Abstract

Die Erfindung befasst sich mit einem Verfahren zum Einstellen von Grenzwerten, die einen Trennvorgang im textilen Faden (Garn) bewirken, um das Garn neu anzuspinnen oder neu aufzuspulen und zuvor potentielle Fehler oder Unreinheiten zu beseitigen. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, die Garnhandhabung eigenständig zu optimieren und dabei eine maximale Produktivität bei bestmöglicher Spul- oder Fertigungsqualität langfristig zu erreichen, unter Einbeziehung der tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten in der Maschine. Vorgeschlagen wird dazu ein Verfahren zum betrieblichen Überprüfen von neuen Grenzwerten für das Auslösen von Fadentrennungen eines gespulten oder gesponnenen Fadens (100a), bei dem - gegenüber einem ersten Grenzwert, dessen Überschreitung (e) tatsächlich einen Fadenbruch auslöst - zumindest ein betragsmäßig kleinerer Grenzwert (d3,d4) eingestellt wird und anhand einer längerfristigen Zählung (50) von Überschreitungen (r) dieses herabgesetzten Grenzwertes (d3,d4) eine aktuell zu erwartende tatsächliche Häufigkeit (R) von Fadenbrüchen - ohne Garnverlust - vorab ermittelt wird.

The invention is concerned with a method for setting limit values which cause a separation process in the textile thread (yarn) in order to spin on or rewind the yarn and to eliminate potential errors or impurities beforehand. It is an object of the invention to independently optimize the yarn handling and to achieve maximum productivity with the best possible winding or manufacturing quality in the long term, taking into account the actual conditions in the machine. For this purpose, a method is proposed for operationally checking new limit values for triggering thread separations of a spooled or spun thread (100a), in which - compared to a first limit value, the exceeding (e) of which actually triggers a thread breakage - at least a smaller limit value (d3 , d4) is set and a longer-term count (50) of exceedances (r) of this reduced limit value (d3, d4) a currently expected actual frequency (R) of thread breaks - without loss of yarn - is determined in advance.
