Definitions

  • the invention relates to a surgical device for removing tissue cells from a biological structure according to the preamble of claim 1. Such instruments are used in surgical clinics.
  • the cell is the basic unit of living matter and essentially consists of one or more cell nuclei that are embedded in the cytoplasm and one
  • Structure such as the human body.
  • Fat tissue can be taken from all possible parts of the body.
  • Adipose tissue to be inserted With the help of those exiting in all directions
  • Tissue cells such as blood cells. This damages the human body and therefore complicates and extends the healing process.
  • ultrasonic probes emit radiation on all sides and therefore cannot be used in a targeted manner. For example, it is not possible to work on border areas between the fat tissue to be extracted and an adjacent healthy tissue without damaging the healthy tissue.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of developing a surgical device for removing tissue cells from a biological structure, with which tissue cells can be separated and removed undamaged.
  • the invention eliminates the disadvantages of the prior art mentioned.
  • the particular advantage of the invention is that neither the tissue cells to be removed nor the adjacent and remaining tissue cells are damaged during the removal. On the one hand, this makes it possible to continue using the removed tissue cells, for example for an increase in the tissue cells carried out outside the human or animal body. This type of withdrawal but also protects all healthy tissue cells that remain in the body, because only the desired tissue cells are removed. For this purpose, it is expedient to design the liquid jet like a peeling knife or a scraper.
  • the more or less flat liquid jet extends transversely at a right angle to the suction lines located on an axial line, because this results in the shortest transport path of the removed tissue cells between the peeling edge of the liquid jet and the suction holes.
