Claims (10)
- Cale destinée à être associée à un cavalier espaceur pour des articles en feuilles tels que des vitrages, caractérisée en ce que sa structure est adaptée pour l'emboítement dans le cavalier et qu'elle permet le maintien d'un espacement supplémentaire entre chaque cavalier lors de l'empilage des articles en feuilles.
- Cale selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une base dont l'épaisseur est déterminée selon l'espacement additionnel désiré entre les cavaliers, et une partie proéminente prévue pour être emboítée dans le cavalier.
- Cale selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'emboítement se fait par friction souple.
- Cale selon les revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que la partie proéminente présente une forme conique tronquée permettant une insertion plus aisée dans le cavalier.
- Cale selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la partie proéminente présente une structure lui donnant une légère souplesse permettant une insertion plus aisée dans le cavalier.
- Cale selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la partie proéminente de la cale se compose de deux proéminences distinctes s'emboítant chacune dans un logement du cavalier.
- Cale selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les cavaliers utilisés en combinaison avec la cale sont pourvus de moyens qui permettent leur positionnement par emboítement partiel, ces moyens étant constitués sur une face du cavalier d'un logement et sur l'autre face du cavalier d'un élément saillant, caractérisée en ce que la cale offre un dégagement de forme et dimensions analogues au logement du cavalier, ce qui lui permet d'en constituer le prolongement lorsque la cale est en place sur le cavalier.
- Cale selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les cavaliers utilisés en combinaison avec la cale sont pourvus d'une encoche qui permet le passage et le positionnement d'une sangle pour maintenir l'empilage des articles en feuilles, caractérisée en ce que la cale offre un dégagement de largeur analogue à celle de l'encoche du cavalier, ce qui lui permet d'en constituer le prolongement lorsque la cale est en place sur le cavalier.
- Cale selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle présente sur la face de la base opposée à celle portant la partie proéminente, des rainures ayant pour fonction d'assurer des points de "fragilité" permettant à la pièce de fluer dans le sens de la longueur.
- Moule pour la fabrication d'une cale selon l'une des revendications précédentes par injection de matière thermoplastique, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fait de deux parties dont l'une, correspondant à la base de la cale, peut être interchangée de façon à obtenir une base d'épaisseur appropriée.
