Claims (9)
- Bride de serrage (1) comportant un mors supérieur (4) avec une surface de bridage (4a) et un appui inférieur (3) avec une surface d'appui (3a), lesdits mors étant mobiles pour se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre le long d'un axe de déplacement (ZZ') sous l'action de moyens de sollicitation, ladite bride étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un dispositif d'escamotage qui permet à l'une des surfaces d'appui ou de bridage (3a, 4a) de s'escamoter pour passer d'une position de serrage (A) où elle recouvre au moins partiellement l'autre surface d'appui ou de butée (3a) selon la direction du déplacement des mors (ZZ') à une position libre où elle ne la recouvre plus et inversement, ledit dispositif d'escamotage étant mis en oeuvre par le déplacement du mors supérieur (4) et de l'appui inférieur (3), sous l'action des moyens de sollicitation.
- Bride de serrage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'escamotage est un dispositif de type pivotant qui permet de faire pivoter l'une des surfaces d'appui ou de bridage (3a, 4a) par rapport à l'autre autour de l'axe de déplacement des mors (ZZ').
- Bride de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de sollicitation comprennent un vérin secondaire (5) qui déplace le mors supérieur (4) par rapport à l'appui inférieur (3) le long de l'axe de déplacement (ZZ').
- Bride de serrage (1) selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que le déplacement du mors supérieur (4) s'effectue entre un point bas (B) et un point haut (C) et en ce que le pivotement du mors supérieur (4) grâce au dispositif d'escamotage (DE) s'effectue lors du déplacement de celui-ci en phase ascendante à proximité du point haut (C), et ce, qu'il passe d'une position de repos correspondant au point bas (B) à une position de serrage (A) ou inversement.
- Bride de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'escamotage comporte une tige de guidage et de pivotement (6) fixe présentant une hélice (7) destinée à coopérer avec un crabot d'entraínement (8a) pour le faire pivoter d'un demi-tour lorsqu'il parcourt la tige et son hélice, ledit crabot comprenant des crans d'entraínement (11a, 11b) qui permettent de le solidariser en rotation avec une platine d'entraínement (8b) solidaire d'une tige de vérin (9) qui forme en partie le mors supérieur (4), pour obtenir le pivotement de la surface de bridage (4a) du mors supérieur (4) lorsque le dispositif d'escamotage est mis en oeuvre.
- Bride de serrage (1) selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce que la tige de vérin (9), qui porte une mâchoire (10) à son extrémité supérieure pour former le mors supérieur (4), comporte un alésage interne (12,13) dont la partie supérieure est destinée à permettre le passage de la tige de guidage et de pivotement (6) et dont la partie inférieure (13) constitue un logement pour le crabot d'entraínement (8a) dont les dimensions permettent au crabot de se positionner en position basse enclenchée où ses crans (11a) coopèrent avec les crans (11b) de la platine d'entraínement (8b) fixée à la tige de vérin (9) pour l'entraíner en pivotement et en position haute où les crans (11a, 11b) sont désengagés pour laisser le crabot pivoter librement pendant que la tige de vérin (9) descend le long de la tige de guidage et de pivotement (6).
- Bride de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de sollicitation comprennent un vérin principal (14) qui permet le déplacement de l'appui inférieur (3), tandis que ledit appui inférieur (3) forme le corps de vérin d'un vérin secondaire (5) dont la tige de vérin (9) forme en partie le mors supérieur (4) et en ce que le dispositif d'escamotage est mis en oeuvre de manière automatique par le déplacement du mors supérieur (4) sous l'action du vérin secondaire (5).
- Bride de serrage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la forme des mâchoires (10, 15) de l'appui inférieur (3) et du mors supérieur (4) est complémentaire pour constituer ensemble un profil circulaire centré sur l'axe de déplacement des mors (ZZ').
- Bride de serrage (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la forme de la surface d'appui (3a) de l'appui inférieur (3) est une portion de cercle plus petite que celle de la surface de bridage (4a) du mors supérieur (4).
