Description

Verfahren zur Reinigung mit Reinigungsstrahlen Methods for cleaning with cleaning jets
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reinigung mit Reinigungsstrahlen. The invention relates to a method for cleaning with cleaning jets.
In processes of the type mentioned at the outset, cleaning jets from a nozzle, a plurality or a plurality of nozzles of an arrangement for conveying cleaning liquid for application, e.g. a surface to be cleaned is emitted of goods to be cleaned. A sufficient cleaning result is in such an exposure to the goods to be cleaned by the amount of chemical additives that can be added to the cleaning liquid, but mainly by a sufficient duration of exposure to the goods to be cleaned with the pulse of the cleaning jet and the resulting over the period of time mechanical removal of dirt on the items to be cleaned is achieved. In addition to the energy required to convey the cleaning liquid, this means that the cleaning program lasts a long time.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a method for cleaning with cleaning jets in which energy can be saved and the duration of the cleaning program can be shortened.
This object is achieved in that a cleaning liquid is pressurized with a pressurized gas before exiting and is thereby additionally accelerated, as a result of which the cleaning liquid has a higher momentum after exiting.
With the method according to the invention of increasing the momentum of the drops of a cleaning jet, the intensity of the mechanical removal on the surface of the material to be cleaned is inevitably increased, ie the effectiveness of the cleaning jet is improved, as a result of which, as explained at the outset, an adequate cleaning result mainly due to an adequate Duration of exposure to the goods to be cleaned and the mechanical removal of dirt on the goods to be cleaned over the period of time, the duration of the cleaning program shortened and thus less energy is required to promote the cleaning liquid. In cleaning processes in which the cleaning liquid is not reused, the method according to the invention furthermore saves a considerable amount of cleaning liquid. The invention provides a method for cleaning with cleaning jets of the type mentioned at the beginning, in which energy can be saved and the duration of the cleaning program can be shortened.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the gas is blown into a flowing or standing cleaning liquid. The application according to the invention can be optimized in accordance with the desired cleaning process by selecting one of the variants shown.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the gas is blown in continuously or intermittently. In this embodiment, the method according to the invention can also be further optimized in accordance with the desired cleaning process by selecting one of the variants shown.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the gas is blown in with or without additives. Even a separate addition of additives, e.g. Cleaning agents etc. can be saved.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the method is used in household appliances and in a particularly advantageous manner in dishwashers. In practice it has been shown that by increasing the effect of the cleaning jet with the method according to the invention in household appliances, in particular in dishwashers, particularly good cleaning results are achieved.

A device 1 for conveying liquids according to the cycle plug method in the exemplary embodiments shown and described has an arrangement 10 in which the liquid is pressurized by a gas under pressure, the liquid in the arrangement 10 being pressurized by the gas , which is alternately changed between two pressure levels so that the liquid flows in at a low pressure level and is conveyed in the desired conveying direction by applying the higher pressure level. In the exemplary embodiments shown, the gas is pressurized by means of a compressor 2. A pressure vessel 4, into which the gas is introduced and stored, is connected to the compressor 2 in the flow direction of the gas after the compressor 2, that is to say at a pressure outlet 3 of the compressor 2.
Furthermore, the arrangement 10 has a pressure chamber 11 which is connected to a liquid container 9 in a liquid-conducting manner. The gas, controlled by a valve 5, is introduced into the pressure chamber 11. This valve 5 for controlling the introduction of the gas into the pressure chamber 11 is in a connecting line 21 between the pressure vessel 4 and an inlet 20 of the gas arranged in the pressure chamber 11. A liquid discharge line 12 is connected in a liquid-conducting manner to the pressure chamber 11 and the liquid container 9. A liquid line 13 is continued from the liquid container 9 to the liquid drain 12 and has a branch 14 to the pressure chamber 11. Between the liquid container 9 and the pressure chamber 11, a valve 15 for opening and closing the connection between the liquid container 9 and the pressure chamber 11 is arranged, which in the exemplary embodiment is a check valve with a spherical closing body, which has a liquid outlet from the liquid container 9 when a against the Liquid container 9 closes directed flow. Between the pressure chamber 11 and the liquid discharge line 12 there is a valve 16 for opening and closing the liquid discharge line 12, which in the exemplary embodiment is a check valve with a spherical closing body, which closes the liquid discharge line 12 when a flow directed against the liquid container 9 or against the pressure chamber 11 occurs , The pressure chamber 11 has a further inlet 18 which is controlled by a valve 17 and to which a ventilation line 19 is connected. The inlet 20 of the gas into the pressure chamber 11 in the position of use, that is to say from a frontal view of FIGS. 1 and 2, at the top and the inlet of the liquid line 13, ie the branch 14, is arranged at the bottom.
In the embodiment of the device 1 for conveying liquids according to the cyclic plug method shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the arrangement 10 has a connection 23 between the pressure chamber 11 and a suction line 7 of the compressor 2, the suction line 7 of the compressor 2 in the flow direction of the gas after the branching for the connection 23 to the valve 17 and further to a valve 17 controlled inlet 20 of the pressure chamber 11 has a further valve 8 for opening or closing the suction line 7 with respect to the environment.
In the embodiment of the device 1 for conveying liquids according to the cyclic plug method shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, as already explained above, in the arrangement 10, the liquid is pressurized by the gas with a pressure which changes so alternately between two pressure levels is that the liquid flows in at a low pressure level and is conveyed in the desired conveying direction by applying the higher pressure level., In the arrangement 10 at the low pressure level veau, there is a negative pressure so that the liquid is sucked in and there is an excess pressure when the higher pressure level is applied.
As an alternative to the above-mentioned connection with a suction line 7 of the compressor 2, it is of course also possible to generate the required negative pressure with an additional compressor and to connect this to the connection 23.
To carry out the method according to the invention for cleaning with cleaning jets, the arrangement 10 has a connection 22 between the liquid drain 12 and the pressure vessel 4. A further valve 6 for controlling the introduction of the gas into the liquid discharge line 12 is arranged in the connection 22.
The conveying of liquid according to the cycle plug method with the insertion of the method according to the invention for cleaning with cleaning jets is carried out as follows in the exemplary embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2:
Valves 5, 6, 8 and 16 are initially closed, valves 15 and 17 are open. The connection between the liquid container 9 and the pressure chamber 11 is arranged below the liquid level N1 of the liquid container 9, so that the liquid in the liquid container 9 to the liquid level N1 and in the pressure chamber 11 due to the suction function of the negative pressure described below to the much higher Liquid level N1 'extends. By opening the valve 5, the gas under pressure is introduced into the pressure chamber 11, whereby the liquid is displaced to a lower liquid level N2. The valve 15 is closed and the valve 16 is opened so that the liquid penetrates further into the liquid discharge line 12, an equal amount of liquid being moved from the liquid discharge line 12 to the corresponding liquid consumer.
According to the method according to the invention for cleaning with cleaning jets, the cleaning liquid is pressurized with a gas under pressure before it emerges and is thereby additionally accelerated, as a result of which the liquid has a higher momentum after the outlet. In the described embodiment of the invention, the application of the flowing cleaning liquid is selected. To carry out this exemplary embodiment of the method according to the invention, the valve 5 is now closed and the further valve 6 for controlling the introduction of the gas into the liquid discharge line 12 is opened - or it can, in reverse order, first the further valve 6 for controlling the introduction of the gas opened in the liquid discharge line 12 and then the valve 5 are closed - whereby the gas is passed into the liquid discharge line 12 in both alternative method steps and the pressurized cleaning liquid is pressurized according to the invention, whereby the cleaning liquid according to the invention is additionally accelerated and the Liquid has a higher momentum after the leak. Furthermore, the liquid located in the liquid discharge line 12 is pressed again, so that liquid is again moved to corresponding liquid consumers.
In the continuation of the cycle plug method, the valve 16 and also the valve 6 and the valve 8 are now closed and the valve 17 is opened, as a result of which the gas located in the pressure chamber 11 is passed to the compressor 2 via the ventilation line 19 and the suction line 7 and a negative pressure is created in the pressure chamber 11. Due to the negative pressure or, in the event that the valve 15 is not a non-return valve, external control now opens the valve 15, so that liquid is sucked into the pressure chamber 11 from the liquid container 9 by the negative pressure prevailing in the pressure chamber 11. The valve 16 is held in the closed position. Now valve 17 is closed and at the same time valve 8 is opened again. This process is now repeated as long as fluid delivery is required.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the method is used in household appliances. FIG. 2 describes a dishwasher 25, in the exemplary embodiment shown a household dishwasher, in which the cycle plug method and the method according to the invention for cleaning with cleaning jets are carried out with a device 1 in the preferred embodiment shown and described in FIG. 1. In this application of the method according to the invention in the device 1, the gas air and the liquid is a cleaning liquid with which the items to be cleaned in the dishwasher 25 are charged, namely water, which may be mixed with detergents or rinse aids and, if appropriate, also with removed ones Leftovers are dirty. In the dishwasher 25, the liquid container 9 of the device 1 is formed by the lowermost section of a washing container 26, which is usually referred to as a pump pot or drain pan and in which the items to be cleaned, for example cutlery, not shown, which are filled into crockery baskets 27, 28, Plates plates, cups, glasses etc., collecting cleaning liquid. The cleaning liquid is applied to the material to be cleaned by spray devices, for example so-called spray arms 29, 30. The cleaning liquid in the arrangement shown and described in FIG. 2 is conveyed by means of the device 1, as described for FIG. 1, into the liquid discharge line 12 connected to the feed lines to the spray arms 29, 30 and before it emerges from nozzles not described in any more detail the spray arms 29, 30 in the liquid discharge line 12, according to the inventive method, acted upon by a gas under pressure.
The course of time in connection with the cycle plug method of a spray pulse generated with the preferred exemplary embodiments of the method according to the invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 3 showing the course of time and the water pressure generated from the time of the Opening the valve 17 for sucking the cleaning liquid into the pressure chamber 11 shows. The suction period is designated by Ts in FIG. 3 and is approximately one second. Now a pause is made over a period Tp of about half a second.
This is followed by the application of the pressurized gas to the cleaning liquid before the cleaning liquid emerges according to the method according to the invention, in the exemplary embodiment of the invention shown a pulsed delivery of the cleaning liquid by opening the valve 5 with a pulse height If of approximately 310 in the exemplary embodiment Millibars and the re-pressing by opening the valve 6 with a pulse height In of approximately 90 millibars in the exemplary embodiment are carried out together over a period of time Ti of half a second in the exemplary embodiment. With this very short pulse duration Ti, the cleaning effect of the cleaning liquid applied under pressure to the material to be cleaned is optimized.
Alternatively, the gas could also be blown into a standing cleaning liquid by the method according to the invention. Furthermore, the inventive can also be driven with an intermittently blown gas. Addition of additive to the gas is also possible using the method according to the invention.
When the goods to be cleaned are loaded at intervals, e.g. With the cycle plug conveying method described above, there is an increase in pressure in the pressurizing cleaning liquid each time the application is started and a decrease in the pressure in the operating cleaning liquid at each end of the application. In practice, it has been shown that the alternating rise and fall in the pressure of the cleaning liquid and the resulting rise and fall in the mechanical forces acting on the contaminants on the items to be cleaned result in a good cleaning result with a short duration of exposure is achieved.
This cleaning result, as also proven in practice, is significantly improved if, according to the method according to the invention, the cleaning liquid is conveyed by applying a pressurized gas before the outlet and thus in an impulsive manner, the alternating rising and falling the pressure of the cleaning liquid and the alternating rise and fall of the mechanical forces acting on the soiling on the items to be cleaned takes place in a very short period of time and therefore very intensely.
With the method according to the invention of increasing the momentum of the drops of a cleaning jet, the intensity of the mechanical removal on the surface of the material to be cleaned is inevitably increased, i.e. improves the effectiveness of the cleaning jet, which, because a sufficient cleaning result is mainly achieved by a sufficient duration of exposure to the goods to be cleaned and the mechanical removal of dirt on the goods to be cleaned over the period of time, shortens the duration of the cleaning program and so that less energy is required to convey the cleaning liquid. In cleaning processes in which the cleaning liquid is not reused, the process according to the invention furthermore saves a considerable amount of cleaning liquid. With the invention, a method for cleaning with cleaning jets of the type mentioned is created, in which energy can be saved and the duration of the cleaning program can be shortened.
