Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur genauen Ausrichtung eines zu heftenden Produktes in Bezug auf eine Hefteinrichtung in einem Sammelhefter,
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:a) Ermittlung der genauen Lage des zu heftenden Produktesb) Vergleichen der ermittelten Lage mit der erwarteten Lage des Produktesc) Zuführung einer festgestellten Lageabweichung als Regelgröße zur Antriebseinheitd) Durchführen einer Ausgleichsbewegung durch Regelung des Antriebs der Sammelkette und/oder der Hefteinrichtung derart, dass eine festgestellte Lageabweichung zum Beginn des Heftvorganges ausgeglichen ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erforderliche Ausgleichsbewegung innerhalb eines Bewegungszyklus, der in der Regel einem Maschinentakt entspricht, ausgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenommene Ausgleichsbewegung bis zum nächsten Maschinentakt wieder rückgängig gemacht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenommene Ausgleichsbewegung bei der Ausgleichsbewegung für das nächste zu heftende Produkt entsprechend berücksichtigt wird. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
- Sammelhefter mit einer Sammelkette und einer Hefteinrichtung mit mindestens zwei getrennten Antrieben,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sammelhefter Mittel zur Erfassung der Lage des zu heftenden Produktes und eine Auswerteeinheit zum Vergleichen der ermittelten tatsächlichen Lage mit der erwarteten Lage des zu heftenden Produktes und eine Steuereinheit, die eine festgestellte Lageabweichung als Regelgröße mindestens einer Antriebseinheit zuführt, aufweist. - Sammelhefter nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Erfassung der Lage des zu heftenden Produktes sich in Laufrichtung der Sammelkette unmittelbar vor der Hefteinrichtung befinden. - Sammelhefter nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Mitteln zur Erfassung der Lage des zu heftenden Produktes um mindestens einen Sensor handelt.
