- the invention relates to a locking device with a Cylinder lock and a flat key
- the cylinder lock a rotor rotatable in a stator with a Key channel, and essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rotor and parallel to the broad sides of the Has key channels arranged guides with tumblers, these tumblers are provided with carriers, which protrude into the key channel
- the flat key on each Broadside has at least one guide groove, in which if the key is inserted into the key channel, the drivers the tumblers engage, and the flat key and at least one of the tumblers magnetic elements exhibit.
- Such a locking device with a cylinder lock and a flat key is from US-A-3 264 852 or EP-B-0 008 310 known.
- Guide grooves arranged on both broad sides. These guide grooves run in a curve and form guides and Positioning areas for drivers, which are part of the locking devices are in the castle.
- the locking devices are in guides of the rotor stored in the lock, these guides approximately at right angles to the lock axis and parallel to the Broad sides of the key channel run.
- the blocking tumblers are freely movable in the guides and not spring-loaded.
- the ends of the locking tumblers engage when locked Locked in holes in the stator and penetrate thus the separation or shear surface between the rotor and stator at the castle.
- the drivers of the Locking tumblers have the same dimensions as that Guide grooves on the key. You are thus in both directions positively guided, with which an exact positioning of the Locking tumblers, with the help of the guide grooves, in the unlocked position is possible.
- the drivers follow the cam track into the key channel the guide groove, and the tumblers are in their Guides moved until they are fully inserted Keys have reached the unlocking positions.
- Reversible flat keys are located on each broad side of the Key two guide grooves, usually only one Groove on each broad side interacts with drivers on the lock.
- the second groove is used when the key inserted through 180 ° into the key channel should.
- Copy keys exactly and also the guide grooves to copy exactly on the broad sides.
- Such machine tools are widely used as special machines Found in service centers, which makes it relative it becomes easy to have keys copied. So that increases there is a risk that unauthorized persons will be in possession of an original key, a copy of it have it made, and then the owner of the original key no knowledge of the presence of a key copy Has.
- the locking devices can then be used with this copy of the key be opened without the use of force or other measures are necessary.
- Duplicate keys are made, which are not have the necessary accuracy. This will make it The lock is damaged and the locking function may malfunction come.
- Such copied keys can be used by the Hardly recognized by users and therefore not excluded from the system become.
- This coding also enables positioning the driver of the tumbler in an extended area of a guide groove on the key, without the driver in contact with the side surfaces of the Groove stands.
- This arrangement enables additional concealment the opening positions of the locking devices and makes it difficult to recognize the function between the Key and cylinder lock according to the invention.
- at least one additional positioning element with a magnetic connection, and at least one second additional positioning element with a coding on the Back of the tumbler there is a combination, at which the cylinder lock with a copied key also when applying additional magnetic forces or other measures to crack the lock are not unlocked can be.
- the key does not tell whether one is extended range of the guide groove with a magnetic positioning element or a tumbler with assigned to a second positioning element on the back is. This also increases the security of the inventive locking device improved.
- the locking device shown in Fig. 1 consists of a cylinder lock 1 and a flat key 2, shown in Example of a flat reversible key. It corresponds essentially the state of the art according to US-A-3 264 852.
- the cylinder lock 1 is shown in simplified form and comprises a rotor 3 which is rotatable in a stator 4 is and a sleeve 5, which the whole cylinder lock 1 as Coat surrounds.

- FIG. 2 shows a cross section through a cylinder lock 1, in the area of two on both sides of the key channel 6 arranged guides 11.
- guides 11 normal tumblers 10 according to FIG. 1 are not arranged, but tumblers 17 modified according to the invention and 18.
- the guides 11 In the illustrated position of the rotor 3 in the stator 4 act the guides 11 with holes 42, 43 in the stator 4th together, so that the tumblers 17, 18 and any further tumblers 10 in the direction of the axes 57, 58 can be moved. In this position of the rotor the key 2 can thus be withdrawn from the key channel 6 or be inserted into it.
- the others arranged in the castle 1 Tumblers 10 are also in her Unlocking position, these not shown in Fig. 2 Tumblers 10 the driver 12 of the guide grooves 15, 16 are guided on both sides of the key 2 and be positioned by the guide groove areas.
- the Carriers 12 of the tumblers 10 are in contact with the side walls 22, 23 of the grooves 15, or the side walls 24, 25 of the grooves 16, in contrast to the drivers 12 ' and 12 ", which are non-contact.
- the grooves 15, 16 on the broad sides 13, 14 of the key bit 21 have different functional areas.
- cutting area of the key bit 21st is the width of the grooves 15, 16 expanded and forms one so-called outdoor area 51.
- this expanded outdoor area 51 of the grooves 15, 16 is the width of the grooves 15, 16 larger than the dimension of the driver 12 'or 12 ".
- 25 of the groove 16 is an intermediate space 47 or 48 educated.
- a first option is an additional positioning element is to be formed on the right side of FIG Tumbler 18 shown.
- a magnetic element 46 which with a permanent magnet 44 installed in the key bit 21 cooperates.
- the permanent magnet pulls 44 on the key bit 21, the magnetic element 46 in the Lock 18 upwards until the axes of magnets 44 and 46 lie in the same plane.
- the permanent magnet 44 and that Magnetic element 46 cooperate so that the permanent magnet 44 the tumbler 18 via the magnetic element 46 stops in a predetermined position without the driver 12 "one of the side walls 22, 23 of the guide groove 15 touched.
- the tumbler 18 For this purpose there is a prepositioning area in the guide groove 15 arranged, which when inserting the key 2 in the key channel 6 the guard locking in the unlocked position brings, and then at the transition in the following Free area 51 of the groove 15 of the permanent magnet 44 the Tumbler 18 holds and sets in this unlocked position. In this position, the tumbler 18 is exactly in the unlocked position fixed. If on the key bit 21 if there were no permanent magnet 44, the tumbler 18 would fall down until the catch 12 "on the side wall 22 of the groove 15 would be present. In that position, that would engage the lower end of the tumbler 18 in the bore 43, and the rotor 3 would be locked against rotation in the stator 4. In this embodiment, the tumbler 18 blocks the rotor 3 pass over the stator 4 even if on the key bit 21 the permanent magnet 44 is not correctly positioned.
- a second additional positioning element is on the left half of Fig. 2 on the tumbler 17 shown.
- first positioning element 27 is between the tumbler 17 and the stator 4th in the inventive design of the lock 1 second additional positioning element 26 with a locking element 29 arranged.

- FIG. 3 shows the key bit equipped according to the invention 21 of a flat key 2. Since it is a reversible flat key is located on the invisible Broad side 14 of the key 2, the guide groove 15 below and the guide groove 16 above. The details of the two guide grooves 15, 16 can therefore also on the visible broadside 13 are explained, since they on the front and rear broad sides 13 and 14 exactly the same are trained.
- the guide grooves 15, 16 point over their Length from the beginning 52 at the tip 61 of the key 2 to at the end of 53 different functional areas. in the The example shown is a positioning area 49, prepositioning areas 50, 55, and free areas 51, 59.
- the positioning areas 49 and the pre-positioning areas 50 corresponds to the width of the grooves 15, 16 den Dimensions of the driver 12, 12 'and 12 ", which in this Engage grooves 15, 16.
- 59 is the width of the grooves 15, 16 widened, i.e. it is bigger than the dimensions of the drivers 12, 12 'and 12 "
- Clear area 51 of the groove 16 is a driver 12 'dash-dotted hinted at, and it can be seen that in this outdoor area 51 the driver 12 'neither the side wall 24 nor touches the side wall 25. Between the driver 12 'and at least one of the side walls 24, 25 has a space.
- each of the extended open areas 51 of the Guide groove 16, or 59 of the groove 15, is 52 from the beginning Guide grooves 15, 16 seen here a prepositioning area 50 and 55 arranged.
- the drivers 12, 12 'and 12 in the unlocked position brought and then by the described for Fig. 2 additional positioning elements 26 or 27 fixed.
- the key 2 shown in Fig. 3 are between the guide grooves 15, 16 two permanent magnets 44 and 45 arranged, with only the rear permanent magnet 44 a tumbler 18 positioned with a magnetic element 46.
- the tumbler 18 is parallel to the broad side 14 of the key 2.
- the permanent magnets 44, 45 are advantageously arranged concealed so that their positioning cannot be visually recognized in the key bit 21.
- the Material of the key 2 is not magnetic in a known manner, hard brass is used very often.
- equipped keys have characteristic Forms of the grooves 15, 16 on, which differ from the previously differentiate the groove shapes used on keys of this type. If the magnets 44, 45 are arranged visibly, they result additional distinctive features.
- the exact Copying the grooves 15, 16 does not result in a key 2, which is the opening of one with additional positioning elements 26, 27 equipped lock 2 enables. This prevents the unauthorized copying of keys this kind of difficult because additionally the magnets in the right place and in the right way must be arranged. However, this is with those available today Machine tools not possible and require one considerable additional effort. This can increase security appropriate locking systems can be achieved because unauthorized copies of keys only with considerable effort can be created.
- lock / key systems of the type according to the invention with improved tumblers 17, which are on the back 19 have additional codings 28. This brings additional Encryption options on the lock and key, which makes copying even more difficult.

Description
The invention relates to a locking device with a Cylinder lock and a flat key, the cylinder lock a rotor rotatable in a stator with a Key channel, and essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the rotor and parallel to the broad sides of the Has key channels arranged guides with tumblers, these tumblers are provided with carriers, which protrude into the key channel, the flat key on each Broadside has at least one guide groove, in which if the key is inserted into the key channel, the drivers the tumblers engage, and the flat key and at least one of the tumblers magnetic elements exhibit.
Such a locking device with a cylinder lock and a flat key is from US-A-3 264 852 or EP-B-0 008 310 known. Here are on a reversible flat key on the part that is inserted into the lock, Guide grooves arranged on both broad sides. These guide grooves run in a curve and form guides and Positioning areas for drivers, which are part of the locking devices are in the castle. The locking devices are in guides of the rotor stored in the lock, these guides approximately at right angles to the lock axis and parallel to the Broad sides of the key channel run. The blocking tumblers are freely movable in the guides and not spring-loaded. The ends of the locking tumblers engage when locked Locked in holes in the stator and penetrate thus the separation or shear surface between the rotor and stator at the castle. The drivers of the Locking tumblers have the same dimensions as that Guide grooves on the key. You are thus in both directions positively guided, with which an exact positioning of the Locking tumblers, with the help of the guide grooves, in the unlocked position is possible. When inserting the key the drivers follow the cam track into the key channel the guide groove, and the tumblers are in their Guides moved until they are fully inserted Keys have reached the unlocking positions. At Reversible flat keys are located on each broad side of the Key two guide grooves, usually only one Groove on each broad side interacts with drivers on the lock. The second groove is used when the key inserted through 180 ° into the key channel should. With the help of small machine tools it is possible the used in these known locking devices Copy keys exactly and also the guide grooves to copy exactly on the broad sides. Such machine tools are widely used as special machines Found in service centers, which makes it relative it becomes easy to have keys copied. So that increases there is a risk that unauthorized persons will be in possession of an original key, a copy of it have it made, and then the owner of the original key no knowledge of the presence of a key copy Has. The locking devices can then be used with this copy of the key be opened without the use of force or other measures are necessary. For locking systems with a large number of locks and keys but also the risk of copying original keys Duplicate keys are made, which are not have the necessary accuracy. This will make it The lock is damaged and the locking function may malfunction come. Such copied keys can be used by the Hardly recognized by users and therefore not excluded from the system become.
From FR-A-2 572 117 there is a locking device at the beginning described type known which has at least one tumbler has, the driver in the direction of the groove width on Key has a dimension which is less than the width of the groove. Otherwise, the guide groove on Key the same width over the entire length. Around the guard locking with reduced dimensions in the unlocking position a magnet is placed on the key and the driver or part of the guard locking is off magnetic material. By the power of the magnet the driver on the key is against one of the side surfaces the guide groove is pulled or pressed on the key and thus the guard locking is set in the unlocked position. The actuation of such a key device by means of copied key is difficult, but succeeds in many Cases anyway. By applying an additional magnetic force from the outside the guard locking can be done with the magnetic Position the driver correctly in any case and that Lock can be unlocked. This key device too can therefore increase the requirements for copy protection the key and the security of such key devices not enough yet.
It is an object of the present invention while maintaining of the system of US-A-3 254 852 of no spring-loaded locking devices to create a way the positioning of the tumblers in the unlocked position of the lock from the shape of the guide grooves decouple on the key. In addition, opportunities should be created that a direct identical copy of the Grooves are not enough to copy the lock with a copy Open key. Copying the keys and so that the opening of locking devices with copied Keys should be made more difficult.
This task is carried out in the characterizing part of the
In the locking device according to the invention, at Flat key fully inserted into the key channel at least one of the tumblers is not in the leading position held in the unlocked position. It is an additional positioning element available, which this Guard locking positioned in the unlocked position and holds. This additional positioning element provides the Advantage that the drivers connected with the locking devices no longer from the guide groove on Keys must be guided. The grooves on the key therefore have expanded areas in which between the side walls of the grooves and the driver gaps consist. When the key is fully inserted there is at least one driver in this extended area Groove, and the locking device must therefore be in this area be positioned by the additional positioning element, the driver not from the side walls of the Key groove is performed. If this positioning element is missing, the guard locking cannot be in the unlocked position brought, i.e. the lock cannot be opened. This is also the case if the key has exactly copied guide grooves has, but the lock or key that does not have additional positioning element. So that will a significant complication of the use of copied Keys with guide grooves reached on the broad sides. Is the additional positioning element from one in the key bit arranged permanent magnets and one in the tumbler arranged magnetic element, so the corresponding magnetic body on the key also reproduced and must be positioned exactly. This replica is however not possible on the usual copying machines. A Another advantage is that the second additional Positioning element an additional coding the back of the tumbler and an associated two-part Locking element can be formed. This coding also enables positioning the driver of the tumbler in an extended area of a guide groove on the key, without the driver in contact with the side surfaces of the Groove stands. This arrangement enables additional concealment the opening positions of the locking devices and makes it difficult to recognize the function between the Key and cylinder lock according to the invention. In the Arrangement of at least one additional positioning element with a magnetic connection, and at least one second additional positioning element with a coding on the Back of the tumbler, there is a combination, at which the cylinder lock with a copied key also when applying additional magnetic forces or other measures to crack the lock are not unlocked can be. The key does not tell whether one is extended range of the guide groove with a magnetic positioning element or a tumbler with assigned to a second positioning element on the back is. This also increases the security of the inventive locking device improved.

Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Schliesseinrichtung besteht aus
einem Zylinderschloss 1 und einem Flachschlüssel 2, im dargestellten
Beispiel einem flachen Wendeschlüssel. Sie entspricht
im Wesentlichen dem Stand der Technik gemäss US-A-3
Mantel umgibt. Im Rotor 3 ist ein Schlüsselkanal 6 mit einem
rechteckigen Querschnitt eingearbeitet. In diesen Schlüsselkanal
somit gleichgeformte Nuten 15, bzw. 16, an den beiden Breitseiten
13, 14 diagonal gegenüber. Im Rotor 3 sind im dargestellten
Beispiel an jeder Breitseite 8, 9 des Schlüsselkanales
6 fünf Zuhaltungen 10 angeordnet, sodass sich zehn
Schliesselemente ergeben. Diese Zuhaltungen 10 sind in Führungen
11 des Rotors 3 gelagert und quer zur Längsachse 7
des Schlosses 1 verschiebbar. Am hinteren Ende 54 des Rotors
3 sind nicht dargestellte aber bekannte Kupplungslemente
vorhanden, welche mit ebenfalls nicht dargestellten
Schliesselementen, z.B. einem Türschloss, zusammenwirken. The locking device shown in Fig. 1 consists of

Fig. 2 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch ein Zylinderschloss 1,
In diesen beiden Führungen 11
2 shows a cross section through a
Die Nuten 15, 16 an den Breitseiten 13, 14 des Schlüsselbartes
21 weisen verschiedene Funktionsbereiche auf. In dem in
Fig. 2 dargestellten Schnittbereich des Schlüsselbartes 21
sogenannten Freibereich 51. In diesem erweiterten Freibereich
51 der Nuten 15, 16 ist die Breite der Nuten 15, 16
grösser als die Abmessung der Mitnehmer 12' bzw. 12". Zwischen
den in die Nuten 15, 16 eingreifenden Mitnehmern 12'
bzw. 12'' und den beiden Seitenwänden 22, 23 der Nute 15,
bzw. 24, 25 der Nute 16, ist ein Zwischenraum 47, bzw. 48
gebildet.
The
A first option is an additional positioning element
is to be formed on the right side of
Zuhaltung
17 an.
The possibility of a second additional positioning element
to form is on the left half of Fig. 2 on the
Fig. 3 zeict den erfindungsgemäss ausgerüsteten Schlüsselbart
Führungsnuten 15, 16 her gesehen ein Vorpositionierbereich
50 bzw. 55 angeordnet. In diesem Vorpositionierbereich 50
bzw.
was das Kopieren zusätzlich erschwert.3 shows the key bit equipped according to the
