Claims (3)
- Schaltgerät mit einem Gehäuse (2), welches ein mehrpoliges Kontaktsystem und ein Schaltschloss (7) umfasst, wobei das Schaltschloss (7) einen mit einem Betätigungshebel (8) verbundenen Antriebshebel (9) aufweist, der über ein Kniehebelsystem (10) auf das Kontaktsystem wirkt, derart, dass der Antriebshebel (9) zum Schließen des Kontaktsystems in eine Ein-Stellung und zum Öffnen des Kontaktsystems in eine Aus-Stellung um eine Drehachse (11) verschwenkbar angeordnet ist und eine zwischen der Ein-Stellung und der Aus-Stellung befindliche Ausgelöst-Stellung besitzt, in welche er durch eine entsprechende Auslösemechanik des Schaltschlosses (7) beim Vorliegen einer Betriebsstörung der elektrischen Anlage, an welcher das Schaltgerät (1) angeschlossen ist, zum Öffnen des Kontaktsystems gedrückt wird, wobei das Kniehebelsystem (10) mindestens zwei über eine Kniehebelachse (12) gelenkig miteinander verbundene Kniehebel (13) und eine Schlossfeder (14) umfasst, welche zwischen der Kniehebelachse (12) und dem Antriebshebel (9) angreift, mit den Merkmalen:das Gehäuse (2) des Schaltgerätes (1) weist eine Kammer (28) zur Aufnahme für einen auf das Schaltschloss (7) wirkenden austauschbaren Unterspannungsauslöser (26) mit integriertem und durch den Antriebshebel (9) des Schaltschlosses (7) in einer definierten Lage innerhalb der Ausgelöst-Stellung betätigbaren Hilfsschalter (21) auf,die Drehachse (11) des Antriebshebels (9) und die Kniehebelachse (12) sind derart zueinander angeordnet, dass bei Erreichen der Ausgelöst-Stellung unter Berücksichtigung der Federkraft der Schlossfeder (14) sich ein auf den Antriebshebel (9) wirkendes Drehmoment ergibt, welches ausreicht, um den Antriebshebel (9) gegen den Druck eines Betätigungselementes (20) des Hilfsschalters (21) in seine definierte Stellung zu drücken.
- Schaltgerät mit einem Gehäuse (2), welches ein mehrpoliges Kontaktsystem und ein Schaltschloss (7) umfasst, wobei das Schaltschloss (7) einen mit einem Betätigungshebel (8) verbundenen Antriebshebel (9) aufweist, der über ein Kniehebelsystem (10) auf das Kontaktsystem wirkt, derart, dass der Antriebshebel (9) zum Schließen des Kontaktsystems in eine Ein-Stellung und zum Öffnen des Kontaktsystems in eine Aus-Stellung um eine Drehachse (11) verschwenkbar angeordnet ist und eine zwischen der Ein-Stellung und der Aus-Stellung befindliche Ausgelöst-Stellung besitzt, in welche er durch eine entsprechende Auslösemechanik des Schaltschlosses (7) beim Vorliegen einer Betriebsstörung der elektrischen Anlage, an welcher das Schaltgerät (1) angeschlossen ist, zum Öffnen des Kontaktsystems gedrückt wird, wobei das Kniehebelsystem (10) mindestens zwei über eine Kniehebelachse (12) gelenkig miteinander verbundene Kniehebel (13) und eine Schlossfeder (14) umfasst, welche zwischen der Kniehebelachse (12) und dem Antriebshebel (9) angreift, mit den Merkmalen:das Gehäuse (2) des Schaltgerätes (1) weist eine Kammer (28) zur Aufnahme für einen auf das Schaltschloss (7) wirkenden austauschbaren Unterspannungsauslöser (26) mit integriertem und durch den Antriebshebel (9) des Schaltschlosses (7) in einer definierten Lage innerhalb der Ausgelöst-Stellung betätigbaren Hilfsschalter (21) auf,in dem Schaltschloss (7) ist mindestens ein an dem Antriebshebel (9) angreifendes elastisches Element (24) vorgesehen, das den Antriebshebel (9) in der Ausgelöst-Stellung in die definierte Lage verschwenkt.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem elastischen Element (24) um eine Zug-, Druck- oder Drehfeder handelt, deren erstes Ende an dem Antriebshebel (9) und deren zweites Ende an dem gehäusefesten Teil des Schaltschlosses (7) angeordnet ist.
