Claims (2)

  1. Kunststoffmaterial-Kappe (1) zum Verschließen eines Behälters, wobei die Kappe aufweist:
    ein Oberteil und eine Seitenwandung;
    integral an dem Oberteil an dessen Innenseite ausgebildete Mittel (10, 12, 13) zum Abdichten der Kappe am Behälter;
    Mittel an der Seitenwandung zum Halten der Kappe (1) in dichtender Anordnung mit dem Behälter;
    ein abbrechbar mit der Seitenwandung verbundenes Antimanipulationsband, wobei das Band aufweist:
    eine Mehrzahl von nach oben gerichteten Zungen (21), die am Band zum Untergreifen einer Kante am Behälter beim Zusammenfügen der Kappe (1) mit dem Behälter federnd befestigt sind; und
    zwischen den Zungen (20) angeordnete und diese untereinander verbindende Mittel (20);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die zwischen den Zungen (20) angeordneten und diese untereinander verbindenden Mittel (20) V-förmig gefalzte Mittel sind, die sich von den Zungen (21) aus nach oben und radial nach außen erstrecken; daß an den radialen Außenflächen der Zungen (21) Rippen (22) zum Begrenzen der Radialbewegung der Zungen (21) beim Zusammenfügen der Kappe mit dem Behälter vorgesehen sind; und
    daß an der Innenseite der Seitenwandung ein Wulst (23) zum Zusammenwirken mit den Rippen (22) beim Begrenzen der Radialbewegung der Zungen (21) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Kunststoffmaterial-Kappe (1) wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht, wobei das Haltemittel ein mit einem komplementären Schraubengang (40) am Behälter zusammenwirkender Schraubengang (40) in der Kappe (1) ist.
