Claims (12)

  1. Wickelmaschine, die im wesentlichen aus einzelnen Wickelvorrichtungen (1) besteht, die in Stufen angeordnet sind und auf jeder Stufe durch eine Einheit von Spulenwellen und Antriebswellen der Fadenführer gesteuert werden, wobei die Fäden über eine Vorrichtung (2) zur Voreinspeisung der Fäden eingespeist werden, wobei die Einheit der Antriebsmittel, die aus Motoren (3 bis 5) zum Antrieb der Einheiten von Spulenwellen und Antriebswellen der Fadenführer sowie aus der Vorrichtung (2) zur Voreinspeisung der Fäden besteht, sowie die entsprechenden Steuer- und Kontrollvorrichtungen in mindestens einem Steuer- und Kontrollschrank (6) untergebracht sind, der eine Steuervorrichtung bildet und an einem Ende des Rahmens (7) der Wickelmaschine montiert ist, die außerdem mit einem durch einen entsprechenden Motor (9) angetriebenen Förderer (8) zur Abfuhr der Spulen versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie am Standort umbaubar ist und dass sie eine Vorrichtung (6) zur Steuerung der Mittel zum Antrieb der Spulenwellen, der Antriebswellen der Fadenführer und der Vorrichtung (2) zur Voreinspeisung der Fäden darstellt, die beliebig und austauschbar an den beiden Enden der Wickelmaschine über symmetrische Zwischenplatten oder Endflansche in Anordnung vor dem Förderer (8), der durchgehend ist, montiert werden kann.
  2. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (9) zum Antrieb des Förderers (8) zur Abfuhr der Spulen ebenfalls austauschbar auf der der Vorrichtung (6) entgegengesetzten Seite montiert ist.
  3. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (9) zum Antrieb des Förderers (8) zur Abfuhr der Spulen in den Rahmen (7) der Maschine integriert ist und seine Antriebsrichtung mittels eines Umschalters gesteuert wird.
  4. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Fall einer Steuervorrichtung (6) in mehreren Schränken diese Schränke auf die beiden Enden des Rahmens (7) verteilt sind, und zwar vorzugsweise auf der vorderen Seite, die der den Förderer (8) aufweisenden Seite entgegengesetzt ist.
  5. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (6) zum Steuern der Mittel zum Antrieb der Spulenwellen, der Antriebswellen der Fadenführer und der Vorrichtung (2) zur Voreinspeisung der Fäden im wesentlichen aus unabhängigen Motoren (3 bis 5) zum Antrieb der Einheiten von Spulenwellen und Antriebswellen der Fadenführer sowie der Vorrichtung (2) zur Voreinspeisung der Fäden besteht, wobei die Steuerung dieser Motoren (3 bis 5) mittels einer elektronischen Vorrichtung gewährleistet wird.
  6. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronische Steuervorrichtung aus einer Datenverarbeitungseinheit besteht, die über ein Steuerfeld mit Grafik-Terminal oder Tastbildschirm programmierbar ist und die mit elektronischen Wandlern verbunden ist, wobei die Datenverarbeitungseinheit an die Motoren (3 bis 5) zum Antrieb der Einheiten von Spulenwellen und Antriebswellen der Fadenführer sowie der Vorrichtung (2) zur Voreinspeisung der Fäden angeschlossen ist und auf deren Drehzahl in Abhängigkeit von von der Datenverarbeitungseinheit gelieferten Steuersignalen kontinuierlich einwirkt.
  7. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (2) zur Voreinspeisung der Fäden in eine Anzahl von Unter-Voreinspeisungsvorrichtungen (2') unterteilt ist, die gleich der Anzahl der Stufen der Wickelmaschine ist, wobei diese Untervorrichtungen über einen gemeinsamen mechanischen Antrieb mit dem entsprechenden Antriebsmotor (5) verbunden sind.
  8. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Unter-Voreinspeisungsvorrichtung (2') mit einem eigenen Antriebsmotor versehen ist.
  9. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Satz von Spulenwellen und Antriebswellen der Fadenführer mit einem eigenen Motor pro Stufe versehen ist.
  10. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Motoren (3 bis 5) jeweils über einfache mechanische Getriebe, wie Riemenscheiben und Riemen oder Zahnräder, mit den verschiedenen Wellensätzen und der Vorrichtung zur Voreinspeisung (2) verbunden sind.
  11. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Motoren (9) zum Antrieb der Förderer (8) in der Steuervorrichtung (6) montiert sind.
  12. Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gesamte Steuervorrichtung (6) zentral zwischen Rahmenmodulen (7) von einer bestimmten Anzahl an Spindeln montiert ist, wobei die Fadenversorgung zentral von der Unterseite der Maschine aus vorgenommen wird und die Abfuhr der vollen Spulen durch einfache Umschaltüng des Motors (9) zum Antrieb des Förderers (8) an dem einen oder an dem anderen Ende stattfindet.
