Definitions
- the invention relates to a key for a lock cylinder still the preamble of claims 1.
- the invention also relates to a locking system with a plurality of lock cylinders and with such keys according to claim 16.
- Such locking systems are in office units or residential units in which several persons each have a key and are entitled in a first hierarchy level, for example, to close the lock cylinder of a common door known.
- a first hierarchy level for example, to close the lock cylinder of a common door known.
- the lock cylinders for example, of individual apartments or offices, each can only be unlocked by a single key.
- a profile of the shank can be designed to generate different hierarchy levels.
- a locking system is from the DE 43 05 176 A1 known.
- the closing channels of the lock cylinders have a profile corresponding to the key authorized for unlocking corresponding profile, so that only the authorized key can be inserted into the lock channel.
- the locking cylinder to be closed by all keys accordingly has a wide locking channel in which all keys can be inserted.
- the key with which all lock cylinders can be closed accordingly has a narrow profile for insertion into all lock cylinders.
- a disadvantage of the known locking systems is that the known key only allow the generation of a limited number of hierarchy levels. Furthermore, a second separation point in the pin tumblers or the possibility of manipulation on the profile of the key increase the risk of unauthorized unlocking of the lock cylinder. In addition, pens generally have only very small dimensions and can therefore get caught.
- the DE 85 26 762 U1 shows a key and a suitable for the recesses of the key lock cylinder.
- the key has only a single row of recesses for the pin tumblers. Between the recesses, the key has projections which separate the recesses from each other.
- the EP 0 637 663 A1 shows a key with a single row of recesses, which is exactly matched to the position of the pin tumblers.
- a lock cylinder is known in which three adjacent pin tumblers can have pins of the same height.
- the key for the lock cylinder has a straight surface for driving the same height pin tumblers.
- explicitly disclosed is a single row of pin tumblers which the key is intended to control.
- the FR 2 699 216 discloses a locking system with a provided for driving eight Stiftzuiensen key, with only six of the eight recesses are queried. As a result, one of the hierarchy levels has six and the second hierarchy level only two pin tumblers on. Therefore, the disclosed key is particularly long.
- the GB-A-1 038 997 discloses keys with a variety of recesses and a very large length.
- a master key is able to close all lock cylinders and therefore has a total of sixteen recesses, while other keys are able to close only subordinate lock cylinder and each having eight recesses.
- the US-A-5 513 509 discloses a locking system in which a key with the length of six recesses for driving six pin tumblers can also be used in a lock cylinder with five pin tumblers.
- the key has mutually offset shoulders, or the lock cylinders have different distances from stops for the shoulder to the pin tumblers.
- the invention is based on the problem to design a key of the type mentioned so that it allows the use in the largest possible number of hierarchy levels. Furthermore, a simple as possible constructed locking system for several hierarchy levels with such key to be created.
- the additional row more recesses are arranged in the chest area as the lock cylinder pin tumblers have.
- Each of the rows of recesses is intended to be juxtaposed with a series of pin tumblers.
- the row of recesses is selected by the arrangement of the stopper, which is to be compared with the pin tumblers and thus increases the number of hierarchy levels with little effort on wall. Since the additional row is arranged next to the already existing row of recesses, the key according to the invention can be manufactured particularly cost-effectively.
- the number of tips can be kept particularly low according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the recesses of the additional row in the recesses of the series continuously or step-shaped transition.
- Closing of lock cylinders without locking authorization after manipulation of the stopper of the key according to the invention can be easily avoided if exclusively a single row of recesses is provided for closing a lock cylinder exclusively in a single hierarchical stage.
- a reliable separation of the row of recesses of the additional row of the recesses can be easily achieved according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the amount at an angle of the recesses of 90 ° is 0.6 to 1 mm.
- Steep flanks between the recesses of the row and the additional row can be according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention easily avoided if a difference in the height of adjacent recesses of the row and the additional row is less than half of this amount.
- the locking system according to the invention has a high security against unauthorized unlocking of the lock cylinder, since the keys and thus the lock cylinder can differ within a hierarchy level in the entire additional row. Lifting pins or the design of the profile of the shaft according to the known locking systems can be used in addition to further increase the hierarchy levels.
- FIG. 1 shows a lock cylinder 1a with a key 2a.
- the key 2a has a shaft 3, with which it penetrates into a closing channel 4 of a rotatable in a housing 5 core 6 of the lock cylinder 1a.
- the key 2a In its lateral shank region, the key 2a has a key profile 7 corresponding to the closing channel 4.
- a row 8 of FIG Pin tumblers 9 of the lock cylinder 1a opposing recesses 10 are arranged.
- the lock cylinder 1a and the key 2a each have a stop 11, 12, with which the recesses 10 are aligned relative to the pin tumblers 9.
- the recesses 10 move the pin tumblers 9 to a position in which the parting planes of two pins 13, 14 coincide with the parting plane of the core 6 and the housing 5.
- the core 6 can be rotated with it.
- FIGS. 2 to 4 each show a lock cylinder 1b-1d with a key 2b-2d of a further hierarchy level.
- the stop 11 'for the key 2b-2d is offset by the amount A.
- the keys 2b-2d can be introduced deeper into the closing channel 4 by the amount A compared to the key 2a from FIG.
- the keys 2b - 2d have in addition to the key 2a of Figure 1 corresponding row 8 of recesses 10 a Stiftzunnenen 17 oppositely disposed additional row 15 of recesses 16.
- the row 8 of the recesses 10 and the additional row 16 are offset by the amount A.
- the key 2a of FIG. 1 has no recesses corresponding to the pin tumblers 17 of the lock cylinders 1b-1d from FIGS.
- the lock cylinders 1b-1d from FIGS. 2 to 4 can therefore not be unlocked with the key 2a from FIG.
- the keys 2b - 2d from Figures 2 to 4 differ from each other in each case in a Stiftzuiens 17 and a recess 16 in the additional row 15 of the key 2b - 2d. This ensures that in each case two of the pin tumblers 17 prevent rotation of the core 6 when, for example, the key 2b from FIG. 2 is introduced into the lock cylinder 1c from FIG.
- the additional row 15 of the recesses 16 may have projections 17 facing the pin tumblers 17.
- Figure 3 shows that the difference in the depth of two adjacent recesses 10, 16 of the row 8 and the additional row 15 also corresponds to the amount A, by which the stops 11, 11 'and the row 8 and the additional row 15 are offset from one another. The difference in depth may also be smaller than A at 90.degree. Shown in the illustrated notch angle of the recesses 10, 16.
- the dimension A shown in the embodiment with respect to the offset of the closing cylinder side stops 11, 11 'and the recesses 10, 16 in the row 8 and the additional row 15 is fictitious and is for example at a notch angle of the recesses 10, 16 of 90 ° 0.6 to 1 mm.
- the measure can also be A / 2, and it can be provided for additional hierarchy levels additional, not shown additional rows of recesses.
- also set-ups of the known locking system or a known variation of the profile of the shaft of the key 2a-2d can be used. Notwithstanding the illustrated step-shaped transition of two adjacent recesses 10, 16 of the row 8 and the additional row 15, the recesses 10, 16 continuously merge into one another or it may be provided additional, not shown, pointed notches recesses.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a key for a lock cylinder still the preamble of claims 1. The invention also relates to a locking system with a plurality of lock cylinders and with such keys according to claim 16.
Such locking systems are in office units or residential units in which several persons each have a key and are entitled in a first hierarchy level, for example, to close the lock cylinder of a common door known. In another hierarchy level, the lock cylinders, for example, of individual apartments or offices, each can only be unlocked by a single key.

A disadvantage of the known locking systems is that the known key only allow the generation of a limited number of hierarchy levels. Furthermore, a second separation point in the pin tumblers or the possibility of manipulation on the profile of the key increase the risk of unauthorized unlocking of the lock cylinder. The invention is based on the problem to design a key of the type mentioned so that it allows the use in the largest possible number of hierarchy levels. Furthermore, a simple as possible constructed locking system for several hierarchy levels with such key to be created.
The first-mentioned problem is solved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.
The additional row more recesses are arranged in the chest area as the lock cylinder pin tumblers have. Each of the rows of recesses is intended to be juxtaposed with a series of pin tumblers. Thus, the row of recesses is selected by the arrangement of the stopper, which is to be compared with the pin tumblers and thus increases the number of hierarchy levels with little effort on wall. Since the additional row is arranged next to the already existing row of recesses, the key according to the invention can be manufactured particularly cost-effectively.
The number of tips can be kept particularly low according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the recesses of the additional row in the recesses of the series continuously or step-shaped transition.
Closing of lock cylinders without locking authorization after manipulation of the stopper of the key according to the invention can be easily avoided if exclusively a single row of recesses is provided for closing a lock cylinder exclusively in a single hierarchical stage.
A reliable separation of the row of recesses of the additional row of the recesses can be easily achieved according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the amount at an angle of the recesses of 90 ° is 0.6 to 1 mm.
Steep flanks between the recesses of the row and the additional row can be according to another advantageous embodiment of the invention easily avoided if a difference in the height of adjacent recesses of the row and the additional row is less than half of this amount.
The second-mentioned problem, namely the creation of a simple as possible constructed locking system for several hierarchy levels is achieved according to the invention solved by the features of
As a result of this configuration, one row of pin tumblers is assigned a different row of cutouts than the other hierarchical level. Thus, several hierarchical levels can be easily generated by the appropriate choice of the corresponding stops of the key and the lock cylinder. Furthermore, the locking system according to the invention has a high security against unauthorized unlocking of the lock cylinder, since the keys and thus the lock cylinder can differ within a hierarchy level in the entire additional row. Lifting pins or the design of the profile of the shaft according to the known locking systems can be used in addition to further increase the hierarchy levels.
- Fig.1
- Fig.2 - 4
- Fig.1
- a lock cylinder with a key in a hierarchical level,
- Fig.2 - 4
- in each case a lock cylinder with a key according to the invention of a second hierarchical level.
However, the key 2a of FIG. 1 has no recesses corresponding to the
The dimension A shown in the embodiment with respect to the offset of the closing cylinder side stops 11, 11 'and the
