Description

L'invention est relative à un ensemble de rangement et concerne plus particulièrement les ensembles comprenant un compartiment lingère avec des étagères et/ou des tiroirs et un compartiment penderie. Un tel ensemble est décrit dans le document FR-A-2703226.
Selon les réalisations, le compartiment penderie comporte:
  • soit une unique barre horizontale disposée en partie supérieure pour supporter les vêtements longs tels que manteaux ou imperméables,
  • soit deux barres horizontales superposées disposées l'une en partie haute et l'autre sensiblement à mi-hauteur, chacune de ces barres étant apte à recevoir des vêtements courts tels que vestes, gilets....
Que les barres de penderie soient fixées de manière permanente ou démontable entre les deux montants du compartiment penderie, l'utilisateur de ce compartiment doit, soit à l'achat, soit à l'installation choisir entre les deux configurations. En prenant deux barres de penderie superposées, l'utilisateur gagne en capacité de rangement, mais doit ranger ailleurs ses vêtements longs, par exemple son imperméable. En prenant une seule barre de penderie, il peut ranger ses vêtements longs, mais il perd 50 % de la hauteur de la penderie.
Lorsque le choix est réalisé, il est pratiquement définitif puisque, même si les barres sont amovibles, la suppression de celle inférieure, par exemple pour ranger un vêtement long, réduit de moitié la capacité de rangement et ne peut être envisagée que si l'utilisateur dispose d'autres possibilités de rangement.
La présente invention a pour objet de remédier à cet inconvénient en fournissant un ensemble de rangement à double penderie évolutive s'adaptant aux besoins de rangement de l'utilisateur, sans avoir à trop réduire la capacité de rangement des vêtements suspendus.
A cet effet, l'ensemble de rangement selon l'invention comprend :
  • au moins deux barres horizontales inférieures formant support de chaussures,
  • au moins une barre horizontale de penderie intermédiaire, disposée sensiblement à mi-distance entre la barre supérieure et les barres inférieures pour supporter des vêtements courts,
  • et une cloison verticale déplaçable, dont la partie inférieure est montée coulissante sur les barres inférieures et dont la partie supérieure est solidaire de l'une des extrémités de la barre de penderie intermédiaire, l'autre extrémité de cette barre de penderie intermédiaire étant montée coulissante dans le montant vertical séparant les deux compartiments, respectivement, lingère et penderie.
La cloison déplaçable, solidaire de la- barre de penderie intermédiaire, peut ainsi occuper diverses positions, entre une position de dégagement, dans laquelle ladite cloison est contre le montant séparant le compartiment penderie du compartiment lingère et dégage ainsi totalement ce compartiment lingère, et une position d'utilisation maximale, dans laquelle cette cloison est en appui contre le montant extérieur du compartiment penderie et permet l'utilisation complète de la barre intermédiaire pour le rangement de vêtements courts sur les deux penderies. Dans les positions intermédiaires, les barres peuvent supporter des vêtements courts, mais celle supérieure peut aussi supporter un nombre de vêtements longs qui dépend de la distance ménagée entre le montant extérieur de la penderie et la cloison verticale, distance qui peut être augmentée ou réduite à volonté par l'utilisateur.
Cet aménagement peu coûteux et dont le réglage est très commode, améliore considérablement les possibilités de rangement dans une penderie et permet d'adapter ses possibilités aux besoins de l'utilisateur, mais aussi de la saison.
Selon les formes d'exécution, cet aménagement peut être appliqué sur un meuble à compartiments fixes ou sur un meuble extensible, par exemple du type décrit dans le brevet français 93 04095.
D'autres caractéristiques et avantages ressortiront de la description qui suit en référence au dessin schématique annexé représentant à titre d'exemple l'application de l'invention un ensemble de rangement extensible.
  • Figure 1 est une vue en perspective du meuble de rangement;
  • Figure 2 en une vue de face avec la cloison de séparation dans une position intermédiaire ;
  • Figure 3 est une vue partie partielle en coupe transversale montrant à échelle agrandie une forme d'exécution d'un palier de guidage des barres ;
  • Figure 4 est une vue partielle de côté en élévation de la partie supérieure du montant intérieur du compartiment lingère.
    • De manière générale, le meuble de rangement est composé de deux compartiments, à savoir: un compartiment lingère A, équipé d'étagères 2 et de tiroirs 3, et un compartiment penderie B. Ces compartiments sont délimités entre trois montants verticaux respectivement extérieur 4, intérieur 5 et extérieur 6.
    Dans la forme d'exécution représentée correspondant à un ensemble de rangement extensible dont la largeur peut s'ajuster à l'intervalle entre les deux parois d'une niche murale, le meuble est composé de deux modules indépendants, à savoir:
    • un premier module M1 en forme de colonne et comprenant les montants 4 et 5, les étagères 2, les tiroirs 3 et un plateau supérieur horizontal 7,
    • et un second module M2, comprenant le montant extérieur 6, un plateau supérieur 8 et un retour vertical 9.
    Les figures 1 et 2 montrent bien que le retour 9 est en appui sur le prolongement 5a du montant intérieur 5, tandis que le retour 9 est en appui sur le plateau supérieur 7 du premier module M1.
    Le module M2 est équipé en partie supérieure d'une barre horizontale de penderie 10 dont une extrémité est liée au montant 6 et dont l'autre extrémité est montée coulissante dans le montant 5 et, plus précisément, dans un palier 12 en matière synthétique disposé dans un alésage 13 de la paroi 5.
    Le montant extérieur 6 est également solidaire en partie inférieure des extrémités de deux barres horizontales 14 constituant un support à chaussures, barres dont les extrémités sont montées coulissantes dans la partie inférieure du montant intérieur 5, soit directement, soit avec interposition de paliers en matière plastique 12. Selon l'invention, la partie inférieure d'une cloison verticale déplaçable 15 moins haute que les montants 5 et 6, est montée coulissante sur ces deux barres 14.
    Dans une forme d'exécution, ce coulissement est un coulissement freiné et est assuré par des paliers 12 en matière plastique portés par la cloison mobile 15.
    A proximité de son extrémité supérieure, la cloison mobile 15 est solidaire de l'une des extrémités d'une barre intermédiaire 16 de penderie, dont l'autre extrémité est montée à coulissement freiné dans un palier 12 porté par le montant intérieur 5.
    Les figures 1 et 2 montrent que les différents paliers 12 portés par le montant intérieur 5, respectivement, pour la barre 10, pour la barre 16 et pour les barres 14, sont disposés verticalement de manière à ne pas venir en coïncidence avec le côté d'un tiroir ou le bord d'une étagère et, de préférence, sont disposés pour être juste en dessous d'une étagère 2 et du plateau 7.
    Avantageusement, l'étagère qui est proche d'un tel palier 12 est associée à un bandeau 2a, cachant à la vue l'excédent de barre 10, 16 ou 14 venant dans le compartiment lingère A.
    Il est évident que les barres 10, 16, 14 ont une longueur égale à l'intervalle entre le montant extérieur 6 et le retour 9 du module M2 et sont donc plus longues que la largeur du compartiment penderie B pour pouvoir être supportées par le montant intérieur 5, même lorsque l'ensemble est en position d'extension maximale.
    Avec cet aménagement, la cloison mobile 15 peut être déplacée transversalement entre les montants 5 et 6, pour occuper diverses positions intermédiaires entre deux positions extrêmes, une position de dégagement dans laquelle cette cloison 15 est contre le montant 5 et dégage totalement le compartiment penderie B et une position d'utilisation maximale, dans laquelle la cloison mobile 15 est contre la face interne du montant extérieur 6 et forme une penderie intermédiaire s'étendant sur toute la largeur du compartiment penderie. Dans cette position, la penderie supérieure et la penderie inférieure ne peuvent recevoir que des vêtements courts, tels que des vestes.
    Si l'utilisateur désire ranger dans la penderie un ou plusieurs vêtements longs, il lui suffit de déplacer la cloison verticale mobile 15 d'une valeur S à la figure 2 pour former un compartiment C pouvant accueillir des vêtements longs, suspendus à la barre 10 supérieure. La figure 2 montre que, dans ces conditions, la capacité de stockage de la penderie intermédiaire est réduite au même titre que la capacité de stockage en vêtements courts de la penderie supérieure, mais dans une proportion moindre que si la totalité de la penderie intermédiaire était supprimée.
    Grâce à cet agencement, l'opérateur peut moduler la largeur du compartiment C en fonction de ses besoins de rangement, sans trop perturber le rangement de ses vêtements courts pour la mise en place de ses vêtements longs.
    Dans la forme d'exécution représentée, l'une des barres de penderie, par exemple celle supérieure 10 est associée à plusieurs barres supplémentaires 20 avec lesquelles elle forme une étagère à couettes ou couvertures.
    Les barres 20 sont, comme la barre 10, fixées par une de leurs extrémités dans le montant 6 et montées, par leur autre extrémité, à coulissement freiné dans des paliers 12 portés par le montant intérieur 5.
    La figure 1 montre que les montants 5 et 6 comportent, entre la barre supérieure 10 et la barre intermédiaire 16, respectivement, des paliers 12 et des trous borgnes 21 pouvant être utilisés pour la mise en place d'une autre série de barres 10 et 20, par exemple lorsque l'ensemble de rangement est destiné à recevoir des vêtements d'enfants moins longs. Ces barres permettent d'occuper la partie supérieure pour le rangement de couettes ou couvertures.
    La figure 4 montre que lorsque les barres sont utilisées avec une barre de penderie 10, elles sont disposées au-dessus du niveau de cette barre 10 de manière à ne pas gêner l'accrochage des crochets de cintres sur cette barre 10, tout en formant une cavité 25 calant les couettes ou couvertures.
    Cet aménagement de penderie peut, bien entendu, s'appliquer à un ensemble de rangement à deux compartiments fixes. Dans ce cas, seule la barre 16 est montée coulissante dans le montant intérieur 5, les autres barres 10, 14 et 20 étant liées, directement ou indirectement, aux montants 5 et 6.

    Claims (6)

    1. Ensemble de rangement à double penderie évolutive dans lequel trois montant verticaux (4, 5, 6) délimitent deux compartiments, à savoir un compartiment lingère (A) avec des étagères (2) et/ou des tiroirs (3), et un compartiment penderie (B) avec une barre horizontale (10) disposée en partie supérieure pour supporter des vêtements longs, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, dans le compartiment penderie (B) :
      au moins deux barres horizontales inférieures (14) formant support de chaussures,
      au moins une barre horizontale (16) de penderie intermédiaire, disposée sensiblement à mi-distance entre la barre supérieure (10) et les barres inférieures (14) pour supporter des vêtements courts,
      et une cloison verticale et déplaçable (15), dont la partie inférieure est montée coulissante sur les barres inférieures (14) et dont la partie supérieure est solidaire de l'une des extrémités de la barre de penderie intermédiaire (16), l'autre extrémité de cette barre de penderie intermédiaire étant montée coulissante dans le montant vertical (5) séparant les deux compartiments respectivement, lingère (A) et penderie (B).
    2. Ensemble de rangement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre intermédiaire (16) de penderie est montée à coulissement freiné dans un palier (12) en matière plastique disposé dans un perçage (13) du montant (5).
    3. Ensemble de rangement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre horizontale intermédiaire (16) de penderie est positionnée verticalement de manière que sa partie dépassant dans le compartiment lingère (A) soit à proximité du dessous de l'une des étagères (2) de ce compartiment.
    4. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cloison verticale déplaçable (15) est munie de paliers (12) en matière plastique par lesquels elle est montée à coulissement freiné sur les barres inférieures (14).
    5. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre supérieure de penderie (10) et les barres inférieures (14) de support de chaussures sont chacune liées, par leur extrémité qui est opposée au compartiment lingère (A), au montant extérieur (6) du compartiment penderie (B) et coulissent, près de leur autre extrémité, dans des paliers (12) ménagés dans le montant intérieur (5) du compartiment lingère (A), ce montant intérieur (5) faisant partie d'un premier module (M1) qui, en forme de colonne composée de deux montants (4, 5), d'un plateau supérieur (7) et d'étagères (2) et de tiroirs (3), est distinct d'un second module (M2) délimitant le compartiment penderie (B), ce second module (M2) étant composé d'un montant extérieur (6) portant les barres, respectivement supérieure (10) et inférieures (14), et d'un panneau horizontal supérieur (8) venant en appui sur le prolongement (5a) du montant intérieur (5) du compartiment lingère.
    6. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, au moins la barre horizontale supérieure (10) de penderie est associée à plusieurs barres supplémentaires (20) avec lesquelles elle forme une étagère, à couette ou couverture, chaque barre supplémentaire (20) étant, comme la barre de penderie (10), liée au montant du compartiment penderie et montée à coulissement freiné dans le montant intérieur (5) du compartiment lingère (A).
