- EP-A-0 452 260 discloses a pump having a membrane which serves as a return member. This membrane caps a rigid cup which delimits the bottom of the metering chamber. The plunger tube is integral with this rigid cup, a valve being attached to the upper opening of this tube. A plate, fixed under the membrane, is opposite the bottom of the chamber.
