Definitions
- the invention is directed to a device specified in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
- the invention has for its object to develop a device referred to in the preamble of claim 1 species which avoids these disadvantages. This is inventively achieved by the measures listed in claim 1, which have the following special significance.
- the door handle performs in its movement phases between the three positions of different movements, which are adapted to the needs and wishes of the user. This is achieved by dividing the actuating unit into two subassemblies which are movable relative to one another.
- a lock ensures that in the first movement phase, ie the transition from the rest position to the standby position, the two modules move together and only in the final phase, when manually operating the door handle from the ready position to the final working position one over the previous one Pivoting movement deviating further movement of the door handle he follows.
- the device comprises on the one hand fixed to a door wall 15 attachable parts 10, which will be referred to as "fixed parts” hereinafter, and on the other hand, a contrast movable actuating unit 20.
- the actuator unit 20 consists of two relatively movable assemblies 30th , 40, one of which 40, a door handle 43 has.
- On the actuator unit 20 are off Fig. 2 and 3 apparent bearing arms 21, 22, which sit at opposite ends of the handle and in turn can be divided into two sections 31, 41 and 32, 42.
- the arrangement of the bearing arms 21, 22 each comprises two fixedly connected to the bearing group 30 starting pieces 31, 32, while the remaining end pieces 41, 42 of the two bearing arms 21, 22 are fixedly connected to the provided on the second assembly 40 door handle 43.
- the fixed parts 10 are in the present case, as best of Fig. 2 and 3 can be seen in a fragmentary carrier 13 and an outwardly concave trough 14 articulated.
- the trough 14 is spanned in the installation case by the door handle 43.
- the in Fig. 3 and 6a is characterized by an auxiliary line 43.1, the door handle 43 is so close to the trough 14 that it can be detected only insufficiently manually, namely only in an emergency, if an accident, or if the electronics in the vehicle fails.
- the fixed parts 10 include mainly in Fig. 2 Bearing pieces 11, 12 shown in fragmentary form, which belong to the carrier 13.
- the trough 14 In case of attachment, according to Fig. 6a is the trough 14 on the show side of the support wall 15, which allows in this area a wall hole 16 for mounting the device from the front to the back of the door wall 15. On the back of the door wall 15 of the carrier 13 is attached.
- the trough 14 In extension of the door handle 43, the trough 14 still has a side view visible approach 17, wherein further functional parts, such as a lock cylinder 18, are arranged. This is only in an emergency by an in Fig. 1 indicated emergency key 19 actuated to adjust a not shown in detail door lock between a secured and an unlocked position. From the door lock is in the Fig. 6a to 7c in section, only the input member of the associated actuating linkage shown. Also, the approach 17 and the lock cylinder 18 are stationary in the operation of the door handle and therefore belong to the fixed parts 10th
- the actuator 20 is pivotally hinged to the fixed parts 10. This is best done through one Fig. 2 recognizable bearing pin, which supports the two bearing arms 21, 22 pivotally on the two carrier-side bearing lugs 11, 12 and thus determines the dash-dotted illustrated pivot axis 50. For compliant pivotal movement of the two bearing arms 21, 22 these are best through one Fig. 2 Traverse 23 connected. This traverse 23 extends between the bearing blocks 30 belonging to the starting pieces 31, 32 of these arms.
- the access authorization to the vehicle according to the so-called "keyless-go" done. That is, the authorized person has an identification card that serves as the access authorization to the vehicle and communicates already in distance with on-vehicle identification means. Approaches the claimant with this identification card the vehicle, so recognize that the vehicle-side identification means and bring the door handle 43 in a second, in Fig. 6b and 7b by the auxiliary line 43.2 clarified second position, which will be referred to hereinafter "ready position".
- ready position There is a pivoting movement about the pivot axis 50 lying substantially horizontally in the sense of Fig. 4a or 6b apparent movement arrow 45. In this case, both assemblies 30, 40 are pivoted together. This happens by motor, eg by one in the Fig. 6a to 6c recognizable eccentric 35, which is driven by a motor.
- the door lock When the access authorization is triggered, at the same time the door lock can be adjusted to its unlocked position, provided that the lock was previously in its secured position. In the secured position of the door lock an operation of a door handle is ineffective. This reversal of the lock can be effected in an emergency, as already mentioned, by the emergency key 19 via the lock cylinder 18.
- Fig. 6b apparent connections 61, 62, which allow a by the arrow 46 illustrated relative movement to each other. But there is another spring load between the two assemblies 30, 40, in Fig. 6b is illustrated by the force arrow 25.
- the restoring force 25 ensures that the grip group 40 rests with a shoulder 47 against a counter shoulder 37 of the bearing group 30, as in FIG Fig. 7a can be seen. This also applies to the ready position, as is Fig. 7b results.
- the first connection means 61 is as Fig. 5 and 7a show, from a sliding connection, which consists in the present case of a shaft 48 on the handle group 40 and a receiving receptacle 38 on the bearing group 30.
- the shaft 48 allows a telescopic movement of the handle group 40 relative to the bearing group 30, which comes into effect when, starting from the in Fig. 6b shown Standby position 43.2 of the door handle 43 manually in the direction of arrow 46 to a third, from Fig. 6c work position is moved further into Fig. 6c and 7c is shown.
- the shaft 48 is telescopically extended in the standby position completely out of its receptacle 38.
- the aforementioned grip-side shoulder 47 is removed from the bearing-side counter-shoulder 37.
- this second phase movement 46 is between standby position 43.2 of FIG Fig. 6b in the working position 43.3 of Fig. 6c a rotary motion.
- the second connection 62 between the starting piece 32 and the end piece 42 of the other bearing arm 22 is a rotary connection.
- Their location is also in Fig. 1 illustrated by a dashed line.
- This axis of rotation 60 extends substantially vertically in the mounted in the door wall 15 device, while, as already mentioned, the pivot axis 50 extends substantially horizontally and lies in a plane parallel to the door wall 15.
- connection 61 is an in Fig. 7a to 7c apparent lock 52 is provided, which while this blocked during the above-described pivoting movement 45, but in the ready position 43.2 for the further rotational movement 46 is ineffective.
- the lock 52 adjusts itself in the different positions 43.1 to 43.3 of the door handle 43 automatically.
- This purpose is served by a freely movable locking member, which in the present case consists of a roller 53.
- This roller 53 is seated in an opening 27 of a receptacle 38 limiting side wall 34.
- the wall 34, its opening 27 and the roller 53 are dimensioned so that in the Fig. 7a apparent pivot start position 30.1 the roller 53 partially engages in an outbreak 49 of the shaft 48.
- the shaft 48 has a stepped stem profile, as shown by the hatching in Fig. 7a results and also out Fig. 2 can be seen.
- the associated receptacle 38 is profiled C-shaped, as well Fig. 2 shows.
- Out Fig. 2 It follows that the C-opening 58 of this C-profile 28 is partially closed by a web having a round profile, as well as from Fig. 7a can be seen.
- the web 55 engages the longitudinal edge 63 facing it.
- Fig. 7a shows the roller 53 is on its opposite side of the outbreak 49 on a counter-locking surface 54 of the fixed part 10, namely the carrier 13.
- the connection 61 in Fig. 7a blocked; the roller 53 connects the shaft 48 with the bearing group 30.
- the grip group 40 are effectively locked to the bearing group 30 and can only together in the direction of the arrow 45 of Fig. 6b to be moved.
- the lock input member 51 belonging to the lock input member 51 is a mitbewegaji with the shaft 48 driver, which consists in the present case of a seated on the shaft end, projecting fingers 66.
- the finger 66 In the swivel initial position 30.1 of the combined actuating unit 20 from 30 and 40, the finger 66 is at a distance from the input member 51, such as Fig. 7a lets recognize.
- motor adjustment to the pivot end 30.2 of Fig. 7b no actuation of the lock input member 51 takes place yet Fig. 7b the finger 66 has moved close to the input member 51. Only then, during the rotational movement 46 to the final working position 43.3 of the handle group 40, the finger 66 moves the input member 51, such as Fig. 7c shows. This opens the associated lock and the door can be opened.
Description
Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Vorrichtung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 angegebenen Art.The invention is directed to a device specified in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
The invention has for its object to develop a device referred to in the preamble of claim 1 species which avoids these disadvantages. This is inventively achieved by the measures listed in claim 1, which have the following special significance.
In the invention, the door handle performs in its movement phases between the three positions of different movements, which are adapted to the needs and wishes of the user. This is achieved by dividing the actuating unit into two subassemblies which are movable relative to one another. A lock ensures that in the first movement phase, ie the transition from the rest position to the standby position, the two modules move together and only in the final phase, when manually operating the door handle from the ready position to the final working position one over the previous one Pivoting movement deviating further movement of the door handle he follows. To ensure the order of the different movements in the two phases, one uses a lock. These are effective in one phase and ineffective in the other phase. In this way, it is possible to bring about a movement of the door handle in the desired direction in the last phase, which is ergonomically particularly favorable.
