Das Ziel gibt der Benutzer 30 dem Terminal 10 mittels automatischer Übersendung eines vorab auf dem Mobiltelefon 20 gespeicherten Zieles oder durch Eingabe des Ziels an dem Mobiltelefon 20 nach Betreten des Gebäudes bekannt.
Die von dem Terminal 10 an das Mobiltelefon 20 übermittelten Daten enthalten insbesondere Informationen über den Standort des Kraftfahrzeugs wie beispielsweise die Bezeichnung des Parkhauses, des Parkgeschosses und die Stellplatznummer, sowie in Abhängigkeit von der Zutrittsberechtigung eine Zuteilung zu einem der Aufzüge 2, 3, 4. Des Weiteren ermittelt die Rechnereinheit anhand der Position des Benutzers 30 einen Aufzug zur Bedienung des Zielrufes. Nach Beförderung des Benutzers 30 beispielsweise zu dem dritten Stockwerk 7, in dem sich bei dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel das Ziel befindet, steigt der Benutzer 30 aus und geht mit Hilfe der bereits auf das Mobiltelefon 20 übermittelten Daten, die der Benutzer auf dem Display des Mobiltelefons 20 abliest, zu dem gewünschten Zimmer im dritten Stockwerk 7.
Will der Benutzer 30 nun wieder zu seinem Kraftfahrzeug zurückkehren, bewegt er sich anhand der bereits übermittelten und auf dem Mobiltelefon 20 gespeicherten Daten zunächst in dem dritten Stockwerk 7 in Richtung zu der Aufzugsanlage 1. Sobald der Benutzer 30 in die Nähe des Terminals 12 gelangt, empfängt das Mobiltelefon 20 das von dem Terminal 12 ausgesendete Kontaktierungssignal. Hierbei muss sich der Benutzer 30 innerhalb der Reichweite R, beispielsweise in einer Entfernung von einem Meter von dem Terminal 12 entfernt, befinden. Nach einer erfolgreichen Kontaktaufnahme zwischen Mobiltelefon 20 und Terminal 12 fragt das Terminal 12 das Mobiltelefon 20 automatisch nach Informationen über den Standort des Kraftfahrzeugs ab. Dabei erkennt das Terminal 12 die auf dem Mobiltelefon 20 hinterlegte Standortbeschreibung des Kraftfahrzeugs und ermittelt daraufhin einen entsprechenden Aufzug zur Führung des Benutzers 30 zu seinem Kraftfahrzeug. Mit der Übermittlung der so ermittelten Daten an das Mobiltelefon 20 zur Zuteilung des Benutzers 30 zu einem geeigneten Aufzug wird gleichzeitig ein Zugangscode zum Betreten der Tiefgarage übersendet. Dieser Zugangscode ist mit einer vorbestimmten Gültigkeitsdauer versehen, so dass der Zugangscode nach dem Verlassen des Gebäudes automatisch gelöscht wird. Nachdem der Benutzer 30 mit einem von der Zielrufsteuerung vorab reservierten Aufzug in das erste Stockwerk 5 transportiert wurde, gelangt der Benutzer 30 mittels des übermittelten Zugangscodes in die Tiefgarage und bewegt sich anhand der übermittelten Daten zu seinem Kraftfahrzeug.

Claims (13)

  1. Method for guiding a user in a building, wherein at least one first communication unit (10, 11, 12) transmits data to a mobile second communication unit (20) carried by the user, and wherein the method comprises the following steps:
    a) sending a contact signal by means of the first communication unit (10, 11, 12) within a predetermined range (R) for establishing contact with the second communication unit (20);
    b) establishing contact between the first communication unit (10, 11, 12) and the second communication unit (20) if the second communication unit (20) is located within the range (R) and receives the contact signal, such that a position of the user in the building is determined,
    c) receiving a destination of the user by means of the first communication unit (10, 11, 12), which destination is transmitted by the second communication unit (20), wherein the destination is provided by the user to the first communication unit (10, 11, 12) by means of an automatic transmission of a destination previously stored on the second communication unit (20) or by inputting the destination on the second communication unit (20) after entering the building;
    d) checking an access code transmitted by the second communication unit (20) to the first communication device (10, 11, 12), which code is stored on the second communication unit (20), by means of a central computer unit and, in the case of a positive access authorization, transmitting data from the computer unit via the first communication unit (10, 11, 12) to the second communication unit (20), in order to guide the user through the building by means of the second communication unit (20), if the second communication unit (20) is located within the range (R), wherein the data can be read by the user on a display of the second communication unit (20) and wherein the content of the transmitted data is dependent on the position of the user within the building, which is determined during the establishment of contact, and on the destination of the user,
    e) determining an elevator (2, 3, 4) to respond to a destination call by means of the computer unit, and
    f) transporting the user (30) by means of the elevator (2, 3, 4).
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that an identification code is a mobile telephone number of the communication unit (20) or a serial number of a microchip of the communication unit (20).
  3. Method according to claim 1, characterized in that data are transmitted to the second communication unit (20) depending on the access authorization.
  4. Method according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that, when the data are transmitted from the first communication unit (10, 11, 12) to the second communication unit (20) in step d), an access code for access to certain regions of the surroundings is transmitted.
  5. Method according to claim 4, characterized in that the second communication unit (20) transmits the access code for access to certain regions of the surroundings to the first communication unit (10, 11, 12).
