- A plug connector according to Claim 2, characterised in that the portions of the contacts (16) reaching through the board apertures (24) are equipped with a resilient press-in zone (28) by way of which the contacts (16) make a force-fitting and clamped connection with the inside walls of the board apertures (24).
- A plug connector according to Claim 1, characterised in that the handle element (13) is a part of the contact carrier (11) which is materially in one piece therewith, and has channels (34), for the insertion of cores (insulated strands) (14) of the connecting cable (15), which cross the contact channels (17) in the contact carrier (11).
- A plug connector according to Claim 4, characterised in that the handle element (13) includes a cavity (19) of large cross-section, with oblique faces (20) for insertion of the conductors which lead to the core channels (34).
- A plug connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the contacts (16) are displaceable from an inoperative position within the contact channel (17) to a contact position in which the point (27) for penetration is in the strand (14) held ready in the core channel (34).
- A plug connector according to one of the preceding claims, characterised by an injection moulding (21) made of thermoplastic material which at least partly surrounds the contact carrier (11), the handle element (13), the printed circuit board (22) and the cores (14) and fixes them relative to one another.
- A plug connector according to Claim 7, characterised in that the thermoplastic material of the injection moulding (21) has transparent or translucent properties.
- A plug connector according to Claim 7 or 8, characterised in that the injection moulding (21) at the same time fixes the connecting cable (15) to the handle element (13), for the additional.purpose of providing strain relief.
