The invention relates to a tubbing for a tubbing ring for underground tunnel construction. The invention further relates to a tubbing ring of a plurality of tubbing according to the invention. In addition, the invention also relates to a tunnel with a plurality of tunnel longitudinally successively arranged tubbing rings.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, a tubbing ring according to the invention has a circular or substantially circular cross-section. In this case, a tubbing for the tubbing ring expediently has a base body-shaped base body. However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the tubbing ring can have any other cross-sectional shape. Thus, the tubbing ring, for example, have a rectangular, in particular square cross section or have a triangular or oval cross-section. Basically, the tubbing ring can have any polygonal cross-sectional shape. An inventive tubbing or tubbing ring can be used in particular for a double tunnel with two parallel tunnel tubes. Then a tubbing ring according to the invention can also have a spectacle-shaped cross-section. - Hereinafter, the invention will be described essentially with respect to the preferred embodiment in which the tubbing ring has a circular cross-section and an associated tubbing of this tubbing ring has a cylindrical shell-shaped base body.
U-Bahnstrecken.Segment rings, each consisting of a plurality of segments, are used in the construction of tunnels or for lining tunnels. These are, in particular, tunnels which are driven by mechanical shield driving. The lining of these tunnels usually consists of tubbing rings or segments made of reinforced concrete. The tunnels produced in this way serve, for example, as railway lines or subway lines.
The tubbings known from practice are generally designed as cylinder jacket sections and the tubbing rings formed therefrom have the shape of a cylinder jacket or a circular cross section. For rectilinear tunnel sections, segments with two parallel tubbing end faces or tubbing rings with two tubbing ring end faces parallel to one another are used. If a curve is to be realized in a tunnel, these segments or the segmental rings formed therefrom are less suitable. For the realization of tunnel curves special Tübbings are therefore used, which have on one side a smaller width than on the other side. With these tubbing segmental rings are assembled, which have a non-uniform width over their circumference. With such tubbing rings tunnel curves can be realized by several appropriately configured tubbing rings are placed one behind the other. The degree and the direction of the curve is controlled by the rotation of the tubbing rings to each other. Thus, the known system is limited to the circular cross-section. The known measures also require that specially designed Tubbing must be produced and stored. This is expensive and expensive.
The segmental rings are each constructed of segmented tubbings made of reinforced concrete arranged one behind the other in the direction of the tunnel circumference. The segments are provided at their one annular end face with a segment-shaped recess and at its other annular end face with engaging in the recesses of the segments of a neighboring tubbing segment segmental elevations. The recesses and elevations have a rounded shape with a radial section wavy contour. These known tubbings have basically proven in terms of effective gearing. With regard to the construction of curved tunnel tubes, however, these known segments do not differ from the above-described segments known from practice.
From DE-OS 1 811 608 a tubing lining for tunnels or galleries is known. The segments described here have profilings for better toothing. These tubbings are less suitable for the construction of curved tunnel tubes.
In contrast, the invention is based on the technical problem of specifying a tubbing of the type mentioned above and a tubbing ring and a segmental lining, with which in a simple and inexpensive manner curved tunnel tubes can be realized.
To solve this technical problem, the invention teaches a tubbing for a tubbing ring for underground tunnel construction,
wherein a front-side tubbing end face and a rear-side tubbing end face are provided,
and wherein at least one tubbing end surface is designed in the form of a spherical shell section. - Tübbingstirnfläche means in the context of the invention, an end face of a tubbings, which faces a neighboring tubbing ring in the tunnel or tunnel construction.
According to the invention, at least one tubbing end surface is curved in the manner of a spherical shell. In other words, the tubbing end face in question is formed as a part of a spherical surface. It is within the scope of the invention that both the front-side tubbing end face and the rear-side tubbing end face of a tubbing according to the invention are designed in the shape of a spherical shell. It is within the scope of the invention that a tubbing according to the invention has a base body which is in the form of a cylinder shell section. The tubbing ring formed with these tubbings is consequently cylindrical-jacket-shaped or has a circular cross-section.
To solve the above technical problem, the invention further teaches a tubbing ring of a plurality of tubbings according to the invention, wherein a front tubbing ring end face and a back tubbing ring end face is provided and wherein at least one Tübbingringstirnfläche is formed spherical shell section. In tunneling a plurality of tubbings is assembled into a tubbing ring. The tubbings are usually joined together form-fitting with their side surfaces. The resulting tubbing ring is expediently designed as a cylinder jacket or expediently has a circular cross-section or at least one substantially circular cross-section. Tüblingringstirnfläche means the end face of an entire tubbing ring, which faces a neighboring tubbing ring in the tunnel or tunnel construction or adjacent to the adjacent tubbing ring. Kugelschalenabschnittsförmige formation of a tubbing ring end face means within the scope of the invention in particular that the tubbing ring end face in question has the shape of the surface of a spherical zone or a spherical layer.
Kugelschicht geformt. It is within the scope of the invention that both the front side tubbing ring end face and the rear tubbing ring end face are designed in the form of a spherical shell section. According to the invention, both the front-side tubbing ring end face and the rear tubbing ring end face are thus shaped like the surface of a spherical zone or spherical layer.
It is within the scope of the invention that the center of the spherical shell portion-shaped Tübbingringstirnfläche associated ball is arranged on the central axis of the tubbing ring. The "imaginary" sphere has a diameter that is larger than the outer radius or the largest Extension of the tubbing ring. If the tubbing ring has a circular cross-section, central axis of the tubbing ring means the axis which runs through the center of the circle. The extended central axis of a tubbing ring would then correspond to the central longitudinal axis of a straight tunnel section of a plurality of tubbing rings. It is within the scope of the invention that the rear Tuebbingringstirnfläche has the shape of a spherical shell portion of a sphere with the radius R and the center M. Then expediently the front tubbing ring end face has the shape of a spherical shell section of the same sphere of radius R whose center M 'has been moved only on the central axis and indeed around the tubbing width or around the tubbing ring width b. Thus, it is within the scope of the invention that the front-side tubbing ring end face and the rear tubbing ring end face are arranged parallel to one another. In other words, both the front Tubbingringstirnfläche and the back Tuurbbingringstirnfläche each lie on a spherical shell of a sphere with the same radius R. In the above-described expedient embodiment of the invention, the front-side Tübbingstirnfläche a single tubbing is arranged parallel to the rear Tübbingstirnfläche this tubbings. For example, five to nine or six to eight tubbings can be assembled into a tubbing ring.
To solve the technical problem set out above, the invention further teaches a tunnel construction with a plurality of longitudinally arranged in the tunnel longitudinal direction Tubbing rings according to the invention, each consisting of a plurality of tubbings according to the invention,
wherein each tubbing ring has a front spherical shell section shaped tubbing ring end face and a rear spherical shell section shaped tubbing ring end surface
and wherein the front-side shell-shell-shaped tubbing ring end face of a first tubbing ring is positively attached to the rear shell-shell-shaped tubbing ring end face of a second adjacent tubbing ring.
The Tunnelausbau thus consists of a plurality of juxtaposed tubbing rings. The tubbing rings adjoin one another with their spherical shell section-shaped tubbing ring end faces. If you put the tubbing rings together so that their central axes form a continuous straight line, you get a straight tunnel section. However, the tubbing rings can be easily offset or rotated relative to each other due to their spherical shell section-shaped tubbing ring end faces. In this way, a simple design of a curved tunnel tube is possible.
The invention is based on the finding that curved tunnel tubes with arbitrary curvatures can be formed with the tubbing segments according to the invention or with the tubbing rings according to the invention in a simple and inexpensive manner. Basically, the training is any Space curve possible. The minimum possible routing radius results from the geometric boundary conditions, in particular from the cross-sectional dimensions of the tubbing ring, the tubbing width, the offset dimension and the spherical radius. Due to the spherical shell section-shaped tubbing end surfaces or tubbing ring end surfaces according to the invention, a form-fitting and therefore tight joining of the tubbing rings can be ensured even with a curved tunnel tube course. Of particular importance within the scope of the invention is that only a single embodiment of a tubbing ring according to the invention can be used both for straight tunnel tube sections and for curved tunnel tube sections. Therefore, the invention is distinguished from the initially described, known from the prior art measures by a much lower cost or expense. It should also be emphasized that the tubbing according to the invention can be produced in a relatively simple and inexpensive manner.
In particular, the invention relates to a tubbing or a tubbing ring for a tunnel construction. However, it is also within the scope of the invention that the term tubbing or tubbing ring stands for any component having the features of claim 1 or of

Figs. 1 and 2 show a tubbing ring 1 according to the invention for an underground tunnel construction. The tubbing ring 1 consists of a plurality of
Fig. 3 illustrates first the spherical shell portion-shaped configuration of
Fig. 4 shows a plurality of successively arranged Tübbingringen 1. These segmental rings 1 are all offset or rotated to each other, so that there is a curved tunnel structure, which corresponds to a 90 ° bend in the embodiment. Staggered or twisted arrangement of the tubbing rings 1 means, moreover, that the tubbing ring end faces 6, 7 of two adjacent tubbing rings 1 do not lie completely flat against each other, but that only part of the tubbing ring end faces 6, 7 is positively against each other.
