Abstract

L'appareil comprend un carrousel (1) tournant autour d'un axe central (2) par rapport à un cadre de base (3), auquel des couples de formes (4) sont reliés radialement et présentent une forme anatomique telle que celle de l'article voulu à vaporiser. Le carrousel passe par un poste de chargement (5) de bas destinés à être vaporisés sur les formes (4), un poste (6) de pose des bas sur les formes, un poste de vaporisage (7) présentant un moyen d'alimentation en vapeur, un poste de séchage à air (8) ainsi qu'un poste de déchargement (9) des articles vaporisés. Le carrousel (1) comprend un corps tubulaire (10) présentant une paroi cylindrique (11) reliée pivotante au cadre de base (3). La paroi (11) présente comme première fonction de faire tourner le carrousel (1) se présentant sous la forme d'une structure solide, et il maintient également radialement les formes (4) en porte-à-faux sans qu'elles ne reposent sur aucune base ménagée au-dessous. Une chambre de vaporisage (20) est prévue laquelle présente une coupe transversale en forme de U, avec une ouverture (21) dirigée radialement vers l'axe (2), et portant des joints (22). La chambre (20) peut passer d'une position ouverte, permettant la rotation libre des formes, à une position fermée entourant les formes (4) et venant contre la paroi (11) ayant la fonction de former une paroi de fermeture ainsi qu'un joint d'étanchéité.
