Claims (11)
- Emballage pour produits alimentaires, destiné à comporter deux feuilles composites superposées (4, 5), chaque feuille composite comportant au moins une couche de matière plastique thermoscellable (14) formant la surface intérieure de l'emballage,
caractérisé en ce que chaque couche de matière plastique thermoscellable (14) présente une rugosité BENDTSEN DIN 53108 inférieure ou égale à 1 200 ml/min et en ce que les couches de matière plastique thermoscellable (14) possèdent, entre elles, un coefficient de friction inférieur ou égal à 0,5 pour assurer l'ouverture aisée de la gaine. - Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque couche de matière plastique thermoscellable (14) présente une rugosité BENDTSEN DIN 53108 comprise entre 800 et 1 200 ml/min et de préférence de l'ordre de 910 ml/min.
- Emballage selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les couches de matière plastique thermoscellable (14) possèdent, entre elles, un coefficient de friction compris entre 0,25 et 0,35 et de préférence de l'ordre de 0,3.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque couche de matière plastique thermoscellable (14) est réalisée par une opération d'extrusion et/ou de coextrusion de polymères.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque couche de matière plastique thermoscellable (14) comporte au moins un agent glissant.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque feuille composite (4,5) comporte une couche externe d'aluminium (17), une couche interne de matière plastique thermoscellable (16) et une couche de papier (15) recouverte de la couche de matière plastique thermoscellable (14).
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque feuille composite (4, 5) comporte une couche externe d'aluminium (17), une couche de colle et une couche de papier (15) recouverte de la couche de matière plastique thermoscellable (14).
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le matériau constitutif de la couche de matière plastique thermoscellable (14) est un polyéthylène basse densité.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les deux feuilles composites superposées (4, 5) forment une gaine.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les deux feuilles composites superposées (4, 5) sont obtenues par le pliage d'une feuille sur elle-même.
- Emballage selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que les deux feuilles composites superposées (4, 5) sont assemblées au niveau de leurs bords pour constituer un sachet comportant une ouverture d'accès à son volume interne.
