Claims (8)

  1. Safety lock for container for valuable goods with a bolt (1) arranged in a lock case (2) and guided so as to permit longitudinal movement by a key, in particular a bit key (14), to which is assigned a locking mechanism (8) which incorporates several tumbler plates (9) arranged plane-parallel to one another, which permit swivel movement about a common swivel pin (6) running orthogonally to the bolt (1) and joined in one piece to the lock case (2), where the tumbler plates (9) each incorporate on the end face opposite the common swivel pin (6) a slot-shaped rotary passage (15, 16) (e.g. of equal size) leading out, in each of which a rotary pin (17) arranged orthogonally to the bolt (1) and joined in one piece engages in released position, where the rotary passages (15, 16) of successive tumbler plates (9) are offset in relation to one another as a function of the steps of the key bit and where the tumbler plates (9) incorporate cams or the like for the bit steps of the bit key (14), into which the bit steps of the bit key (14) such that as a result of turning the bit key (14), all the rotary passages (15, 16) can be brought into alignment for entry of the rotary pin (17), whereupon the bolt (1) can be moved longitudinally through the key steps of the bit key (14), characterized by the fact that
    a) at least one of the tumbler plates is formed by a locking tumbler plate (10), where the locking tumbler plate (10) possesses an end face (18) which is closer to the locking edge of the rotary pin (17) than the end faces of the other tumbler plates (9);
    b) the locking tumbler plate (10) controls a locking mechanism (22, 23, 26, 25, 29) such that the other tumbler plates (9) are locked to prevent swivel movement before the locking tumbler plate (10) is in its open position.
  2. Safety lock for container for valuable goods with a bolt (1) arranged in a lock case (2) and guided so as to permit longitudinal movement by a key, in particular a bit key (14), to which is assigned a locking mechanism (8) which incorporates several tumbler plates (9) arranged plane-parallel to one another, where in each case the tumbler plates (9) guided so as to permit movement incorporate on the same end face a slot-shaped rotary passage (15, 16) (e.g. of equal size) leading out for the entry of a rotary pin (17) joined orthogonally in one piece to the bolt (1), where the rotary passages (15, 16) of the superimposed tumbler plates (9) are offset as a function of the steps of the key bit and where the tumbler plates (9) incorporate cams for the bit steps of the bit key (14) or the like, in which the bit steps of the bit key (14) engage such that as a result of turning the bit key (14), all the rotary passages (15, 16) can be brought into alignment for entry of the rotary pin (17), whereupon the bolt (1) can be moved longitudinally through the key steps of the bit key (14), characterized by the fact that
    a) at least one of the tumbler plates is formed by a locking tumbler plate (10), where the locking tumbler plate (10) possesses an end face (19) which is closer to the locking edge of the rotary pin (17) than the end faces of the other tumbler plates (9);
    b) the locking tumbler plate (10) controls a locking mechanism (23) such that the other tumbler plates (9) are locked in either open or closed position to prevent swivel movement before the locking tumbler plate (10) is in its open position.
  3. Safety lock in accordance with Claim 1 or 2, characterized by the fact that all the tumbler plates (9) are provided on their end face opposite the swivel pin (6) with a locking notch (30) which acts in combination with the locking mechanism.
  4. Safety lock in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized by the fact that the locking mechanism incorporates a pawl (23) which is controlled by a control projection (22) of the locking tumbler plate (10).
  5. Safety lock in accordance with Claim 3, characterized by the fact that the locking mechanism incorporates an angle lever (23), both of whose arms (25, 26) are joined in one piece by an eye (24), where the eye is swivellable by means of a hole on a screw bush (5) running orthogonally to the lock case bottom, as swivel pin by a limited degree, where a locking lug (29) is joined to one lever (25), this lug facing the locking notch (30) and extends over the entire height of all the tumbler plates (10) and is able to engage in recesses of the locking notch (30) of the tumbler plates (10), whilst to the other lever (26) is joined a lug-shaped projection which acts in conjunction with the control projection (22) of the tumbler plate (9).
  6. Safety lock in accordance with Claim 5, characterized by the fact that the other lever (26) is arranged between two stops (27, 28) so as to be swivellable by a limited amount.
  7. Safety lock in accordance with Claim 6, characterized by the fact that the tumbler plates (9) are each provided in the region of the locking notch (30) with a recess (32), where all the recesses are preferably of the same size and on one side incorporate a slot (33) issuing into the recess (32), which recess stands away from the lock case orthogonally and acts together with this pin joined in one piece, where the pin (31) extends at least over the height of all the tumbler plates (9) and during swivelling of the tumbler plates (9) through a certain angular range, engages positively in this slot (9).
  8. Safety lock in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 7, with cams of the tumblers which are arranged on recesses (20) and engages in one of the bit keys (14), characterized by the fact that into the recesses (20) of the tumbler plate (9) issues an outward issuing longitudinal slot, where the longitudinal slot (21) is arranged on the side of the recesses (20) opposite the swivel pin (7).
