receptacle 24 and two recesses 98 are assigned to the coupling plug 24.
- Fig. 12 Inside the grip remainder 20 is not one, but in the embodiment of Fig. 12 provided electronics, which, like Fig. 2 is connected by means of a two-part electrical connection 61, 62 and an electrical cable 57 with provided in the door or the vehicle electronic components. How out Fig. 1 It can be seen that the one connecting part 61 is arranged in the region of the coupling receptacle 24 and is guided transversely movably therein by a guide 86. When decoupled handle remainder 20 of the connecting part 61 takes the marked by an auxiliary line 61.1 starting position in its guide 86 a.
- connection part 61 Furthermore, the contact parts 58 in the connection part 61 are, of course, disengaged from the mating contact parts 59 of the second connection part 62, which is integrated in the coupling plug 23.
- the transversely movable connecting part 61 has the function of a bolt for the following reason.
- the connecting part 61 for the spring-loaded bearing piece 14 locking effect.
- the connecting part 61 has a locking lug 63, which engages behind a provided in the carrier 15 locking shoulder 87.
- the bearing member 14 is under the action of a clarified by the force arrow 88 restoring force, which tends to the bearing piece 14 in his Fig. 1 to keep apparent rest position.
- This restoring force is generated here by a leg spring 89, whose two legs are supported on the one hand on the bearing piece 14 and on the other hand on the carrier 15.
- the restoring force 88 ensures that the bearing piece 14 is supported on a stop 95 of the carrier 15, whereby its rest position is determined.
- the stop 95 is generated by an angling of the carrier 15, which has a recess in which the locking shoulder 87 is located. Because the electrical connection part 61, although displaceable transversely to the pivot pin determined by the bearing pin 13, but is non-rotatably connected to the bearing piece 14, performs the locking of the electrical connection part 61 in the starting position 61.1 of Fig. 1 Because the bearing member 14 is supported at the same time at its stop 95, now the rest position of the bearing member 14 is blocked. The bearing piece 14 and the connecting part 61 assume a defined starting position for the engagement of the handle remainder 20.
- connection end The second end of the handle 22 of the handle 20 is used to actuate a closure not shown in detail in the door and should therefore be referred to hereinafter as "connection end".
- the handle end 22 has a bend 25, which cooperates according to the coupling to be described in more detail with an initial member 28 of a link leading to the door chain.
- the coupling of the handle 20 takes place in this embodiment by a so-called "Einrenk Gay", which consists of two different direction movement phases 91, 92.
- the coupling plug 23 in the direction of the arrow 91 of Fig. 1 moved substantially perpendicular to the door plane.
- This insertion movement 91 is limited by end stops, which are generated, for example, by the two-sided end faces of the electrical connection part 61 located in the coupling receptacle 61 on the one hand and the handle-side connecting part 62 integrated in the coupling plug 23 on the other hand.
- the mating contact parts 59 on the handle 20 move into the contact parts 58 in the bearing piece 14.
- Fig. 2 is the handle remainder 20 in its coupling end position, in which the bearing piece-side connecting part 61 is in its marked by the auxiliary line 61.2 end position. Then the locking lug 63 has left the locking shoulder 87. The bearing 14 is therefore now unlocked.
- the engagement position of the coupling plug 23 is secured in the coupling receptacle 24 against unwanted disconnection.
- the coupling nose 83 are retracted into the lateral recess of the coupling receptacle 24 and the two projections 97 in their associated recesses 98. It engages behind in Fig. 1 and 2 recognizable shoulder 82 of the two projections 97 from the handle portion 20 associated counter shoulders 85 in the two recesses 98 from the bearing piece 14.
- the opposite terminal end 22 of the handle performs an analogous movement, which in Fig. 1 is characterized by the corresponding movement arrows 91 ', 92'.
- the bend 25 passes undisturbed past the lock initial member 28. Only after the second shift phase 92 'does the angling behind the initial member 28 and enters the Fig. 2 apparent final position.
- the Fig. 3 shows the conditions after actuation of the handle remainder 20. Because of the above-described clutch, the handle remainder 20 and the bearing piece 14 are now a firmly connected assembly, which together act as a "handle” and are pivotable in the direction of the arrow 29.
- the structural unit with the bearing piece 14 connected electrical connection part 61 makes the pivoting movement 29 as well as the belonging to the handle 20, thus in contact-engaging connection part 62.
- the handle remainder enters through the auxiliary line 20.2 in Fig. 3 clarified "operating position". The operating position is maintained as long as the hand engages behind the handle catch 20. If the handle catch 20 is released, the mentioned restoring force 88 ensures that the components 20, 14 and 61 are returned to their position Fig. 2 return to an obvious rest position.
- Sealant 93 protect in the rest position of Fig. 2 the first opening 17 in the door outer panel 10.
- Corresponding sealing means may also be arranged in the region of the other opening 18.
- a cylinder housing 50 is mounted for a lock cylinder 51.
- the cylinder housing 50 is also inserted from the outside of the door through the opening 18 next to the terminal end 22 and secured.
- the lock cylinder 51 acts via an outlet 94 on the door lock.
- a cylinder housing 50 could be used to cover a blind housing.
- a modified second embodiment of the invention is shown.
- the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment according to Fig. 1 to 3 used why in this respect the previous description applies. It is enough to enter into the differences.
- a translationally movable unlocking member 40 is arranged in the second embodiment, which is adjustable by means of here designed as a screw actuator 45 between two layers.
- Fig. 4 and 5 the one normal position of the unlocking member 40 is shown, where its first control end 41 is at a distance from the bolt 30.
- This normal position of the control end 41 is in Fig. 4 characterized by an auxiliary line 41.1.
- the control end 41 comes in his Fig. 6 apparent, characterized by the auxiliary line 41.2 special situation in which the bolt 30 has been transferred to its inoperative release position 30.2. In this release position 30.2, the bolt 30 has released the clutch 23 and the coupling end 21 of the handle can be easily decoupled from the bearing piece 14.
- This second embodiment is located at the terminal end 22 of the handle remainder the starting member 32 of a link chain leading to the closure.
- This initial member 32 consists in the present case of a two-armed pivot lever 32 which is mounted on a pivot axis 33 on the carrier 15.
- One The first arm 35 of the pivoting lever 32 has an outlet 37, to which a connection leading to the closure is connected.
- This connection consists in the present case of the soul of a Bowden cable.
- the second arm 36 from the starting member 32 in turn via an axis 38 is movable against the pivot lever 32. Therefore, this second arm 36 is hereinafter referred to as "Klapparm" shortly.
- Klapparm Like the pivoting movement arrow 27 in FIG Fig.
- the plane of the drawing is the pivoting plane of the pivot lever 32 with respect to its pivot axis 33.
- the folding movement takes place in a plane perpendicular thereto, ie perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
- the Klapparm 36 in turn is under the action of a return spring 39, which, with the help of rotation stops, the Klapparm 36 normally holds in an operative position relative to the terminal end 22 of the handle 20, which by an auxiliary line 36.1 in Fig. 1 is illustrated.
- a restoring force is exerted on the terminal end 22 of the handle remainder over the Klapparm 36, which strives to the handle remainder 20 in the in Fig. 4 and 7 pulled drawn drawn rest position 20.1 to keep.
- the bearing piece 14 and the handle catch 20 forms a jointly pivotable assembly.
- the actuating position 20.1 is in Fig. 7 dashed lines.
- the safety lever 32 performs the Fig. 7 apparent pivotal movement 27, which is transmitted via the connected at the outlet 37 connection to the closure.
- the unlocking member 40 has a second control end 42 which, although in the normal position of the folding arm 36, according to Fig. 4 and 5 is spaced, but, after the aforementioned operation of the screw 45, cooperates with the folding arm 36.
- the unlocking member 40 By longitudinal displacement of the Entriegelungsglieds 40 whose second control end 42 folds the folding arm 36 from its operative position 36.1 of Fig. 5
- this displaced position of the unlocking member 40 is therefore not only the latch 30 in its release position 30.2, but also the folding arm 36 in.
- this displaced position of the unlocking member 40 is therefore not only the latch 30 in its release position 30.2, in the sense of local folding movement arrow 46 in the there drawn distance 36.2 its Distance position 36.2. Therefore, the aforementioned insertion movement or the opposite withdrawal movement of the handle residue 20 both in the region of its coupling end 21 and in the region of its connecting end 22 readily possible.
- the unlocking member 40 only has to be moved back into its already mentioned normal position via the actuating means 45. Then give his two control ends 41, 42 both the latch 30 and the folding arm 36 free, then, due to their spring loads 31 and 39 are automatically moved back into their backup position 30.1 or 36.1 Wirklage automatically.
- a cylinder housing 50 with lock cylinder 51 and a corresponding blind cap are provided.
- the lock cylinder 51 is a in Fig. 11 indicated key 52 between two rotational positions can be transferred, one of which, drawn, a there marked 52.1 "zero position" of the lock cylinder represents, while the dashed position characterizes the contrast twisted so-called “Entommeswolf” 52.2 from the lock cylinder.
- This key 52 is usually required only in an emergency, because the operation of the closure normally takes place via a remote control, for example via electromagnetic signals emanating from an electronic key or a smart card.
- the cylinder housing 50 has lateral shoulders 53 with the counter shoulders 43rd cooperate, which are part of the unlocking member 40.
- the counter-shoulders 43 overlap the housing-side shoulders 53 and lock in this way the proper insertion position of the cylinder housing 50 in the carrier 15.
- the Jacobson 43 Because of the already mentioned several times adjustment of the unlocking member 40 between a normal position and a special situation also take the Gegenschultern 43 relative to the cylinder housing 50 two different positions. In the normal position, the counter-shoulders 43 are in axial alignment with the housing-side shoulders 53, which is why the through the auxiliary line 43.1 in Fig. 5 clarified holding position of the counter shoulders 43 is present.
- the connecting end 22 of the handle remainder 20 facing side 54 at 55 for example with a in Fig. 5 and 4 to provide rib 55 shown.
- the corresponding outer side of the terminal end 22 of the handle remainder 20 has a counter-profile 47, which consists in the present case of a groove 55 complementary to the groove.
- the profile 55 and counter profile 47 ensure a cohesion of the two elements 20, 50 in the mentioned common plug-in mounting.
- these profiles 55, 47 serve later to guide the handle remainder 20 in connection with Fig. 4 explained handle operation 29.
- an electrical coupling with two connecting parts 61, 62 is provided.
- the connecting part 61 is fixedly arranged in the coupling receptacle 24 and not, as in the first embodiment, transversely displaceable.
- the other connecting part 82 is also integrated here in the coupling plug 23 of the handle remainder 20.
- the mechanical coupling movement between the two coupling parts 23, 24 is in Fig. 12 illustrated by a Einsteckpfeil 64.
- the insertion movement of the two-sided contact elements 58, 59 of the associated electrical connection parts 61, 62 takes place in an identical manner and is in Fig. 12 illustrated by the Kunststoffiansspfeil 65.
- the handle remainder 20 is also equipped with electronics and decoupled from the support member 14 in the only fragmentarily shown carrier 15. It looks through the frame-shaped latch 30 through the seated in the bearing piece 14 first electrical connection part 61 with the contact elements 58th
- Fig. 11 is also two-armed 35, 36 formed pivot lever 32 is provided with a solid counterweight 66, which in Crash case holds the door in its closed position.

Description
The invention is directed to a device specified in the preamble of claim 1. Art. In this device, a carrier is attached from the inside of the door in the area of the door outer panel. The carrier has a bearing for a handle. The handle itself will later be mounted from the outside of the door. The door outer panel has two openings, through which the handle is inserted through its mounting with its two handle ends. After assembly, one end of the handle is mounted in the carrier, while the other end of the handle is connected to an opening leading to the closure member of a link chain.
In the injection molding of the handle and the carrier, tolerances result, which have an adverse effect on said unwanted play the open bearing. Although you can try by kompliziete profiling of the bearing receivers in the handle and the journal in the carrier to counteract this game, but then there is an undesirable large friction when operating the handle. In addition, there is a tilting mobility of the handle with respect to the carrier, which also leads to friction and makes it difficult to operate the handle. Finally, it can not be seen from the exterior of the door from the handle assembly, whether in the door proper connection with the departure there located to the castle comes about.
The invention has for its object to develop a device of the type mentioned in the preamble, which avoids these disadvantages. This is inventively achieved by the measures specified in claim 1, which have the following special significance.
The handle and its counter-bearing consist of two production wise initially separate parts, namely a bearing having the counter-bearing part on the one hand and a bearing-free handle remainder on the other. The counter-coupling provided in the bearing piece is well visible to the fitter in the area of the break-through of the exterior door trim panel. As a result, the coupling located at the coupling end of the handle can be conveniently inserted into the exposed mating coupling member of the bearing. After the clutch engagement, which may be secured by latching means, there is a common pivotal movement of the handle with the bearing piece. Because of the unit, the freedom of play of the bearing piece in a corresponding backlash of the handle affects.
If an electrical connection between the handle and the components is provided in the region of the vehicle, it is recommended, according to claim 3, to integrate a first electrical connection part in the coupling end of the handle remainder and the other coupling part in the counter-coupling of the bearing piece. Then, the mating of the handle remainder with the bearing piece of the assembly and the two electrical connection parts are reliably contacted with each other.
Normally, for the engagement and disengagement between the bearing of the handle remainder and the bearing piece integrated on the support, a lowering movement is provided, which has two different phases of movement. Due to the measures mentioned in
This insertion and removal of the handle remainder can be easily combined with the assembly and disassembly of a cylinder housing or a corresponding blind housing, which comes to rest in the carrier next to the handle.
