Claims (5)

  1. Einschubhilfsvorrichtung für Kuvertiermaschinen, mit einer entsprechend dem Arbeitstakt der Einschubstation verschwenkbaren Hebelanordnung mit Schwenkhebeln (7), an deren Enden jeweils ein Einschubhilfsfinger (3) schwenkbar von einem Anschlag (8) begrenzt und federbelastet mit seinem Lagerende gelagert ist, welcher im Arbeitshub etwa in der Ebene des Kuvertiertisches (2) vorwärts bewegbar und in die Öffnung bereitgehaltener Kuverts (14) einschiebbar ist und unter dem hindurch sodann Beilagen oder Beilagensätze (13) über die Kuvertiertischoberfläche mittels Einschubfingern (12; 21) der Einschubstation eingeschoben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zusätzlicher Einschubhilfsfinger (3) etwa im Bereich der Mitte der Einschubstation entsprechend der Mitte der Kuvertöffnung angeordnet und derart an dem zugeordneten Schwenkhebel (7) angelenkt ist, daß sein freies Ende im Verlauf des Arbeitshubes zunächst unter Federvorspannung (9) in Anlage an der Oberfläche einer Basisplatte (11) der Einschubstation und an der Kuvertiertischoberfläche gehalten wird und sein Lagerende noch vor Beendigung des Arbeitshubes gegen einen Anschlag (8) am zugehörigen Schwenkhebel (7) anläuft, derart, daß das freie Ende dieses Einschubhilfsfingers (3) im restlichen Verlauf des Arbeitshubes von der Kuvertiertischoberfläche abgehoben wird und die obere Wand des bereitgehaltenen Kuverts (14) anhebt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem zusätzlichen Einschubhilfsfinger (3) zugeordnete Schwenkhebel (7) ein entgegen der Richtung des Arbeitshubes abgewinkeltes Ende (8) aufweist, wobei Lager für den zusätzlichen Einschubhilfsfinger (3) im Abbiegungsbereich angeordnet sind und das abgewinkelte Ende (8) einen Anschlag für einen entgegen der Einschubrichtung von der Anlenkstelle nach rückwärts reichenden Ansatz des zusätzlichen Einschubhilfsfingers (3) bildet.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zusätzliche Einschubhilfsfinger (3) in Aufsicht entenfußartig ausgebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zusätzliche Einschubhilfsfinger (3) Durchbrüche oder Ausschnitte (16) für den Durchtritt von Blasluft aufweist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem zusätzlichen Einschubhilfsfinger (3) zugeordnete Schwenkhebel (7) eine in Richtung des Arbeitshubes weisende, entgegen der Richtung des Arbeitshubes nach rückwärts offene Ausbiegung (22) aufweist, in welche die vorderen Teile der Einschubvorrichtung mit Beendigung deren Arbeitshubes eintreten.
