Claims (6)

  1. Beförderungsvorrichtung für eine gewerbliche Wäschereinigungs-Maschine, die dazu benutzt wird, ein viereckiges oder rechteckiges Stoffteil wie z.B. ein Tuch, einen Matratzenbezug, Handtuch oder ein ähnliches Stoffteil zwecks dessen nachfolgender Behandlung zwischen einem Zubringförderer (15) und einem zweiten Förderer (13) flach auszulegen, auf welchem die Stoffteile ausgelegt werden, wobei die zwischen dem Zuführförderer (15) und dem zweiten Förderer (13) eingebauten Fördermittel eine senkrechte Durchlauf-Strecke umfassen, in welcher jedes Stoffteil nacheinander in die senkrechte Lage gezogen und von zwei auf einer quer zu den Förderern (15, 13) angeordneten Träger verfahrbaren Greifern (8, 10) an deren beiden in Richtung der Beförderungsbewegung unten liegenden Ecken ergriffen wird, sowie eine Blasrampe (18) enthält, die seitlich zum Förderer (15) in Bezug auf die senkrechte Ebene liegt, in welcher sich das Stoffteil befindet und deren Düsen auf den Förderer (13) hin gerichtet sind, sowie Greifmittel (12) das Teil festklemmen die z. B. die Form eines Flachstahls annehmen, welcher mit Saugmitteln bestückt ist, und sowohl an der Seite des Förderers (13) als auch über demselben angeordnet werden, und längs des Förderers zwischen einer in Bezug auf die Klemmung des Textilteils vorne liegenden Lage und einer weiter zurückliegenden Lage der Ablegung des Teiles auf dem Förderer (13) verfahrbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie auf derselben Seite der senkrechten Ebene des Stoffteiles wie der Zufuhrförderer (15) in Bezug auf die Stoffgreifmittel (12) einen feststehenden Anschlag (32) umfasst, und gegen welche sich die Greifmittel (12) während der Phase der Öffnung der Greifer (8,10) sowie die Fördermittel des oberen Endes des Stoffteiles über die Greifmittel (12) abstützen.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der feste Anschlag (32) im Bereich des Angriffes der Greifmittel (12) mit einem Streifen (35) elastischen Materials besetzt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Greifklemme (8,10), die an einer Ecke des Stoffteiles angreift, oder der Stützpunkt jedes Greifers sind mit einem Abweiser (33,34) ausgestattet, der dazu bestimmt ist, den von den Blasdüsen des Führungsprofils (28) ausgestoßenen Luftstrom abzuwenden, die im Bereich der Ecken des Stoffteiles angeordnet wurden, um zu vermeiden, dass auch diese Bereiche der Wirkung des Druckluftstromes ausgesetzt werden.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, umfassend ein Faltenausbügelungssystem (29), das unter dem Förderer (13) angebracht wird und welches einen Unterdruck entwickelt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit Mitteln ausgestattet ist, die es ermöglichen, es zu vermeiden, dass ein vom Zuführförderer (15) stammendes Stoffteil bei seiner Ankunft an den senkrechten Trakt nicht von dem Ansaugsystem des Faltenausbügelungssystems erfasst werden kann.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine mit Druckluft beaufschlagte Rohrleitung (30) umfasst, welche auf derselben Seite des senkrechten Traktes wie der Zuführförderer (15) liegt, und in Bezug auf den Einlauf zu dem Faltenausbügelungssystem (29) auf der ganzen Länge der Rohrleitung (30) radiale Bohrungen aufweist, welche auf der Seite münden, auf welcher das Stoffteil abgezogen wird, d. h. auf der dem Faltenausbügelungssystem (29) gegenüberliegenden Seite.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Patentanspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Bezug auf die in der Rohrleitung angebrachten Bohrungen eine feste Wandung (31) als Abweiser dient.
