des Handy 3 in Menüform dem Benutzer zur Verfügung
gestellt. Wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt weiss der Benutzer, welche
Abteilung er besuchen möchte. Er wählt den Menüpunkt
Abteilung. In Fig. 4 wird die Abfrage verfeinert. Der
Benutzer möchte die Personalabteilung besuchen und wählt
die entsprechende Abteilung CHR. Wie in Fig. 5 gezeigt,
kennt das Terminal 7 das Stockwerk der Personalabteilung
und die Kontaktperson. Der Besucher möchte die
Kontaktperson persönlich treffen und wählt folglich den
zweiten Menüpunkt der Fig. 5. Damit sind die notwendigen
Parameter für die Aufzugsfahrt bekannt. Fig. 6 zeigt die
Zuteilung der Aufzugskabine. Der Benutzer steigt in die
Aufzugskabine A ein und fährt zum Stockwerk 6. Wie in Fig.
7 gezeigt wird der Benutzer informiert, in welchem Büro die
Kontaktperson der Personalabteilung anzutreffen ist. Mit
dem Menü gemäss Fig. 8 kann der Benutzer andere
Örtlichkeiten aufsuchen oder das Gebäude verlassen. Falls
der Besucher das Gebäude verlassen möchte, wird ihm eine
Aufzugskabine zugeteilt. Bis zum Verlassen des Gebäudes ist
der Benutzer über seine Adresse erreichbar. Bei Bedarf kann
ihm wie in den Fig. 9 und 10 gezeigt weitere Informationen
zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Beim Verlassen des Gebäudes
wird die vom Terminal 7 zur Verfügung gestellte Information
im Handy 3 gelöscht. Das Handy 3 dient dann wieder als
individuelles Kommunikationsmittel des Benutzers für

- Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the communication between the control unit (3) and the computer equipment (7) takes place in accordance with WAP standard.
- Method according to claim 3, characterised in that the computer equipment (7) communicates information with respect to control of the elevator to the control unit (3) in dependence on user identification data.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the computer equipment (7) communicates to the control unit (3) building information related to control of the elevator.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the location of the control unit (3) is determined and used as positional information for control of the elevator.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the information is usable by the computer equipment (7) for computation of the travel costs.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that on leaving the building the programs and information of the control unit (3) necessary for controlling the elevator are erased.
