Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Sichten von Sichtgut mit einem Zentrifugalwindsichter, bei welchem Sichtgut und Sichtgas in den Windsichter eingetragen und Grobgut und Feingut gesondert ausgetragen werden, wobei das Sichtgas ggf. gemeinsam mit dem Sichtgut unter überatmosphärischem Druck in den Zentrifugal-Windsichter eingetragen wird und daß der Windsichter zumindest im Bereich des Sichterrotors unter überatmosphärischem Druck gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überdruck gegenüber dem atmosphärischen Druck größer gewählt wird als der ermittelte Druckverlust über die axiale Länge des Rotors.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sichtgas und das Sichtgut über ein Gebläse oder einen Verdichter, insbesondere ein Drehkolbengebläse eingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betriebsdruck des Zentrifugal-Windsichters zumindest im Bereich des Sicherrotors zwischen 1, 2 und 5 bar gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Sichtgas Luft, Dampf und/oder Industriegase wie z.B. Verbrennungsabgase eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gebläseüberdruck in Abhängigkeit von der ermittelten Grenzkorngröße geregelt wird.
