Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Schließfolge zweier mittels je eines Türschließers schließbarer Flügel von Fenstern, Türen od. dgl., gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Eine solche Vorrichtung ist durch die DE-A-33 36 739 bekanntgeworden. Wenn die Tür- oder die Fensterflügel, was der Normalfall ist, mit Fälzen versehen sind, so muß grundsätzlich der eine Flügel vor dem anderen geschlossen werden, damit die Fälze ineinandergreifen bzw. die zweite Tür ohne Behinderung durch den Falz der ersten Tür überhaupt geschlossen werden kann. Vielfach wird in Normalfalle bei derartigen zweiflügeligen Türen ein Türflügel geschlossen gehalten, weswegen man ihn als Standflügel bezeichnet, während der andere Türflügel ständig geöffnet und geschlossen oder aber auch in einer geöffneten Stellung eine zeitlang festgehalten wird. Man bezeichnet ihn als Gehflügel. Beide Türflügel sind mit einem Türschließer bekannter Bauart ausgestattet, der sie, sofern sie nicht festgestellt worden sind, unmittelbar nach ihrer Freigabe in die Schließstellung zurückdreht. Im Falle einer Feststelleinrichtung muß diese vor dem Schließen von Hand oder auch automatisch gelöst werden, damit der Türschließer seine Schließfunktion übernehmen kann. Im Falle von Rauch- und Feuerschutztüren kann eine derartige Feststelleinrichtung im Brandfalle durch eine entsprechende Überwachungseinrichtung automatisch gelöst werden. Insbesondere in diesem Falle muß dann sichergestellt werden, daß die Schließfolge der beiden Türen unbedingt eingehalten wird, weil sich sonst die Türen nicht vollständig schließen lassen. Dieses und das Schiebeglied 26 können zwar noch weiter in Pfeilrichtung 58, nicht jedoch in Gegenrichtung verschoben werden. Infolgedessen verbleibt das bei der Verschiebung des Schiebeglieds 26 in eine Sperrstellung gedrehte Sperrglied 25 in seiner aus Fig. 3 ersichtlichen Sperrstellung. Claims (19)

  1. Device for controlling the closing sequence of two leaves/wings (2, 3) of windows, doors, or the like, that is, a movable leaf/wing (2) which can be opened first and a fixed leaf/wing (3) which can be opened subsequently, each of which can be closed by means of a door closer (10, 11), wherein each door closer (10, 11) is fixed to its leaf/wing and is equipped with a guide roller (14, 15) or the like which is mounted on a pivotable sliding arm (12, 13) and is guided horizontally on a fixed frame (1), or each door closer and the door connected thereto has an element, particularly a hydraulic piston, which is movable as a result of the pivoting of the door, wherein the opening movement of the fixed leaf/wing (3) causes a sliding member (26), which is adjustable horizontally and parallel to the plane of the fixed frame, to actuate a blocking element (25) and the sliding member (26) is provided with or connected to a stop element (53) of a locating device (27) which prevents the movable leaf/wing (2) from closing as long as the fixed leaf/wing (3) is too far open or is fully open, characterised in that the blocking element (25) can be moved into the end region to which the guide roller (14) of the movable leaf/wing returns, or to which a roller or the like of the movable leaf/wing connected immovably to the movable element, returns; in that the stop element (53) can be moved by the opening movement of the guide roller (15) of the fixed leaf/wing or of the roller or the like thereof, against the force of a return spring (41); in that a spring-loaded control lever (28) mounted on the sliding member (26) is connected between the stop element (53) and the guide roller (15) of the fixed leaf/wing, or the roller or the like thereof, and projects into the initial sliding region of the guide roller (15) of the fixed leaf/wing, or the roller or the like thereof, and is released for pivoting only when the blocking element (25) is in the blocking position; and in that a spring-loaded locking part (54) of the locating device (27) is held in the inoperative position when the guide roller (15) of the fixed leaf/wing, or the roller or the like thereof, is in the initial position, and can be released by the return movement of the guide roller (15).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterised in that the blocking element (25) is formed as a thrust element of rotary slide valve type mounted on the sliding member (26).
  3. Device according to Claim 2, characterised in that the guide rollers (14, 15) of the door closers (10, 11) are mounted in a first longitudinal guide (24) of one or each guide rail (20, 21) mounted on the fixed frame (1) and the sliding member (26) is mounted in a second longitudinal guide (23) of the guide rail or rails (20, 21), parallel to the first, wherein the second longitudinal guide (23) is disposed in particular between the first guide (24) and the adjacent frame cross-member.

Device according to Claim 4, characterised in that the guide slot (32) is in the blocking element (25) and a rear face (29) of the blocking element (25), which is concentric with the slot (32), abuts a corresponding concave bearing surface (31) of a guide element (30) mounted on the guide rail (20).
  6. Device according to at least one of Claims 2 to 5, characterised in that the blocking element (25), which is in particular substantially crescent-shaped, bears at its end (36) facing away from the guide roller (14) at the movable leaf/wing end an entrainment pin (34) which projects transversely to the rotational plane of the element (25) and is disposed between a wall (35) or the like of the sliding member (26), which can at least lie alongside it, and a damping device (44) adjacent the end of the blocking element.
  7. Device according to Claim 6, characterised in that the damping device (44) comprises at least one, but preferably two, compression springs (38, 39).
  8. Device according to Claim 7, characterised in that one end of the return spring (41) for the sliding member (26) is connected to a thrust element (37) mounted between the compression springs (38, 39) and the blocking element (25) and the other end of the spring is fixed to the guide rail (20) or to the fixed frame (1).
  9. Device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the sliding member (26) comprises two parts (49, 50) which are arranged end to end, each of which is housed, in particular, in a separate guide rail (20, 21), and which are connected by a connecting member (51) which is preferably adjustable longitudinally.
  10. Device according to Claim 9, characterised in that the stop element (53) is connected to the part (50) of the sliding member which is on the fixed leaf/wing, in particular it is formed integrally therewith.
  11. Device according to Claim 10, characterised in that the stop element (53) is constituted by a rack, particularly with saw teeth, and the locking part (54) has a tooth (57) of a corresponding shape.
  12. Device according to at least one of Claims 9 to 11, characterised in that the control lever (28) is mounted pivotably on the part (50) of the sliding member which is on the fixed leaf/wing.
  13. Device according to Claim 12, characterised in that the control lever (28) is formed by a lever with two arms, whereby its first lever arm (68) lies adjacent a tension spring (66) which bears against the sliding member (26) and, when the door is closed, its second lever arm (83) lies adjacent the guide roller (15) or the like of the door closer (11) of the fixed leaf/wing.
  14. Device according to Claim 13, characterised in that when the fixed leaf/wing (3) is closed, the guide roller (15) or the like of the fixed leaf/wing is located between the second lever arm (83) of the control lever (28) and the locking part (54) of the locating device (27).
  15. Device according to Claim 13 or Claim 14, characterised in that a guide element (76), particularly a pin-shaped guide element, is disposed on the second lever arm (83) of the control lever (28), at a distance from the bearing shaft (69) thereof, and engages in a guide slot (77) in the guide rail (21), the guide slot (77) comprising a central portion (78) which extends substantially parallel to the plane of the frame and two lateral portions (79, 80) which are inclined relative to the central portion (78) and diverge towards the fixed frame (1).
  16. Device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a wedge-shaped projection (71) of the control lever (28) extends around the guide roller (15), the two sides (72, 73) of the wedge forming inclined inlet and outlet surfaces for the guide roller (15).
  17. Device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the spring-loaded locking part (54) is disposed on an adjustment member (59) which is mounted parallel to the plane of the frame, particularly on the guide rail (21), and can be adjusted by means of a control member (60), particularly a screw spindle or the like.
  18. Device according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, when the fixed leaf/wing (3) is closed, an inclined release surface (81) of the loading part (54) abuts the guide roller (15).
  19. Device according to at least one of Claims 9 to 18, characterised in that the part (50) of the sliding member which is on the fixed leaf/wing is guided longitudinally on the guide rail (21) by means of a pin-and-elongate-slot connection (63, 64).
