Les figures 4 à 6 montrent le bouton de commande dans diverses positions, à savoir respectivement une position transitoire au cours du mouvement arrêt-marche, la position "marche" et la position "déclenché".
Claims (6)
- Disjoncteur doté d'un boítier (10) et d'un mécanisme de commande (20), le mécanisme comprenantun organe déclencheur sensible à un défaut électrique,un mécanisme de déclenchement (22) apte à ouvrir les contacts en réponse à la mise en oeuvre de l'organe déclencheur,un bouton rotatif (B) destiné à ouvrir et fermer les contacts par une action manuelle, en prenant respectivement une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture, la mise en oeuvre du mécanisme de déclenchement plaçant le bouton rotatif dans une position de déclenchement intermédiaire entre ses positions d'ouverture et de fermeture,un dispositif de retenue du bouton rotatif (B) en position de déclenchement, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de retenue du bouton rotatif (B) en position de déclenchement comporte un ressort de torsion (30) associé au boítier (10) du disjoncteur, ce dispositif de retenue étant indépendant du mécanisme de déclenchement (22) et extérieur à celui-ci.
- Disjoncteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de retenue comprend un élément rotatif (17) associé au bouton (B) et muni d'un doigt de butée (18), et que le ressort de torsion (30) a une branche de retenue oblique (31) disposé sur une partie fixe du boítier du disjoncteur,et par le fait que le doigt de butée (18) coopère avec la branche de retenue (31) pour la franchir quand le bouton passe de la position arrêt à la position marche, et pour être arrêté par cette branche quand le mécanisme de déclenchement (20) passe de l'état marche à l'état déclenché.
- Disjoncteur selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le mécanisme de déclenchement comprend un ressort de déclenchement (24), caractérisé par le fait qu'un ressort (26) de rappel à la position arrêt est associé au bouton (B) et que, vu de l'élément rotatif portant le doigt de butée (18), le couple dû à l'organe élastique (30) est supérieur au couple dû au ressort de rappel, mais inférieur à la somme des couples dus aux ressorts de déclenchement (24) et de rappel (26).
- Disjoncteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la branche de retenue (31) du ressort de torsion est sollicitable par le doigt de butée (18) dans une position angulaire de la branche qui diffère dans le sens arrêt-marche et dans la position de déclenchement.
- Disjoncteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le ressort de torsion (30) est monté oscillant sur un palier (33) d'un capot (10b) du boítier du disjoncteur, et présente une branche d'appui (32) applicable contre deux butées fixes (34,35) dans l'un et respectivement dans l'autre sens d'oscillation, le palier du ressort et les butées de sa branche d'appui étant formés ou disposés derrière la paroi (10c) du capot.
- Disjoncteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le doigt de butée (18) présente dans le sens arrêt-marche une rampe (18a) facilitant l'attaque de la branche de retenue (31).
