Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Einspritzen von Kraftstoff in einen Verbrennungsraum eines Dieselmotors, über eine Einspritzdüse, die mittels einer Druckleitung mit einer Einspritzpumpe verbunden ist, welche einen verstellbaren Pumpenkolben mit einer Steuerkante und Steuerbohrungen aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über eine kombinierte Verstellung des Pumpenkolbens (5) in der Einspritzpumpe (2) bei Teil- und Schwachlast ein hoher Einspritzdruck an der Einspritzdüse (4) erzeugt wird, der in einem Bereich von etwa minus 20° bis minus 10° des Kurbelwinkels (K) vor OT des Motorkolbens und in einem Bereich der Geschwindigkeit (V) des Pumpenkolbens (5) von etwa 2,5 bis 3,5 m/s liegt, wobei der Pumpenkolben (5) der Einspritzpumpe (2) mit seiner Steuerkante (6) über eine Regelstange (15) in eine Förderrichtung "früh" verdrehbar ist und dieser Verdrehbewegung in Richtung "früh" eine axiale Stellbewegung zum korrespondierenden Einspritzbeginn über eine mit dem Pumpenkolben (5) wirkverbundene Steuereinrichtung, wie eine Exzentereinrichtung (12), überlagert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der hohe Einspritzdruck bei einem Kurbelwinkel (K) von etwa minus 14° vor OT des Motorkolbens und bei einer Geschwindigkeit (V) von etwa 3 m/s des Pumpenkolbens (5) liegt.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderstellung in Richtung "früh" des Kraftstoffs bei einem Kurbelwinkel (K) von etwa minus 40° vor OT bis zu ein Kurbelwinkel (K) von etwa minus 14° vor OT verläuft und bei etwa minus 14° vor OT eine Kraftstoffeinspritzung in Richtung "früh" über die Exzentereinrichtung (12) steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Exzentereinrichtung (12) aus einem auf einem Exzenter gehaltenen Schwinghebel (9) besteht, der mit seinem freien Ende mittels einer Rolle (10) zwischen dem Pumpenkolben (5) und einer Nockenwelle (16) angeordnet und über den Exzenter (12) zur Nockenwelle (16) in eine Einspritzstellung in Richtung "früh" einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Exzenter (12) zur Verstellung der Rolle (10) des Schwinghebels (9) zur Nockenwelle (16) in Abhängigkeit von einer Teil- und Schwachlast des Motors einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine direkte Verdrehung der Nockenwelle über ein Antriebszahnrad einstellbar ist.
